The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (although I didn‘t have much contact outside of checking in and out since I didn‘t book with breakfast. The location is not bad at all, it‘s nicely located in Santa Catalina, the city center (cathedral etc.) is within a 15 minute walk, also the bus to the airport is only around a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and nice, all necessary amenities were included.

My windows faced the street in front of the hotel and was very noisy. You can‘t keep the window open (and I am usually not very sensitive to street noise) and can even hear the traffic clearly through closed windows. Also I wish the hotel didn‘t advertise balconies - they seem very flimsy in lack of a better term and are so narrow you couldn’t even fit a chair or anything on there. Sure, you can open the doors and take a tiny step outside but I wouldn‘t qualify them as a balcony at all. Not recommended if you are hoping to catch some sun while lying on a balcony.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Powerful shower. Big TV. Very clean. Daily complimentary coffee and water in room. Great staff and excellent pillows/ bed. Location is perfect to visit Palma and to enjoy the hundreds of great restaurants in Santa Catalina. Bus stop very close by.

Slightly longer curtains needed as it gets light in the morning. Missed having slippers considering the price of the room. Location is fab, but can be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay in this hotel. Everything was 'just right'. It looks like the hotel focusses on business travellers , rather than holiday makers, which is nice.

My only disappointment was being told upon check-in that the advertised hotel car parking was not available, or at least all booked up. I was not made aware that it required me to pre-book it. I do now....

If you know Palma and are a regular visitor like me, it's a great base. Very convenient if you know your way around the area, which makes it less obvious and away from the short-term tourist parties that serious travellers prefer to avoid.

Coffee pod. machine provided in room much better than usual single tiny sachets of instant coffee - one more step up to a cafetière would be really great, and reduce the reliance on pods.

In the selection of the site, I checked with beach property but it wasn’t. It is a city hotel. It needs to be removed. The rest were pretty good

Great location for those with or without families. Not far to walk to the main attractions and some really nice places to eat and drink close by.

Rooms very basic and overpriced. Although this is Palma I would only book again if the price was less as I know there was equivalent or slightly better options for less money but unfortunately booked up. The hotel is clean and nothing bad to say about the actual accommodation.

Stuff was very nice, location good I think that it’s very expensive hotel - value for money. Location is 25 minute’s walking from Center. I had a quit room on the 4 floor

We received a very friendly welcome on our arrival at close to midnight. The staff was overall lovely and took strong measures to protect against Covid which was much appreciated. Great central location to explore the centre of Palma as well as the evening buzz of Santa Catalina.

With the great “central location to explore” comes noise… The hotel is situated in a very busy street intersection, so expect a lot of noise day and night (vehicular and human), so bring your ear plugs.

Nothing. If you are sensitive about noise, maybe ask for a room not facing the street.
