It was fabulous..... We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our view from the terrace was lovely and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable 8 nights stay. We will come back to this hotel, for sure.

We think that when residents leave the pool area (seating and beds), other than being in the actual pool, they should not leave their towels on the chairs or beds. There were more beds with towels than people in the pool which indicated they were 'saving' their bed which isn't quite fair to other residents. Other than that, everything was excellent with this hotel and we did manage to get some time at the pool.

Because of my mobility problems I asked for a room near a lift, i was very near 3 lifts! Breakfast was excellent and the location was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they chose this time rather than the winter for major external painting but I was not inconvenienced by it too much.

I cannot think of anything I was unhappy with. Maybe a walk-in shower would have been easier for me than over the bath. I always like a kettle in my room, but I appreciate that this is not a very spanish thing to provide.

Beautifully decorated and located. Loved the location. We were upgraded to sea view rooms for free which obviously was great. Views were to die for. We could see the sunset from the balcony. It was heavenly.Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Over all it was really good. Food at the restaurant is very delicious too. Bus stop is behind the hotel only 3 mins walk. And tourist office with English speaking assistants is 2 mins to the left side. Very good location in terms of city walks or Costa Brava hikes. Over all a very happy customer. I hope to go again and stay in the Trias.

We went in April. The staff had no value about any activities or anything special in the city. No kettle or tea coffee facility in room. Id appreciate it this was given in rooms, as I really wanted to sip freshly brewed tea on the blacony. Pool couldn't be used, as it was not heated. Toiletries packs were not available in the washrooms. No shower caps. No room slippers. So pretty basic with only liquid soap and shampoo. Doors creaked. They should be oiled. Breakfast bar should have , Spanish breakfast, such as tortilla and packets of tomato puree to eat with olive oil and pan bread which was available. Quality of tea bags was not good. So bring ur our tea bags.

All of it. Menu very varied and extremely well priced compared to UK.

Only drawback was their coffee machine. Almost tasteless so we reverted to using our own tea bags. Also, sadly my wife told waitress it was my 70th birthday. She said she would bring a candle? with dessert but forgot. I was OK but my wife was disappointed. Other than these points place is fabulous and right on too of town centre for evening action and beach just across the one way street from hotel pool which is also very ambient.😁

My husband and I stayed in the top floor junior suite. It has a large terrace with panoramic views of the port and sea. The breakfast with tasty and plentiful and the servers were attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope for another opportunity to stay at this hotel.

overall, I have no complaints.

It’s a really lovely place. The staff is wonderful and eager to help and advise. We loved the restaurant - not just the food, but the service from the maitre d’ who has worked there for nearly 40 years, and the décor.

The only thing I didn’t like was the hard bed. However the room staff quickly installed a mattress topper with a smile.

Location excellent, staff were brilliant, pool lovely, room excellent, very large with huge balcony and great view. It was fairly quiet around the pool so could get sun loungers

The breakfast was very disappointing, same offering every day and very limited.

Great location close to sea front. Unusual design with several restaurants. Furnishings a little shabby but overall very clean. Due to late booking only able to have room with street view. Front view is overlooking harbor,sea and promenade would have been super.

Furniture and decor could do with a refurb.

The location was excellent being just a short walk to the beach and town centre with its restaurants and shops. The hotel was lovely and open with plenty of places to sit down and watch the world go by. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The rooms we had were beautiful. Large and comfortable with lovely views and a very pleasant terrace with a large, covered sun lounger. The parking was acceptable, being within walking distance. We used one of the disabled spots directly outside the hotel, but across from the hotel is a large beachside car park which is more than acceptable. We never ate in the restaurant, but the food looked delicious. There is a lift between floors.

Tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms would have been a help, but we were able to borrow a kettle which we shared.

Ester Mato at the front desk was amazing! She was attentive and did everything to accommodate our family needs. (we travelled with 9 bags, 2 strollers...etc.) She went above and beyond recommending local restaurants and family activities. She made our stay there like we were at home! Food and beverage team was also incredible. Bruno and his team; every morning had our tray prepared,-anticipating guests needs- so, we could get breakfast in the room enjoying the amazing views.

There was no outlet/lamp in the room with USB access. TV has limited international channels. No smart tv.
