The location was wonderful,right in the centre,so close to all the fabulous shops and lovely places to eat. The views from the terrace and sky bar were to die for and the hotel itself was a pleasure to return home to after a day of shopping and eating!! Sadly we never made it to the beach,not enough time and too much to do,but we are already planning a return trip,until then....

The location is perfect for exploring, being in the heart of the city. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms stylish and spotless. Breakfast choice is amazing If we came back to Palma we would happily stay here

Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was because of the Sky Bar. We'd imagined a drink with amazing views before or after heading out into the city...but it was impossible to get a table in the evening for the whole of our stay. A heads up from the hotel prior to our stay to advise us to book would have been good. Also, the location of our room next to the stairwell, 2 floors below the Sky Bar did make it very noisy in the early hours when people were leaving the bar. If we stayed again we would request a room the furthest away from the stairs

Stylish, comfortable hotel, with stunning roof terrace (bar/restaurant) overlooking cathedral & sea front. Great for solo woman traveller. Felt safe & staff were nice. Phone in room. Easy to walk to all attractions & public transport options (very close to airport bus stop). Great buffet breakfast - but note that this is not on the roof terrace but a separate (pleasant) dining room. Nice complimentary beer & soft drinks in room fridge. A great overnight stay for me, before heading to meet a friend on the coast. Recommended!

Fantastic hotel! Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Very welcoming upon arrival and check out and the SkyBar is an absolute must visit while you are here. Fantastic location- just a short walk to the bus stop to the airport and to the main attractions. Free luggage storage is a bonus.

I stayed in the economy single room and it did not have a proper window- a small square with some grates across it overlooking a dark courtyard. It wasn't a problem for me but it was disconcerting waking up to no natural light, and if you get claustrophobic it may not be the best for you. I just wish this had been advertised better upon booking the room.

location was very central. we walked everywhere. A1 bus was very close for airport pick up/drop off. the views from our room (714) were fantastic.

bit noisy when people leaving Skybar at night, and we could here the chairs being moved around in the bar when in our room. but no big deal for us. you will always get noise in a hotel!! our booking included breakfast and as we had early flight on the last day we were given a packed breakfast. think it could have been better or an option for not paying for breakfast on last day would be good. we certainly didn’t get value for money!!

The beds were extremely comfortable, the kids were out like a light! 🥰😂 food was excuisite, really tickled the ol' taste buds 😁 however you should really invest in more vegeterian options for this modern world 😂😂 kids these days 😂😂 kids also loved the view and the mocktails xxxx

I would have LOVED to be able to whip out the old swimming cossie in a pool but divnt worry yersel aboot it x could have also had toilets near the bar (me and my weak bladder 🤣😂) lift was also a bit slow for my liking but i did inherit my fathers impatient genes bless his soul ❤️😂

Access to Skybar restaurant and outdoor seating area for drinks. Food was excellent and lunch menu great value for money at 19.95 including a drink. Complementary water and beer provided in mini fridge upon arrival. Luggage room set up with card controlled access which made it convenient for leaving cases and getting changed before departure to airport.

Breakfast was adequate but selection could be improved. A number of years ago there was live music in the Skybar - this appears to have stopped. Please bring this back- we will be making a return visit next year !! Also, much prefer a proper hairdryer in the bedroom- only a small point.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's situated on a lovely big main shopping street just off the Passeig Des Born and everything just feels so accessible, with Almudaina Palace being 5 minutes away, as well as the Cathedral. The room I was given was phenomenal, up on the 8th floor with a balcony and full view of the Cathedral and the sea. It even had a little cubby window in the bathroom which allowed for the most stunning sunset views with mountains as a backdrop. Bed was really comfortable and the shower was a great size. They thought about pretty much everything and provided really good toiletries in the shower as well as accessories such as make-up remover pads. The complimentary minibar was great as I got 4 drinks, including a beer, and the fridge was a decent size to be able to store other things if need be. Although my room was near the Sky Bar, it was set off in a more soundproofed area, so it only got a brief bit of noise at the end of the night when it closed (as I sleep late anyway). Cleaning was great and faultless every single day. Reception were very friendly at check-in and the baggage drop service where they give you a keycard to both a room for the bags and a secure toilet to freshen up was such a welcome touch. I can't wait to come back.

The flush in the toilet was ever so slightly weak, however not enough for me to say anything to the reception, so only a small thing. As with a lot of hotels, more choices of tea/coffee could be given, and more of this in general as sometimes it felt like it was running a bit short. Reception, although very knowledgeable about places such as the Tren de Soller, would often try to refer you first to the online websites. Although it's good to save the environment, it's also good to still have information sheets for example which could be kept at the reception for guests to check, to reduce wastage.

I'd previously requested a double bed if possible and this was given, it was more like a king! My room also had a balcony which was a bonus as I watched the carnival from it. Blackout blinds and the window seals didn't make it noisy at all and I had no problems sleeping. The rooftop terrace was great as was the one meal I had there. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of choice. Location is excellent, you are no more than 15 mins from anywhere (Airport bus is 5 mins away, bus station for buses north is 15 mins walk, shops on your doorstep). I felt safe walking around at night too.
