What an amazing hotel! Front the moment we arrived - even before we stepped out of the taxi, the delightful Andreea (Deputy Manger) greeted us by name and welcomed us to this exceptional hotel. We are upgraded to a stunning suite, beautifully decorated and generous in size. We arrived in time for lunch and had a delicious meal in the restaurant making the most of our welcome glass of cava. The food was very impressive. In fact our whole stay was impressive. The location could not be beaten, right in the middle of everything meaning we didn't take a taxi anywhere during our stay in Palma, everything was a short walk away. All the members of staff were cheerful, helpful and a total delight. A special shout out needs to go to Andreea who was always around to say hello and make sure everything was just right. We looked at several other hotels, some of which were full, and all I can say I'm glad they were so we got to enjoy our stay at Can Alomar. We did walk past the others, and whilst they too were very beautiful, the location of Can Alomar, the staff, roof top bar, sun deck and restaurant made this place very very special. Highly recommended.

Nothing - except having to leave!

Breakfast was good but would have like Greek yogurt and fresh berries if possible with granola. But great serving time until 11.00. Very quiet room on second floor and easy to get to. Best Cosmopolitans in Mallorca I had all week! We left a phone and glasses in a taxi and staff were able to help retrieve them very quickly! Excellent! Also Great recommendation for nearby coffee shop.

Whilst trying to relax on the rooftop terrace in the afternoon the amount of staff particularly maintenance, coming and going was not relaxing.

Our welcome was excellent, we were lucky to be able to check in early and after a quick coffee on the terrace nestled in the trees overlooking looking passage born we were straight into the centre of the old town. HCA is ideally located handy for the shops, bars, restaurants and the marina, even the beach is only 20 mins away. We had a lovely room, incredibly comfortable bed, clean and very quiet. The upstairs pool and lounge area is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle on the streets. Lovely to be able to catch the buskers tunes downstairs whilst stealing a few rays on the roof! A wonderful place to stay, the crowning factor are the staff - they are all friendly, welcoming and keen to make sure that every part of your stay is perfect……It was, thank you!

The warm atmosphere, the wonderful scent of orange and jasmine that is present throughout the hotel. The fantastic staff were always smiling and very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed all the outside space, drinks on one terrace with comfy sofas and the restaurant terrace for dinner and breakfast, also we loved having the roof terrace with plunge pool to relax by.

I couldn’t fault this hotel.

Their attention to detail was exceptional nothing was a problem.All the staff were excellent.So professional.The Porter at night amazing his name was Daniel.Also the manager at front desk he was excellent such a lovely place and made our family holiday a memorable one as it was our sons wedding

Can Alomar is one of those quietly elegant places that feels intimate and exclusive. Located perfectly central in Palma, it's very easy to explore the city and frequently dip back to the secluded privacy of this hotel. I much prefer the experience of a smaller intimate city hotel, in comparison to a large grand hotel with lots of guests. This felt more exclusive and more relaxing, it never felt overly busy. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the leafy avenue, with beautiful Jasmine cascading along the walls, is a memorable spot and a lovely start to the day. The staff were more than accommodating.

Can't name a thing I didn't like. Some may not like how small the swimming pool is, but it seems to be the norm in central Palma that rooftop pools are rather small. I still enjoyed it.

The breakfast was lacking - there was not a lot of food available - tiny little bits of this n that but the staff didn’t really make any moves to offer cooked one day were ordered an omelette but the other 2 days we just had the cold buffet - it was a beautiful place to eat on the terrace but if I visited again I wouldn’t opt if the breakfast as there were so many lovely places to eat on the doorstep

There was only one English Chanel on the Tv BBC world news -

great location in the heart of Palma, close to great restaurants, shops, the cathedral and bars. amazing views on the rooftop and incredibly comfortable sun loungers. Great service from front of house, reception and the food is top quality. The rooms are brilliant too.

everything was exceptional. Although, I would say, if you’re looking for a pool to swim in (which I wasn’t), the pool is more for plunging than swimming

We were given a a very warm welcome by reception and shown to the terrace bar by Daniel who was excellent at showing us our room and general orientation. We were pleasantly surprised when Amina, the General manager came to introduce herself. Our rooms 4 and 5 were spacious, very clean and well equipped.

No complaints.

The location was excellent, the service from arrival to departure was seamless.

Special mention for Andrea who showed us around, and secured a dinner reservation at short notice, just charming. Front if house staff were superb, helpful with meal bookings, taxis, nothing was too much trouble, totally unflappable!
