Hotel Bosch Boutique

The location could not be better! It’s central, yet not too busy like in other parts of Palma city centre. Below is a lovely bar and café with very reasonable prices compared to other places. The room was clean, huge with sound-proof windows, extra large bed, lots of storage space and a great, also very sizeable, bathroom. The aircon worked extremely well, quiet and effective. Overall decor also very nice and comfortable. I think overall good value for money.

We had to close the bathroom window on the first night as it was letting in some smells from the kitchen. Didn’t notice anything after that. Nothing terrible at all, though.

Fantastic modern apartment in the heart of Palma, the location is brilliant, on a side street, but right in the heart of the city. We were a bit worried about some reviews on TA regarding communication from the host, but the communication / info provided was perfect and very helpful. We were a family of 4, and the kids loved the place. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

There really wasn't much not to like. The balcony in the Nordica apartment wasn't furnished as presented in the pictures. We had no need to use the balcony, but the option would have been nice. A very minor negative in an otherwise excellent stage. Not relevant for us, but it may be of use for others. The apartments are probably not suitable for very young children in buggies. There is a lift, but it starts from the first floor, so stairs have to be used from ground to first floor.

the industrial room we booked for 4 people was fantastic, it’s 2 totally separate bedrooms which makes a stay for 2 couples or a family with adult children totally usable. perfect location for sight seeing, shopping and the beach

only having someone on reception from 9-2 does make it a little limited when needing to communicate with staff! they are good at responding to texts sent between 9-2 but limited means of contact outside of these times

The bed was very comfortable with a nice view. Room and bathroom are both very soacious. We especially loved the bathtub and shower options in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing! Great quality of the food in the restaurant below for lunch and dinner as well.

Only provided 2 capsules of coffee and no tea. They also only gave one bottle of water for two people. All the rest of the drinks in the fridge were chargeable. Also they sent an email saying that my credit card was declined when clearly the details given were correct.

Bar and hotel staff were wonderful.

unfortunately a light shade was missing above the bath and the shower floor had a cracked central tile. the overhead shower room lighting didn’t appear to work either. the television kept buffering on bbc1. my nightdress went missing on the second morning - probably swept up in the laundry by housekeeping. nothing major, just a few things. very little offered other than two Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. the choice of tea and/or coffee and milk would have been nice, and perhaps a couple of biscuits? we didn’t open the minibar.

We liked this hotel the most from the places we stayed during our holiday in Mallorca. We arrived late but there was no problem to self check-in. Localization in the city center was great and staff was super nice. The room had like 3-4 meters high. It was very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

I would put the door in the toilet.

The hotel is on amazing location, in the very center of the old town. Our apartment was lovely, spacious, bright, extremely clean and well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, It was three of us, but apartment would be equally comfortable with additional person. Our apartment had a large terrace which was nice and handy to use in the evening. Apartment was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Receptionist was really nice and helpful when we arrived. We were bit late, but she was there to greet us.

It would be handy to have someone at the reception throughout the day. We needed some help booking a cab for early morning as customer service doesn't speak English and we stopped by reception few times in the afternoon, but couldn't find anyone. Bathroom in apartment was nice and large, but it is positioned in the passage between 2 bedrooms, but without doors on toilet. That can be an inconvenience when there's more people sharing it.

- it can get noisy from the bar below, staff cleaning and opening up - hotel staff spoke poor or no english which made it difficult to communicate - room space was generally amazing but you could feel it was getting neglected, room curtains looked like about to fall down, toilet paper holder was missing but you could see that there are multiple holes in the wall, bathtub and sink drainage were clocked, hair conditioner was missing

Excellent location. Helpful and courteous staff. Because the lift was not working our luggage was taken up to our room. Huge room which was extremely comfortable. Added bonus of Bar Bosch downstairs. And the final courtesy was that a member of staff helped us with our luggage to the taxi rank . We would book this hotel again.

Unfortunately due to adverse weather the previous day the lift was not working . However the lift was repaired as quickly as possible. Not a problem for us but would have been a barrier to accessing the room for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely hotel in centre of Palma. Stayed in Plazza suite which was a massive room compared with some hotels I've stayed in. Very spacious with comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and powerful and hot rainfall shower plus a stand alone bath if you want to pamper yourself. Balcony over looking main street and so thought we might get a bit of noise from bars and restaurants below but no - shut the door and all quiet. Walkable to all the main attractions Palma has to offer.

Would of liked to of been able to link to telly to be able to watch a bit of English TV but a very minor point. Provided bath robes were too snug for me!
