the big room size, the location infront of the yacht port and the infinity roof top pool is a huge plus!

They close the roof top too early in the high season. I arrived late and had only 15 minutes time to enjoy the pool and the view and they had already locked the door to my floor level and closed down the bar eventhough it should be open until 21 oclock. If a place has a official time a guest shall never suffer from internal staff work hour, bad management.

The room was really spacious - plenty of room for your stuff, even for a longer stay. It was lovely and clean, and we had the option of fresh towels every day which we appreciated. Great comfy beds, powerful shower, bath, and balcony in the room, and then the communal pool area was amazing too. Never struggled for a bed, and was a great addition!! It was also a fairly easy walk / bus route into town which made it nice to explore.

We would have appreciated some beds / lounge chairs around the indoor pool. Also, Public transport was easy to get from the hotel but would maybe be a nice addition to provide some pamphlets / info about these buses - we figured it out, but can imagine if you’re not very tech-savvy you would struggle!!

Very good location, very close to the city centre, Marina and parks. The pool on the roof of the hotel is very nice with a beautiful view on the city, Marina, and Cathedrale of Palma. The breakfast offers wide variety of food and it is delicious. The staff is very kind.

In my opinion, the price of this hotel is very high. This time they gave me a room in the old part of the hotel. The new rooms are nicer. They extra charge me for the breakfast because it was not in the room price. The price for one person for one breakfast is 17€! This is too much.

Location was excellent, 20 minute walk to old town. The view over the marina from the pool and breakfast area, the balcony off our room, the artwork throughout. Better than we expected.

The shower although it was nice and hot, very powerful but so much so it had a mind of it's own and drenched the bathroom and all our towels on a two occasions. Actually quite comical chasing the shower head around the bathroom. Lastly the bar by the pool was very expensive, but with those being the only negatives, it was a very positive experience for us.

The view of the harbor while enjoying the buffet breakfast is spectacular. There is a small infinity pool on the 8th floor with the same view, or for colder days, a warm indoor pool and jacuzzi on the 3rd. The 3rd floor also has a spa area with massage areas and saunas. The room that we had was typically a bedroom with a bathroom. The bathroom was clean and well-lit.

The quality of the body wash and shampoo felt as if they were watered-down. The area itself is located at the harbor and is a little stretch away from the city center, both an advantage and a disadvantage.

It was winter when we visited, sunny but cold. It was nice and warm in the room and the beds were comfortable. Our kids and we enjoyed the indoors mini swimming pool and the Turkish bath. The view from the rooftop and the breakfast is amazing. The neighborhood was nice, with local restaurants and cafes in the street behind.

The dry sauna temperature was not what it said and the bucket in there is licking. The breakfast could have been a better based on the price. I found the continental distinction a bit annoying. If I want to eat a bit of egg, I have to pay 5 euro more. They were quite cool when we said we only got an egg for the baby and they didn't charge us extra.

The hotel was lovely, really just what you expect from a Mediterranean experience. the pool is as good as it looks, would recommend when it’s hot as the pool is chilled. The rooms were a great size and the shower was great (fantastic pressure)!

When I booked the room it was for a double or a twin. Usually hotels ask when you get there would you like either, I was with my partner so it was obvious we wished for a double. However, we did receive a twin. Not the worst thing in the world and we made it work but would have been good to give us the option. The rooms don’t look exactly like the pictures. So that was slightly misleading but it was a cheap holiday and we were barely in the room so again it wasn’t make-or-break.

We stayed for Christmas holidays in a room with panoramic windows with the view to the harbour. The view was breathtaking, we could observe sunraise every morning! Very good breakfast for 12 or 17 EUR (cold buffet/full buffet). The room was very clean, comfy beds, very good bathroom. Very convenient location close to city attractions.

It was a bit loud from the street, therefore earplugs were helpful. The small fridge in our room was not cold enough. Hovewer the general impression from the hotel is amazing!

- Excellent location! in front of Mallorca marina and close (walking distance) to many bars, restaurants, mini groceries, pubs and clubs. - Amazing view from the rooftop (pool area) and from my room (9th floor with balcony view) - There is a fridge in the room - Cleanness - Spacious, clean, and comfortable room

- Parking car options = It's not easy to find public (free) parking available near the hotel. However you can use the parking beside the hotel, it's private and you need to pay an extra cost (BTW the hotel gives a discount ticket) - the hotel provided 2 single/twin beds instead of a double/full bed, which it was uncomfortable for a couple.

staff accommodating at all times , helped with room changes as requested ... great breakfast and had all we needed for a short break

Towels had seen better days , small issue with shower screen opening wrong way so hard to run bath without standing in it. .Entrance to hotel needs to be more inviting and bar could maybe open later ... building work outside but not the hotels fault ...
