Wonderful staff-all 14 days I spent there.Helpful,friendly,courteous.The huge outdoor terrace and dining rooms that look out over the harbor and the huge saltwater swimming pool -are the star attractions of this hotel. Taxis are a major problem during summer months in Mallorca,especially when 5 cruise ships unload 20,000 passengers several times a week.But this hotel had a system in place that made taxi availability simple and quick. Hotel interior is attractive.Exterior is a bit ugly. All the taxi drivers told me this hotel was the best in Palma.

Breakfast was acceptable but falls beneath 5-star standards.For example cheap,low quality cereals come in small airplane food -sized packages.They need to offer higher quality products for nutritionally conscious travelers. (I did appreciate the availability of soy milk,however).Restaurant staff was consistently cheerful. Great cappuccino. Air con in my room very weak,practically non-existent One of the advantages of this hotel is its position smack in the middle of the vibrant street life on the Promenade,aka "Paseo Maritime". Unfortunately the Paseo is all torn up due to major roadwork taking place-and most restaurants and cafes are shut down because of it.When it's finished in a year or two I'm sure it'll look even better than before.

The breakfast staff are brilliant every single one of them. The hotel has a beautiful pool area with great views.

The hotel was real 5 star about 5 years ago when we used to come every year, now they are just about Money! Putting a sign saying Reserved in the 4 marquees all day and nobody coming to use them ALL DAY so they are left unused all day because nobody has paid (55 euros) and reserved them. After a certain time in the day customers of the hotel, who are all paying a lot of money to stay there should be able to use them it creates more space around the pool and it is ridiculous that they are not used . just because the hotel wants more money!

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, comfortable room with a terrace and view to the harbour. We were staying there for my birthday, and hotel surprised me with a bottle of cava on ice, some deserts and a card with personal congratulations. We have not booked breakfasts at first because we like to go out and look for some nice restaurants however in the end we stayed at the hotel’s breakfast and it was delicious! Everything you would wish for breakfast was there, including fresh juices, fruits and pastries. And you can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace. The only thing that could be improved is coffee. Apparently there are different coffee machines and taste differ depending on it. Our flight back was early in the morning and we had to leave at around 2 at night. So we did not book the last night. However the hotel provided us with a courtesy room to take some rest and refresh ourselves. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to Palma, we will stay here again.

Great location central to harbour yet quiet at night. Staff were friendly and professional and the facilities are good. Lovely reception and Lounge areas. I like how you can’t reserve sun beds! Turn down service a nice unexpected touch as was daily room cleaning. We are out in various restaurants during our stay but the lunches at the hotel were really excellent quality and I wish we had eaten there in the evening.

Indoor pool/gym need a bit of an upgrade but were clean and adequate. Beds not overly comfortable, but linens and towels fresh.

Very friendly staff , great location , close to Cala Major beach , close to Palma de Mallorca. Hus stop is 2 mins walk. Swimming pool was lovely and big and the small one was great for little children! Pool guard was very kind and attentive! Comfortable beds. Two bottles of water every day in the room .bathroom and toilet was nice and comfortable. Check in check out was easy !

Coffee at breakfast wasn't nice. Breakfast was ok but had much bigger selection in other 5 star hotels before , it was also too expensive .drinks at pool were also very expensive . A little overpriced hotel , but Mallorca in general is expensive . Roadwork on the Passeo Maritime ruined the view but this is temporary. We had a room in the back with a lovely small balcony but it was very noisy in the morning at bin collection I suppose . The balcony door isn't soundproof .

The property is beautifully designed. A gorgeous mix of old and new. Though close to a main road it felt secluded and hidden away with very little disruption from the sound of cars. The views of the marina from my balcony were simply beautiful and really made the experience. The staff were out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make me feel like I was top priority. The staff were really the highlight. My room was spacious and had superior sound proofing. I heard very little from outside and the hallways. Breakfast time was something I looked forward to every night when I went to sleep. Sitting outside in the sun with beautiful views of the marina was paradise and I struggled each morning to choose from the vast array of buffet options. Of course I stopped at the omelette bar every day. Get there early if you want a table outside, though the indoor breakfast space was just as lovely. The pool area (where I spent most of my time) is comfortable and peaceful and the pool is the perfect size for the space. The bar and wait staff at the pool went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. No request was too much. The cleaning staff were no different. They give every opportunity to refresh and restock your room and they were all so friendly and smiley. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and it’s staff. It’s so easy for me to recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and elegant holiday with outstanding staff and beautiful surroundings, close the the lively, yet quiet, street of restaurants and bars with the marina on your doorstep and a 5 minute taxi drive to the centre of Palma. Absolute perfection. I had the best week of my life at this hotel and I’m so grateful for everything they did to make my stay so fantastic.

We had a very lovely stay at your hotel, the room was comfortable, clean and cool in the summer. The terrace/veranda downstairs was amazing with such nice views of the port and of the cathedral. This is where my boyfriend and I got engaged, so it is a special place for us! Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly and the room was super clean. There is also a parking garage where you can leave your rental car for a small price, which was very convenient as there is very little parking in the streets. The walk to the old town is slightly far but it is a very beautiful and scenic route.

the staff were amazing, attention to detail was great, always had fresh bottles of water, beds turned down at night along with replacement clean towels. little gifts with notes left throughout our stay. location fantastic, only 20 minute walk along the Maria into Palma old town. Have been going to Palma for years and stayed in different hotels. first time here and won’t be booking anywhere else! Really impressed and value for money considering the exceptional service received

First class hotel the staff are exceptional and the food is excellent. Location great. Christina from guest services was just brilliant, she was very helpful, and also charming, she knows how to treat customers.

I think the bed rooms are quality but need a re-design as space is wasted, we were in 518 and it has a small hallway, as you enter you then face a second door before the bed room. Plus climbing over the side of a bath in 2023 to take a shower for elderly people seems out of date and potentially dangerous. Having said that, this is our second visit within one year, we like the hotel / location and would happily stay there again.

From the second i arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. I was asked if i could upgrade the room and the options were shown to me beforehand and i did. I had a Red level room. If you have this level room you have access to a private dining area for hors d'oeuvre and appertifs. It's well worth it to just chill and have drinks before you head out for your evening. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the marina and was like a big flat with living room dining area and big bedroom and bathroom. My room had a jacuzzi which we enjoyed with some nice champagne. Breakfast was excellent and very healthy (not like unhealthy American breakfasts). We loved the stay here as i was worried we were too close to the party scene but that was not an issue. It was quiet all nights. We did days trips with a car rental offered by the hotel. They have nice convertibles. Overall an excellent first stay in Mallorca. Can't wait to go back for the wineries next time.
