Brandnew beautiful hotel. Nice rooms with good wide beds. Electric kettle and little fridge were very useful. The bench in the window gave use a nice vieuw upon the lively street below. Recepcion staff and cleaning ladies were all very nice and helpful. Nice furniture on the roof round the pool.

Relaxing on the terrace was almost impossible due to the loud contempory music produced by the many loudspeakers there. NO ESCAPING FROM THEM. I asked recepcion twice if please the volume could be lowered a little. But that was not possible. SO IF YOU WANT TO READ A BOOK, BRING EARPLUGS. A manual to explain how to operate the airco and the electronic lightswitches would also be very helpful.

The room was beautifully designed and clean, and the amenities were splendid. The fully equipped gym and rooftop pool with stunning views and comfortable day beds made my vacation truly feel luxurious. Loved that they provided free drinks in mini fridge and front desk was so helpful to arrange car rental, calling taxi, give directions, etc. Even the restaurant workers like Stephania were super friendly

Once I rented a car, it was hard to find parking near hotel bc it was a busy area.

Very stylish, the whole hotel had a Japandi vibe. I thought the bathroom with the double doors was great concept. Room was nice, we had a high room that had a great view. Various lighting options create lovely moods. The seated window ledge was a very nice use of space. Rooftop was beautiful and nice to cool off in the pool. I enjoyed the terrace area too that offers shade, didn't really need a balcony. Location was good as in between old town with all the shops and San Catalina where all the trendy bars and restaurants are. Easy transport links to town, beach or main transport hubs. We walked to town too within 15-20mins. Staff are good with recommendations too.

Overall good hotel for 6 nights, just minor things that can be improved...friendlyness of staff is not consistent as not all greet you. When I mentioned this, I noticed a positive change. No effort made for a birthday that I spent there though and mentioned on my booking. We didn't really enjoy the restaurant food...had lasagne, burger and French toast. Best to go to outside restaurants. Could be more hooks, racks and ledges in the bathroom as storing your items is limited. Few technical issues...Door was very squeaky. Aircon was not working one evening but fixed by the morning. Could do with a service lift as often a wait to use the lift.

Wonderful option in Palma de Mallorca, a short stroll away from everything ! A gorgeous rooftop terrace on the last floor too. The JS hotel Team is super helpful, frienldy and welcoming. This is a CYCLIST FRIENDLY hotel too, with possibility to leave your bike securely stored, and with facilities to get changed if you are coming back by bike and you have already checked out. Would defo stay again.

The sauna room did not appear to be on... @Booking.com : please add a feature to find cyclist friendly hotels...

Excellent Location - Very close to all shops, restaurants, bars, city centre, etc. Excellent Staff - Very positive and go above and beyond to help. Excellent Facilities - Spa, Gym, Indoor & Outdoor pools, sauna, changing/shower facilities, Rooftop terrace, restaurant, etc. which aren’t too busy. Excellent Bar & Restaurant - food quality is great and food and drinks are reasonably priced. Superb value for money - very reasonably priced for what is included in your stay and the quality of the hotel, facilities and rooms is excellent. Exceptionally Clean - the hotel is exceptionally clean and modern.

Being a new hotel, it takes time for guests to stay in the hotel and feedback anything that maybe missing or would make your stay more comfortable. It’s very hard to critic the hotel as it is almost exceptional. To rate the hotel ‘exceptional’ I would like to see some drawers in the rooms, rather than shelves as there are a lot of those, some towel hangers inside the bathroom would be nice so you don’t have to hang them up on the wall in the room, and being a new hotel, of course it is subject to small cracking here and there as the building settles, some maintenance could be done on repainting some ceilings to cover those cracks in due course but the above listed things are very minor and did not affect our stay at all.

Pretty new hotel. All very clean. Nice, comfortable room. Great price for a location in walking distance to the cathedral (20 min) - although I have to say that I was there in the off season, so no idea what the prices during the tourist season are. Staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast

The breakfast is an order to the menue breakfast, not a buffet. While the breakfast was really tasty, the choices are very limited. Therefore, for a longer stay (more than a week) it might get boring.

Brilliant weekend stay at JS Palma Plaza. Staff were brilliant and facilities were excellent - brilliant gym facilities. Rooftop pool and seating look wonderful - would love to come back in summer months to make use of these. Location great also, so many brilliant bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Only constructive comment is regarding the air con system in the room; seemed it was set on a high temp and we couldn’t seem to change it so after the first night we just had to leave it turned off (and open the window if needed however the street can be a little noisy).

The location was excellent. The room, bed and facilities were beautiful, modern and clean. If you rent an electric vehicle, parking is easy to find.

The breakfast staff were borderline rude at times except for the two gentlemen who were friendly. We unfortunately had a water leak in our washroom that took about 3 days to fix. The handyman came each day and would leave telling us that the leak was fixed and it would reoccur which was frustrating. We did receive a bottle of sparkling wine on our last day but we weren't sure if this was for our honeymoon or for the leak - this was a nice touch in either case.

The JS Palma Plaza is a fantastic hotel with modern, stylish rooms and a "can do" attitude within its staff team. I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and fully facilitated shower rooms (with all the shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion you could need). The restaurant provides a vibrant experience with attentive staff delivering a wide range of drinks and an A La Carte menu. A very small pool is available on the rooftop, and a jacuzzi pool in the basement is adjoined with a sauna room. Whilst I did not get the opportunity to try these out, I was impressed by their availability at no additional cost and that the hotel provided separate pool towels from the ones they already provided in the rooms. I look forward to being able to return.

Due to the property's location, there is regrettably some noise from the busy traffic junction and public spaces outside the hotel. These did not ultimately affect our stay, but those looking for an early night or lie-in could be disturbed by the local play area outside of the hotel. The noise dies down around 11pm and comes back around 8am, but even within those times, there is nothing that the sound of a television or radio could drown out.

Great location, walking distance to old town. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. But favourite thing about the hotel is how clean it was. Not only the rooms but everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Also, bed and the pillow was amazing. The pillow was so comfy that I am trying to order one for myself now :D

Ordering breakfast was a bit funky. There is no buffet. So you need to pick some combinations from the menu. You get used to it the 2nd day :D
