Breakfast was amazing! Beautiful hotel.

I would only recommend staying here if you booked a room facing the ocean. Our room on the backside provided us with a less than desirable experience due to the adjacent neighborhood. Also, the street in front of the hotel is in the midst of a major construction project. Hopefully this will be completed soon.

we had a very good price so wasn’t surprised we got a back room on 6th floor. none of that was a problem but there is no air conditioning?? it was fairly warm so we had to have the patio door open and there was lots of noise starting with Road sweepers early hours. don’t know how you would cope once temperatures hit 35 plus in season?? also had trouble getting a cab from hotel and member on staff wasn’t terribly helpful. roadworks outside hotel a pain but that’s not hotel’s fault. we did amazing amount of walking. hotel is near(ish) to centre of Palma but not that near. tea bags and milk not replaced through stay. got one English breakfast T bag!!

Our overall stay was very good. The pool is nice, and the lobby is very pretty. We booked a the level room which was a total plus, and I can recommend choosing the level for many reasons. We had free access to the level lounge where there’s snacks and drinks all day long. We also had a great view from our room, and one free access to the spa during our stay. it’s a great location too. the staff at the level lounge is also very attentive and always making sure the lounge is looking nice.

We did not get a double bed even though I put it as a preference in the booking. The showerhead did not work properly, and our door handle in the bathroom needed to get fixed as well. There’s a big round purple couch in the room which I really don’t see the purpose of. We would’ve rather had the space for our luggage instead since we did not use the couch. also the hotel offers late check out to the level guests, but that depends on wether or not there’s guests checking in to the room the same day as checkout. I totally get that, but then i don’t think it should be presented as a the level plus, since it’s not always possible. we did not get a late check out and they weren’t able to let us know about that before the same morning of our check out.

Location is excellent.and our room was ideal with a good sized balcony. Breakfast worked for us - I like continental and my partner enjoys cooked. Buck's fizz was a bonus!!

Too many corporate guests who tended to take over while working in the pool area- perhaps some separation could work between them and guests visiting for holidays.

The hotel is lovely, it has an enormous reception and lounge area, the biggest one I’ve seen in a hotel. The view from our balcony was stunning although a bit on the side, with yachts and palm trees visible! The location is great with nice restaurants and clubs nearby. Including Lio Palma Mallorca cabaret which was incredible! Our room was cleaned every single day with towels and bedsheets changed. It was so nice and clean thanks to the lovely staff! The pool was nice too just a bit packed.

The only thing we were surprised by is that you need to pay 15€ to access the Spa for two hours. I wish this was included in the hotel booking price which is not cheap and the spa area is shown on the photos. The other thing is that we stayed in the hotel for a week and tried to book massages when we arrived for the middle or end of our stay and there was no availability. They mentioned about external therapist but sounded like they didn’t want to book an external one even when their own schedule was full. So we couldn’t get massages even when we tried to book days in advance. There was no option to precook massages on the website either.

Everything was perfect, the staff, location and cleanliness. The food at the hotel the room and size of room and bathroom, the quality of everything was perfect.

The breakfast is a bit overpriced specially if you don’t book it the day before. The size of the swimming pool is very small for the amount of people at the hotel and the size of hotel. It will be useful to have a small portable scale for guests to borrow to check their luggage weight.

Since the moment I entered to the lobby area of the hotel I was so impressed from the decoration of the hotel. Everything seems to have a balance. The reception staff were so friendly and accommodative from the begging until the end of our stay. All the staff without exception were working hard to create a beautiful environment to their guests, including me. Thank you for your effort.

The only incident that somehow bothered me was the irrespecful behaviour of some residents of the hotel that were not willing to follow the rules regarding the drinking in the pool. They have been told in several occasions not to drink in the pool but they kept ignoring the advices and this made me feel disappointed and not so chill to enjoy my time in the pool. Except of this, the rest of our stay was perfect!

The breakfast was amazing with such a huge choice catering for all requests - although I would have liked poached eggs .. I only saw fried available but this was not a problem. Location good for walking to all areas of the city or taxi.

Availability of water on arrival at the reception as hot & tired would have been a bonus plus this would be a benefit as travellers walk through the reception area. Music in the pool area .. repetitive & almost inaudible at times… a good selection of music would have been so good to swim to or sunbathe & relax. As the dining areas are so spread out over a wide area… delivering our breakfast items to the table was a mammoth task without trays - requiring several trips !! Finally ..little extras like cotton wool pads, ear buds, emergency sewing kit would provide a nice touch to the rooms.

The hotel is in a nice location at the Marina, around 25 minutes walk to the central part of Palma. The swimming pool area is nice, good relaxing atmosphere and music playing. The pool bar food was decent with large portions we found it good value. The foyer area is stunning. Our room was a good size, space for a comfortable chair and table with a small balcony too. Nice Rituals toiletries were provided. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Unfortunately the pool bar was pretty disorganised with empties everywhere the staff had hardly any room to work efficiently so service was slow. They were all friendly but it was frustrating to watch!

Get the sea view room and watch all the toings and froings in the marina. The hotel is modern, spacious, the amenities and breakfast are lovely, and the staff are lovely...our balcony room was clean, comfy, and everything you could ask for

...no room info, QR codes are supposed to give you that, but they dont....room service can deliver lots of nice things, you just dont know what...and room safe and aircon instrctions are also absent...I dont.mind tech/internet guidance if it works, but it doesnt....so maybe old school paper folder instructions until you have got the tech sorted!
