Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location as very central near the cathedral but also a great area for quality restaurants and bars. You can walk a matter of a few minutes to choose from many good restaurants. Nice room and facilities. The hotel is very tranquil with relaxing music, a fabulous roof terrace (great for sunbathing) and pretty courtyard.

I was disappointed it wasn't made clear before arriving you have to book their spa facilities as I'm used to just walking into saunas and steam rooms. Its not flexible having to book and you are only allowed one booking during your stay unless they have further availability. We also thought the layout of the room wasn't ideal. The bed in our room has a wooden edge and there is about a 15 cm gap between the bed and and side unit so we frequently caught our legs on the bed edge which resulted in bruises. I'd suggest a smaller side unit.

Location very central in Palma close to shops, restarants, boutique style room ,the delux double was amazing ,spacious with stairs leading up to a bathroom with double sinks , bathrobes, slippers ,toiletries Complimentary bracelets were a nice touch Breakfast was varied , buffet -have to ask for eggs fried/poach/boiled Fresh juices and coffee was good Luggage storage available Daily room service Rooftop was excellant with seating area and even a bed at the top with fantastic views especially at sunset.

The standard room i booked for the children was alot smaller and shower screen neefed abit of attention The breakfast room gets filled up quickly ,when full, you are seated in a room on otherside of courtyard. Buffet selection should be labelled as we had to keep asking whether it was vegetarian No tea making facilities in the room

An incredible hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Staff was super friendly, professional and attentive and the room was superb with a very good price to performance ratio. Spa and Jacuzzi were included for free. I can only recommend this hotel, if you want to disconnect for a few days in Palma.

a perfect stay! my husband and I got married in Palma and we and out guests lived at Puro Hotel. We also had our wedding dinner at their restaurant Beatnik. they were super helpful and so kind to us during our whole stay. they upgraded our room and surprised us with cava to the room. everybody loved it! thank you so much for making our special weekend even better!

Loved every second of our recent stay. The breakfast was exceptional, rooms were beautiful, so comfortable, clean and the staff went above and beyond for us. The location was excellent- everything is on the doorstep! We also enjoyed a lovely visit to Puro Beach using the free shuttle service. Definitely worth a visit!

The only thing that lacked was coffee/tea facilities. Even if this couldn’t be available in the room it would be nice to have tea/coffee included perhaps with facilities available for guests downstairs.

Breakfast was excellent..good selection. Beds were huge and super comfy. Hotel is central to everything and 20 euro ride from the airport.

My room overlooked the street and it was noisy with what sounded like a bin collection in the middle of the night. A tiny issue in an otherwise super hotel

the location excellent! the hotel very comfortable, all staff from every area couldn’t be more helpful. Sergio at reception in particular gave us good advice & was v pleasant & friendly. Also the Polish lady ( didn’t get her name ) so very helpful at breakfast. All in all a wonderful return visit here& we will return again! many thanks.

Perfect location, close to bars, restaurants and shops, but also calm and quiet at the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Really couldn’t fault it.

There’s nothing to dislike!

Excellent location in the Old Town of Palma. The staff are great- Cristina is a real asset to this hotel, and she went out of her way to provide recommendations on what to see and do in Palma.

The layout of the rooms could be improved. No wall-plugs near the bed, and the TV is at strange angle. The breakfast is average, with long waits for coffee.

Contemporary, central location, with excellent and friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast, and a private spa session included. Great toiletries.

The room design was a bit too contemporary for me, but that is purely down to personal taste. It was well laid out, with massiveness and shower.
