We were in Oviedo for a family wedding and chose hotel casa camila because of the fantastic views and proximity of where the wedding was. The hotel offers not only a fantastic view of the city but peace and quiet too. It is a short drive into the hills from the city. The room was amazing and the staff could not have been any better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Oviedo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

This is a lovely property and the host, Alex, is wonderful! The inn sits on a steep hill that overlooks Oviedo. It is stunning. Rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a nice breakfast in the morning prepared by Alex. He was a great help and so kind!

You need to get a taxi to get into Oviedo. Our Host helped us with this so it was easy. The location is so exceptional it’s worth the distance and short taxi ride.

The owner was very helpful and kind and listened patiently to my Spanish.. he helped a lot. Sadly it was wet and we could only sit outside for a short time. Lovely views.nice breakfast

Nothing to dislike but itcwas hard to find and the walk from the bus stop was very steep. But short bus journey from the bottom of the hill to town

The road isn't for the faint hearted, but with that climb there'd be no fabulous view.

The location is visually excellent, up high above Oviedo - great view out over the city. The room we had was excellent, really spacious with a balcony. It was also a 2-3km walk to the top of Pico Paisano to see the giant Jesus statue, though be warned it is a bit of a steep climb but again an awesome view. And, a similar distance down the hill to the city itself. It is also a good base for local outdoor activities e.g. the Senda del Oso. Alejandro was a great host, his English was excellent, he made really useful recommendations and breakfast was lovely. We would happily stay again.

It is a slightly narrow steep lane up to the hotel for about 600 metres, from the main road.

A very genuine and warm welcome. The owner provided us with information about access into the city, what to see etc. The city is easily accessible by local bus in 10 mins for 1.20 Euro. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt with fruit and cereal. Ham, cheese and a nice slice of homemade lemon cake to finish. Excellent fresh coffee too Really nice rooms, spacious dining room with superb views over the city. We would return to Casa Camila any time.

Whilst it didn't bother us, the number of steps to access the hotel might not be suitable for some people.

It’s way up a road and u must have your own vehicle. No elevator but owner is very gracious and helps with your bags .

If you come by car, parking the car could be a bit tricky because of the pot holes on the road. But it's manageable.

The place has very nice views and excelent breakfast. The host is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean.
