I recently stayed at this relatively small hotel in Palma de Mallorca for a weekend. I chose it because my original hotel couldn't accommodate me for the weekend, and I needed a place near the marina. Despite the ongoing construction along the oceanfront, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Unlike my previous crowded experience on the hotel I stayed during the week, check-in was smooth, and I was able to enter my room a bit earlier than expected. I requested adjoining rooms, and they were able to accommodate my request. The rooms were a good size, not spacious, but comfortable enough. The hotel was simple yet clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Guests handling their own luggage seemed to be a norm in the area. The bathroom appeared newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. The toilet seat was surprisingly large and sturdy. The view of the marina from the room was breathtaking. Check-out was hassle-free, and though the lobby was simple, it served its purpose well. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I felt the hotel offered good value for the price.

The marina area's construction has been a disappointment for businesses and tourists due to the dusty sidewalks and inconvenient parking.

Excellent location despite disruptive roadworks. Extremely friendly helpful staff, I personally prefer a freshly cooked to order breakfast but can see the advantages of the appeal to all buffet.The bar /swimming area is great with a good range of meals reasonably priced on offer. The room exceeded expectations with fantastic view and daily fastidious cleaning,beds really comfortable.

Clarity of what the rate included,I thought I hadn’t opted for breakfast but on check in told it was included.After the first breakfast checked and found it wasn’t. A little disappointing but probably my own fault. The taxi at departure took longer to arrive than expected so leave plenty of time for transfer.

Excellent location - walking distance to the old town along the seafront Sea/Harbour views - right from our balcony, Friendly staff - had no issues at all while we were there. Super friendly lady on the day we checked out, couldn't do enough for us.

Only 2 (very small) lifts (3 if you include the unfortunately labelled 'handicapped lift'), one of which was out of order for the whole weekend - meant extra steps to work off the tapas, but could be a problem for others. There isn't really a bar and what there is closes early - lots to explore out and about but it's sometimes nice to have a nightcap in your hotel bar before bed.

The location was lovely and good choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. The free water and juice in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and seemed always happy to help.

Not sure if it was because we were still low season but there didn’t seem to be a bar in to hotel where we would have been able to sit with a drink to end the evening. Bedroom was smaller than expected but was fine as was for only one person. A full length mirror would have been useful as the only mirror was above the bathroom sink. Also either a few shelves in the wardrobe or some drawers would have been helpful. Sadly the rooms didn’t seem to have much soundproofing as could hear almost everything in the next room - even them deciding to clean their toilet early one morning!

Excellent location (barring the current roadworks going on along the whole length of the waterfront) and the hotel was excellent. Lovely staff in reception (as we arrived at gone midnight) and throughout our stay. Room was on the back, but adequate size with air con and fridge. Room was cleaned/changed each day and suited us perfectly. Would return and recommend. Had drinks on L3 with the pool and sun terrace, which was very clean and a lovely view across the waterfront.

Loved the fact that this was on the seafront, and walking distance to the Palma Boat Show. An excellent breakfast, great value for dinner. A good variety of restaurants in the area. I loved the design and the sea-feel, including the sea poetry on the walls. Really nice rooftop pool area and I spent an hour in the jacuzzi.

The TV took up all of the dressing table / desk, leaving little space for me to put my things or my laptop while sending emails. It was not hugely necessary as I was out a lot, but it would have been more comfortable that way.

- Great location: Restaurants, bars, and local attractions are all within walking distance. - The staff is absolutely lovely and accommodating. Every morning, Dayline greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. - The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. - The breakfast buffet is the best I've had so far, with a diverse selection of foods and drinks. - Getting to and from the airport is simple, and the staff at reception were generous enough to arrange a taxi to the airport, which arrived within 2 minutes. - We felt safe walking back and forth from the hotel late at night. Overall, it was an excellent experience that comes highly recommended.

The cleaning staff were extremely loud in the mornings, banging doors and cleaning equipment, which was annoying given that you were on vacation. I would recommend using earplugs if you plan on sleeping in.

location is brilliant walking distance to both Santa Catalina and the old town - and near a bus stop with regular services to the coast. there is a sunbathing deck which is really nice and a great view to the marina with a pool to refresh yourself. it’s a decent price for the location and facilities. staff lovely and helpful

there are extensive road works at the front - you can’t see those when using the sun deck. pool is lovely but effectively inside and by the bar/cafe.

Wonderful breakfast selection. Comfy beds and crisp clean rooms. Pleasant spa pool area with views across the Marina serving lovely lunch & snack menu. Friendly, helpful staff who dealt with all our requests. Stayed here before and will return.

Unfortunately July 23, there was ongoing building work on the outside pavement which spoilt our balcony view from the first floor. Not the fault of the hotel and my family stayed on the 3rd floor and had gorgeous views of the marina.
