Amazing location, Perfect sunrise and sunset view, Good outdoor pool with benches. Very convenient to go to swim to the sea just across the road and return back to the pool area if you do not like to deal with sand=) Possible to have a quick shower after the sea or just wash your feet from sand. Grate variety of food. Cakes were especially delicious. Plenty of fruits. You can take few fruits with you after breakfast or dinner. You can enjoy the sea view during your meal outside. Lovely promenade nearby. Every day was a live or DJ music in the pool area. Some entertainment for children also present, But children do not really bother when living on top levels with sea view. Car rental are close. Bus station is very close.

We had a higher class room with a sea view. I can put 3 star but not 4 stars... No water in rooms. Rooms have a lot of dust. Shower drainage will always annoy you with extensive water...It is an easy fix, why hotel management cannot deal with such a small issue. it is annoying... Sheets were never changed during our 9 day stay. 1 time we had to ask reception to make our room 2 times as no one did it during the whole day. So we could not take a shower after any hours on sun and in salty sea...had to wait for towels at least. Rooms are older that looks on the pictures. Price for experience is too high.

great views and proximity to the beach , very close to bus stop to go to Palma, very friendly, smiley and accommodating staffs. good if you are coming with a young family

breakfast is a bit chaotic and too busy . also not enough sun beds around the pool. some guest would put their towel down on beds before the pool opened , and wouldn’t be here for best part of the day ! if you intend to go to the pool in the afternoon you have no chance to have a seat by the pool! management should really control this and inform guests that unless they are not present at the pool they cannot reserve sun beds ..

The breakfast is amazing, lots of options and also some Mallorcan delicacies. Very satisfied!

The room size was much better than I expected. This breakfast and dinners were very good and I would highly recommend having them included with the rooms if booking. I loved how the bathrooms had a heat lamp built in for when you're done showering. The entire hotel, lobby, and decour was very nice and upscale.

I only have two complaints that I think should definitely be corrected. The main one was the hours of the pool. Closing at 8PM was definitely too early as the sun did not even set until around 9:30. 10 PM would be preferable but even at a minimum 9PM should have been the time. The second, which I understand is a business decision, was the fact that at the dinner buffet which is €18 per adult, there is not even the option for included water. If you want to drink anything at all you need to pay extra. At a minimum tap water should be included.

The location is really good It is very easy to access from town and airport The tile floor was badly broken in balcony but fixed immediately

It was our second trip to the hotel and did not get the same view from the room even though we booked the same type and requested same view in 4 months ago That was little disappointment and not sure if we would go back

The food was excellent, and the environment is superb

I didn't like that jacuzzi that it was manually heated for us for an hour or two a day . This is very disappointing. They should get it fixed and stop giving an explanation for it. We spent 8 nights there, and this could have been sorted out even within the days if they really wanted to do it. The accommodation is not cheap. Please get it fixed up for other users. Heating jacuzzi manually with pipe or nozzle being in it is dangerous, and it poses health and safety risks. Thanks

We were two female relatives sharing a one-bedroom suite with a small but well-equipped kitchen area (although we did not cook while staying) and a living area. The property is older, but we had a completely renovated bathroom. I slept on the living room sofa comfortably. The balcony overlooking the beach was well worth the cost of the room. The breakfast is a buffet, with quite a large variety of cold and hot food options.

The room was stiflingly hot when we arrived, as the drapes were fully open to the balcony, with the afternoon sun on that side of the building, and the air conditioning is not activated in winter. Once night fell, we opened the balcony door and cooled the rooms, keeping them cool for the duration of our stay by closing the heavy drapes in the afternoon. Be forewarned: for security, there is no handle on the balcony side of the glass door, so if someone inside completely shuts it as you go out, you will remain on the balcony until someone inside opens the door.

Lovely housekeeping ladies - Sandra is very thorough and does excellent job! Place very friendly for children. Access to a washing machine and a dryer Well equipped gym (I’d add a few 3kg and 4kg weights there but, what they have serves the purpose very well)

Sometimes you get the drainage/sewage smell in the room and corridors No water dispenser in the gym You don’t get water with your dinner (you have to pay)

The apartment was spacious and complete. Very comfortable. Has the basics for us who like home cooked meals. The cleaners were really good - always make sure to ask us if we want our room clean daily.

There was a construction in the room next door so it was extremely noisy during our stay.

Location was why we booked this place . We wanted somewhere for winter sunny beach walks and this place is in a great area for this . The apartment was a good size , bedroom could have been easier to use if it wasn’t so tight to walk around the bed . Good views from the superior apartments over looking the pool and beach .

The cleaners aren’t very good . A different one every couple of days so none of them know when bedding has been changed or rooms cleaned ! We stayed 3 weeks in total and I had to plead with one after two weeks for a clean washing up cloth and t-towel to wash up with as it hadn’t been changed . She argued with me in the hallway . Towels only changed once and the shower wasn’t cleaned at all . No coffee or tea replaced the whole stay . Food was dreadful , we went one night and it didn’t return again . The spa was over run with children and not a chilled place that we would have liked so again only used once ! Screaming and running around didn’t not provide us with a restful spa .
