Friendly little hotel in great area near cathedral, shops, old town restaurants, good air con, breakfast short walk to harbour area, small mini market in square nearby to buy water, tapas bars etc recommend Wasabi Palma restaurant for sushi 10 min walk away but lots of restaurants nr hotel.

Taxi driver at Palma airport sighed when we told her where the hotel was (Calle de Apuntadores) as there are old town restrictions on transport so she dropped us off in square nearby which was fine for us as we had only small wheelie cases but if you had small children/ mobility issues or more luggage I would call hotel ahead to discuss access. Am sure they can help. But call or contact ahead.

Fab location for exploring Palma. 2 minutes walk from Bar Coto and many other bars and restaurants. We had booked room 21 with the terrace and definately worth asking for this room. Our friends chose a different room and we spent most of the time whilst at the hotel on our terrace. Room was spacious and very quiet. Pool area very small but shaded which suited our needs. Breakfast was more than enough. Great coffee and a good selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly, booking taxis and answering questions.

This is a really pleasant slightly quirky hotel. The location is ideal, close enough to the sights, bars and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. The roof top is a lovely place and the terrace a little sun trap although the pool is small, big enough for a dip but certainly not big enough for a swim. Breakfast was more than adequate, a good selection of breads meats and cheeses with lovely fresh fruit salad.

Single duvet on a double bed !!! My room was not very clean on arrival, there were cup marks on the bed side table and marks around the sink but nothing serious enough to warrant any complaint.

Great location, it's right in the middle of Palma's old town part. The staff was excellent, very kind, very attentive. Breakfast is great, although nothing special, but you can find everything you'd need for a decent breakfast. The room - and especially the shower - was really great.

Not sure if applicable to all rooms, but in my room it was kinda noisy when in the room above the floor of mine the toilet was flushed, or the shower was running. Not terrible, but if someone wants really quiet they might get annoyed.

Our stay exceeded our expectations even though our bedroom was not huge. The modern art everywhere was wonderful. We loved the roof terrace with its views of the cathedral one way and the port the other. It was too early for the pool to be open but that will be lovely later in the year. The breakfast was the best ever - wonderful choice (and who doesn’t want chocolate cake for breakfast?) The location was perfect- close to the port and cathedral. Very good value. Thanks

The hotel is beautiful, very relaxing and with great attention to aesthetic detail. The breakfasts were of very good quality, the staff were brilliant. The hotel is very well located, within the old town and near lots of restaurants, and a very short walk to the seafront. . The terrace is quiet and peaceful and has a very welcome plunge pool to help cool down. And there is a little tower seating area with views of the cathedral and glimpses of the sea. The rooms are cool, and clean and spacious, great bathrooms, again all very beautifully designed.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room to make tea and coffee.

Simple unfussy decor..polished concrete floors, Venetian plaster walls, great blend of an old building with new. White linen, comfortable beds. great shower. Lovely large room, plenty of space. Delicious breakfast! Super kind, friendly staff. Our second visit to Palma and this hotel. In a great location.

Some kind of delivery being made nearby during the night…noisy for a short time. Room was on 1st floor overlooking street. But fell back into a blissful sleep shortly afterwards.

The hotel is in an excellent part of Palma for sightseeing and has been renovated sympathetically and furnished in keeping with the building. I had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had, excellent offering and quality first class products. Staff were excellent and very helpful & welcoming.

The door handle was a bit awkward for me and some of the bathroom fixings I thought were at the wrong height/position in my opinion, none of which spoilt my stay and would stay again. The hotel does not have parking and is in a restricted zone in narrow streets so there is a walk from any public parking if you are driving as I was, It is possible to drop off luggage first before parking however I did not want to try to locate the hotel in the narrow busy streets. It was approximately 10 minutes to walk from the public parking.

This is a hotel set in a perfect location for you to explore Palma. The atmosphere, decor and the team are so wonderful and the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. We’ll be 100%!

Nothing! Only suggestion and we should of asked but we’d of liked a small kettle, or coffee machine in the room so we could enjoy the glorious mornings with a drink and overlooking the Palma streets.

Great location in the historic area of Palma within easy walking distance of the cathedral and waterfront. Breakfast was a lovely continental-style buffet. Single room was a good size and included a nice modern en-suite bathroom.

Being an old building with single-glazed windows a lot of noise gets into the room from both the street and inside the hotel. Would recommend bringing earplugs; I wouldn't have slept so well without them.
