One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Perfectly managed to be able to have a good night sleep in quiet atmosphere and also clean rooms. I loved that the beds had curtains for privacy. The location is also great, near the center and many restaurants, with a bus stop right in front of the hostel. There's also a supermarket nearby

The air conditioner was controlled from the reception, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms would get freezing cold, and we had to go down to ask them to turn it off for our room. Also, the showers had a button that needed to be pressed repeatedly for water, which was quite inconvenient. Regular handles for the showers would be much better and less challenging.

Most importantly were the staff, everyone from the team I've seen were at the top! The gentleman who did my check in, assisted me with every questions or requests I had. The ladies at the bar serving drinks, super friendly. The lady in the morning who recommended me breakfast options and I'm now craving the pain au chocolat they bake there :) And let's not forget the little doggo who always comes to say hi ! The atmosphere was nicely balanced, nice guests to connect with, not noisy during sleeping time, everyone was friendly and responsible :)

The Hostel is well connected by bus as the Gomila bus stop is just 50 metres away. They allowed me a late check-in and place is very alive and buzzing even at midnight. The best part about the hostel is that there is a balcony for drying clothes, which is quite welcome! There is a nice restaurant downstairs and the staff members are very helpful. They called a local taxi for my early morning checkout and are very prompt while answering questions too. The hostel is a pretty affordable option in Palma, and I would 100% come back to stay here if I visit again.

My room was pretty quiet, but if you leave the window open (necessary for fresh air for at least an hour a day), the restaurant nearby can be a bit loud. The open kitchen is well-stocked too, though a bit crowded during peak time, and I observed that guests like to cook full meals usually, thereby occupying the two microwaves for long. A stove would fix this issue to a large extent. The showers (gender-specific) also have translucent glass doors and don't have locks, which I felt was a bit intrusive to my privacy while bathing, but that might just be a cultural difference.

The property was in a fantastic location for the price I paid, and the facilities were fantastic modern and clean.

There was a gap in the shelf beside my bed that was too small to fit a hand into, but easily large enough to accommodate a phone. Should a phone or a passport be dropped down it, the entire bunk bed would have to be disassembled to retrieve it, and I’m not sure whether such measures would be taken. I would advise the property managers to fill all such gaps. The 5 euro room key deposit was also a little surprising, as I couldn’t find it mentioned in the reservation email.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice towels to hire for 2€. The room and bathroom are clean. It has a nice rooftop area. Good location, bus route directly outside to the centre of Palma.

The beds aren't very comfortable, the bunk squeaked with every little movement! I understand trying to save use, but aircon going on and off, never on when you really want it. One of the showers wouldn't hold on at all, and you have to constantly hold the button. The bathroom is exceedingly humid, very hot indeed, no window or airflow.

Amazing place to stay! Rooms are spacious, have lockers to keep all of your stuff, beds have curtains to have some privacy and they are comfortable to sleep in. Rooms have great ventilation system and the fresh air is always there! Nice bathrooms, always clean! Good terrace with a lot of seating space. Good for online working as Wi-Fi is good and the place is not noisy! Staff always helped with anything I needed!

Showers water just stops after 10 seconds as there is a water regulation system. Always need to press the button. Also bathroom lights are automatic and turned off when I was showing all the time.

ROOM BREAKFAST AND BED I MADE MY OWN BREAKFAST AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. THE COOKING FACILITIES WERE APPROPRIATE THE BED WAS FIRM AND COMFORTABLE. THE ROOF TERRACE IS GREAT PRICE IS AFFORDABLE

MORE PRIVACY IN THE ROOM SUCH AS BEDS THAY WERE MORE SELF CONTAINED. ALSO WHY ARE THE FRIDGES SO FAR FROM THE COOKING FACILITIES, THIS LEADS TO FOOD SLIPPING OUT OF CONAINERS AND DRIPS ETC WHCIH ARE HEALTH HAZARDS. WHY DONT YOU HAVE A MORE CLEARER BOX IN THE FRIDGE FACILITIY SO THAT GUESTS CAN PUT THEIR GOODS THAT ARE CLOSE TO BEING FINISHED BY DATE

The location is convenient, in front of the bus stop so you can reach it from the airport easily, walkable to marina. Personal was super friendly.

Bathrooms were not very clean, the hostel has a big turnaround of people and I know it is hard to keep it clean all the time, but I believe more frequent cleaning would be awesome. They raise room price according to the day of the week which was shocking for me. From 29 EUR it went to 52 EUR because it was Friday?

The beds were super comfy & the rooms were very spacious & private. The comunial entertainment area was great aswell, with a beautiful terrace too. The self-service laundry made washing super easy.

The kitchen didn't have a stove but had an airfryer. And the water in the showers turn off kind of quick because it's one of those push-button ones. But these are all things you can easily overlook. The pros outweigh the cons most definitely.
