Hotel was very clean and the cleaners were very friendly. The location was great, it was in easy walk of all the places we wanted to see.

The check-in staff were a little rude and unhelpful. I'd asked for an earlier check-in well before arrival then I moved the time an hour extra. When we arrived at 1.30pm the room wasn't ready so we sat and had a coffee thinking the room wouldn't be long. At 2.30 we left the luggage with reception and were told we would get a text after leaving a contact number. We went to meet family that were meeting for a pre-wedding drink with still no text at 4.30 we went to the hotel to see if the room was ready. It we were told it was ready at 3.00 but the staff had notified us as they had said. Very disappointing as we were then rushing to get ready for a restaurant that we had booked.

The hotel is in a great location - in walking distance of the old town, the cathedral and the harbour. The A1 bus from the airport stops right opposite the hotel and costs 5euros per person each way. Takes 20 - 25 minutes. Palma itself is just lovely. Lots of little shops = both expensive and cheap! Lots of cobbled streets and places to explore. Its also very clean. People are nice and its not swamped with tourists. Lots of little coffee shops and places to eat. Hotel was nice, breaksfast was fine. Room size was pretty impressive. We didn;t have the best view but to be honest we were out all day so this wasn't an issue for us. Beds are large and very comfortable.

The only negative was that the room was a little tired. Some of the 'laminate' was coming away from the skirting boards. The bathroom was a good size and unusually you had to step into the bath to use the shower....not a problem but not seen this in a hotel for a very long time.....kind of goes to show how long a room overhaul has been due. The reception, restaurant and hallways are really stylish......unfortnately the rooms don't match up but they are spacious and clean so don't be put off staying!!!

Friendly and very helpful Staff, excellent location. A good breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms with very comfortable bed.

The Spa could have been better. One sauna was out of order, the other wasn't very hot. Hot tub was actually cold. There was a bad smell in the bathroom sink and bath when we arrived. Running the water for 10 minutes got rid of it. It's common with the plumbing in Spain and the Islands, so maybe it's not entirely the fault of the hotel, but it's something that could be looked after before guests arrive.

Great location for restaurants and cafes, for shopping, for the cathedral and old town and for local buses including the A1 to airport. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met, always smiling and happy to help The spa was small but very welcome after a long day The breakfast was good and the cafe bar terrace provided good food at a reasonable price. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good shower, comfy bed and welcome drinks. We’d definitely recommend

The decor is quite dark and quirky which took some getting used to!

The staff was friendly and the faculty was cosy. It is very close to the old town and 15 mins walking distance from the port. Excellent location, clean and cosy.

There is only one elevator and it is hard to move back and forth to your room. Never rent a car from their car rental agency. The car rental company they cooperate with is extremely rude. They rented as a car for 9 hours and charged us for 24h and they refused to give us a invoice as soon as we paid. We tried Gary in order to get that invoice which is unacceptable. Moreover, 4 days in the hotel, they didn’t change our towels not even once.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and able to accommodate us with safe luggage storage and showers for easy early check-in and late check-out. The location is perfect as well with a bus to the airport stopping right in front of the hotel.

They had gym facilities, but lacked basic equipment like a set of weights and a bench which would have really improved the stay for a lot of guests - we also heard others speak about this outside.

The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The room was nice and spacious. I liked that there were 2 sinks. It was quiet and peaceful too. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the fruits and pastries mainly. I like the hotels efforts to be sustainable.

Our towels weren't changed at all which was surprising. We didn't inform the staff so it could have been a simple fix if we did. Usually it should be standard to have them changed. The air conditioning wasn't that great, the room felt stuffy at times.

Perfect location close to everything. Bus stop right outside the hotel to and from palma airport. The spa was lovely and nice to relax after sightseeing all day. Breakfast was good and well worth the money.

Bathroom was very small but useable. Bath robes and slippers would have been nice in the rooms and missed not having a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee in the morning.

Very tasty breakfast, close to the center city, free bar with drinks, cool maids, it was my birthday and they left me a greeting card in the room, it was very nice. Thank you very much Maria!!!

At breakfast there was never a place inside, we always sat outside, the employee always said the same phrase that all the tables are occupied and wait, and somehow we didn’t really notice her desire to help us with a table inside.

The room had a good balcony and the hotel was in a good location.

Needed some care and attention. Our bathroom sink was cracked and broken and there was a piece of trim hanging down from the ceiling. Personally we like our room cleaned in the morning however during our stay it was between 2:30 and 3:00 before the cleaners arrived.
