Excellent varied and quality breakfast, always plentiful even late in the morning. Good times to do it. Kindness in the room and at the reception. Beautiful structure, very quiet, silent (it's just a shame that the corridors are narrow and therefore you tend to listen to too many noises from those leaving the room or from the maids chatting while they do their work), but definitely a beautiful structure.

I recommend removing the tub in the bathrooms and installing a shower cabin so that perhaps you can also install a more practical and desirable bidet. Paid parking (11 euros per day..!!). It would be better for free or at least a less excessive payment.

Friendly welcome. The receptionist was multilingual and talented at that. Very quick, easy and fuss-free check-in. Very clean without being sterile. Fast lift. Room 302 was bright with a fantastic balcony; limited views with a sliver of water view, sun and moon rise from balcony lovely as it's East facing. TV in room and a tiny bar fridge with some goods to purchase. Bath/shower room was spacious, clean and the hot water was appreciated with pretty decent water pressure. The breakfast selection seemed decent as I walked bast the restaurant, but didn't eat there. Quiet neighborhood mid-February, several buses are available to take you in different directions on this side of Palma; bus stops from 4 and up to 9 minutes' walk. Eating is not an issue, as there are many different restaurants within a 15 minute radius. A large Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes' walk away and an Eroski City which is open 7 days until late is just around the corner. Hotel is up a moderately intense hill depending on your approach, good way to get your fitness up, however, some people may require rest breaks. If you're a fan of sushi Jazminthing is an all you can eat bargain great freshly made to order restaurant just 15 minutes walk into town.

Not much - it was a great stay. The beds were not uncomfortable but they could have been more comfortable. A kettle would have been a welcomed addition to the room. Location - so this is difficult, in one way it's a great location with access to the buses, the port promenade and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. On the other hand, it's a 40 minute walk to the old town / cathedral / placa España and the transport interchange hub. It requires commitment to go back to the hotel and out again if you want city centre, it's an inconvenience I guess, not a total negative because it's easy to travel with frequent buses.

Room was perfect. Balcony was perfect. Staff were perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Great selection of food, and stays open until 10.30! Coffee is also perfect, freshly ground. Lunchtime checkout! Perfect. Position - perfect. Great 15 min. walk up the hill to Bellver Castle. 10 mins from the Quay. We loved everything about it. We even had a full length bath! Also, lots of bars and restaurants close by as well as small and large supermarkets. Next time we stay in Palma, we will be staying HERE AGAIN.

Everything was brilliant for us. However, for people who don't like walking 45 mins into town - you would need to take a bus - which you can pick up close to the hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff who were always available to help us. Although the room was a little small it was very clean and cleaned daily and does the job if you want something simple and comfy. Very comfortable beds and big bathroom. Nice common space and overall good value for money.

Not much really, but just some personal comments that may help improve. Maybe it would be a good idea to have some hand soap in the bathroom. Also the sink is quite small which caused quite a bit of leaking water during its use. Another thing is the heat coming from the windows in the morning. Maybe it needs better isolations as for our room that was on the front side we had to keep the air conditioning on the whole time otherwise it got extremely hot.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English , it was very clean and our towels were changed every day , breakfast looked nice although we didn’t have any , handy place for bus stops etc small parking area , all very good , the shower was excellent hot and powerful

Our balcony sadly didn’t get any sun at any time of the day so the room was dark , but I guess we weren’t in it very much , the restraints around that area were a bit limited but not too far to walk into Palma central

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. clean and modern hotel with a short 5 min walk to local cafes and bars or restaurants... Valdo was a lovely Italian we found close by. breakfast was good for 11 euro pp at hotel. taxis were instant, you can take a leisurely 20 min. walk and get right into the heart of palma and the beautiful cathedral area. We will be back thank you for a lovely stay.

nothing it was great value for money and exceeded our expectations

When I arrived initially I thought the hotel was further out from the old city than I expected but once I figured out the very regular bus service this was not a problem. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. Evana who was the receptionist for most days of my stay was exceptionally welcoming and gave great advice on places to go and restaurants to eat in. My room was spotlessly cleaned every day

Located in a quiet, residential street I was a little concerned it might be too off the beaten track, for a short city break stay, however, it is better described as a hidden gem of peace and tranquility. Just 5 minutes walk to the bustling marina and with bars, restaurants and cafés 2 minutes walk away it was excellent. My room was small, functional and clean with a small balcony to sit, meeting the expectation of a city break. Breakfast was ample and good value with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, hot food selection, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, breads, teas, coffees and juices. Staff were friendly.

I would have benefited from a few moments to gather my thoughts having experienced a 3 hour travel delay due to bad weather, before being asked for payment and then having to wait for a room to be assigned. Perhaps switching the priority of these actions would be a more customer focused approach but the staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout the stay.

The location was in a residential area, but only a short bus ride to the center of Palma (2 euro set rate). The bus station was about 7 minutes walk. The bus can also take you to the central bus station from which it is easy to explore the other parts of Mallorca. The longer distance bus system was extremely easy to use, no ticket purchase, you essentially tap in and tap out with your credit card. In my view, this was a lot better than signing up for excursions. I liked the quiet location and the fact that our room had a large terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella and loungers where we could relax in the evening. It is also only a short walk to the marina, and the cathedral is 25 minutes along the Marina front. The distance is not great, but the sun can be intense. Another advantage is that there is a large modern nearby grocery store so it was easy and economical to stock up on drinks, croissants etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and lent us an electric kettle and teapot. The mini-bar served as a fridge. The bathroom was great, large and modern with lots of hot water and good shower pressure.

There is free wifi, but sometimes it was a bit slow.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Small problem with the aircon in the room which was stuck on warm and unable to be turned off, making the room too hot. However, staff went out of their way to try to resolve it, and gave us complementary cava as an apology. The room had lovely views towards the harbour and the cathedral, and had a really large terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, particularly Lucas, with whom we had most contact. He was very, very helpful and is a great asset to the hotel group.

Just the warm aircon in the bedroom which we couldn't turn off!
