Not sure where to start. It was super clean. Sheets lovely cool white cotton which we have at home. Beds so good. uk tv channels to watch whilst your getting ready. Shower gel and shampoo provided on the shower wall. Staff were all so lovely and very helpful brekky was lovely too. Lovely comfy chairs and sofas in the foyer. Definitely going back here. I came with my son for an early 21st trip for him. He loved it too ( we have high expectations and we are critical ) but no faults at all. 🌟

Perfect location within walking distance of everything! The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Spotless! The receptionist were very helpful and friendly, like our mini tour guides advising us the best place to catch the trains to Soller an buses etc.

Could have replenished the tea/coffee/milk tray daily and provide teaspoons. Us Brits love our teas! The room service lady was kind enough to provide us some when I did see her. Did try the reception but told to try the bar, however the bar did not open till 5.30pm. - sad face :-( ...... I had to ask the bar for two teaspoons and had to sign it off, whats that all about???? Oh and also, the maintenance team should look at the sealant on the shower door as its leaking and need replacing as its all stained. Keep forgetting to remind you everytime we left the building to go out.

Hotel was very clean, airy, and there is nothing I could complain about in regards to facilities. Light and spacious rooms. Good location as close to the city center and nice walk to and from main attractions along the river.

Didn't seem very welcoming upon arrival, hotel is good and attended to all my requests, but no option for a hot drink in the morning as no facility for tea or coffee. Seemed pretentious. No hand soap in the bathroom.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The first day we arrived it was raining, so they offered us some umbrellas. We were also learning Spanish, so they spoke really slow for us so we could understand it and reply in Spanish. The staff was really amazing!

The wifi connection was sometimes a little bit slow, but we were there to relax, so it was really not a problem at all for us that the wifi was slow. To be honest, our trip was really amazing and the hotel was great for our trip too!

Room was very nice, we got a top level room with a nice view. The person at the reception was very helpful with recommendations and general information. All central attractions are within walking distance (the large intermodal station is 12 minutes on foot) Breakfast was very good, did not expect it. The diversity is not so great, but all products were above my expectation in terms of quality and taste.

There is no place to dry your swimsuits or beach towels Prices at the bar are exaggerated (2.9 for a small sparkling water)

Modern and suitably comfortable. Friendly reception and serving staff. Breakfast could not be faulted and the airline bus stop opposite the hotel entrance was a welcome bonus.

Stayed on the 6th floor, room was super spacious and bright. Had a mini fridge, free safe and still water in the room upon arrival. Hotel reception was very clean and excellent staffed checked us in and out quickly.

Bed was on wheels which meant you were unable to sit up and rest on the wall - though not too much of a big deal.

We asked for a taxi to be booked for us and went to sit in reception. We waited 30 mins and then when we went to check, they said they forgot to book taxi Hotel is in a very quiet part of the city - in some respects that’s great. However, we under estimated how much we’d need to walk to find busier places or nice restaurants. Lifts are also TINY so very claustrophobic feeling

Location was excellent, it had a very nice view, and good amenities. It is easily reachable from the old town, and with quick access to the Santa Catalina restaurants. It's in a walkable distance to some awesome spots like Ca'n Pere Antoni beach, and the Cathedral.

The shower in the room could have been a bit more splash proof, since the floor easily got wet.
