Marvellous and beautifully renovated building, most perfect location in the city (walking distance from anything), every detail of design is thought through and just feels right. Beautiful lobby and bar, very tasty restaurant with something for any taste. Perfect selection of breakfast. Incredibly warm hearted, friendly and helpful staff! Amazing rooftop terrace with a nice pool to cool down. Very quiet and peaceful while still having service at the pool from early morning to midnight! We stayed at the duplex suite, what can I say, just a dream!

Absolutely loved it. Amazing luxury boutique hotel. Tucked away in a side street so lovely and quiet but very central and near all the main attractions and excellent shopping and dining. So comfortable and clean. Great food. Amazing bar. Lovely helpful staff who would help you book restaurants, arrange excursions etc. Loved the indoor swimming pool and loved the roof area which was perfect for relaxing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Air con a little noisy at night but just take some ear plugs. I find this at most hotels these days

I have stayed here four times now and it is a wonderful place. However, this time was not up to the usual impeccable perfection that we have enjoyed before. I'm being overcritical here but I have maybe been spoilt with my previous experiences. Breakfast, although still excellent, was a little lacking in attention to detail. Service was slow and and not what we had come to expect. The background music, which had previously been unobtrusive and in keeping with the locality or subtle classical music , was replaced with American swing played way too loud. We felt the feel of Gloria had lost something and maybe it's time for us to try somewhere new.

Everything about this hotel was perfection. Upon check in, we were offered a welcome drink. We were given early check in, an upgrade for our room and upon entering our room was greeted with a welcoming bottle of cava for my Fiancés birthday which i did not request for. The service was absolutely incredible. We had great recommendations for local restaurants and the staff was incredibly attentive. The staff made us feel so special every single day of our stay. We would absolutely recommend and definitely come again!

Breakfast was great and varied slightly each day. Location is on a quiet street. Staff was helpful and overall fabulous. When they made our reservations for taxi and restaurants, we were treated particularly well by those places. We stayed in a Superior Junior Suite and it was lovely, large and comfortable. Shower and bathrooms function well. The actual hotel was itself a wonderful experience, including the lovely basement spa and swim area as well as the breakfast area and fountain.

Only thing that could have been better would be slightly cooler air conditioning. However, the overhead fan compensated adequately.

Service was exceptional and staff were welcoming and could not do enough for you. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully finished and looked after. The room was a very good size and bathroom was huge. Toiletries were good too, sheets where lovely and pillows were soft with dressing gowns and slippers. spa was wonderful and perfect for a short stay and a bit of luxury. The cocktails were good and the bar staff knew what they were talking about and catered to our likes. Breakfast in the morning is highly recommended by us too, pancakes were light and fluffy and the cooked breakfast was a good portion and high quality. Exceptional hotel and staff.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

The breakfast was excellent, good choice and very good quality. The service was also very good, the staff were very professional, helpful and attentive. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous stone and marble. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool was a real bonus. The location of the hotel was very central for our purposes. Palma is such a fantastic city. We'll definitely stay here again!

Not much at all. The bathroom lighting could have been a bit brighter. The bar could have been open later but just picking here really.

This holiday was exceptional, and this was partly because of where we stayed. The manager and all the staff were so lovely at the hotel. They could not do enough for us . They were so helpful, arranging a birthday cake for my Mum and booking up beautiful local restaurants for us all. Breakfast at the hotel was beautiful and we will be back next year. It has such a beautiful vibe. Thank you again to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable.

Dear Hotel Gloria De Sant Jaume, Thank you for our glorious stay in July 2022. Right from the get go, our welcome to the hotel was incredible! We were greeted by the wonderful Deli, who welcomed us with her warm nature, great smile and wonderful laugh! She ensured that we were comfortable, by allowing us to store our bags in a secure part of the ground floor of the hotel, which was beautiful! We were made drinks of our choice to enjoy whilst waiting for our rooms - so thoughtful! One of our rooms was ready earlier than expected and we were allowed to go up, and Deli kindly brought our bags to us! I booked our trip for my sister's birthday and the team at the hotel upgraded one of our room's for the birthday girl, entirely for free, to one of the junior suites! We were so shocked at their kindness and drive to ensure she had a wonderful birthday! The rooms themselves are stunning: bright, open, high ceilings, clean and wonderfully decorated! The hotel was once a mansion, which has since been restored to this beautiful hotel. Therefore, it has kept some of its beautiful features, such as, the ceiling beams on the high ceilings. The hotel provides each room with dressing gowns, towels, a hairdryer, mini fridge with free sparkling and mineral water, slippers, and L'Occitane toiletries. Each room has a telephone which you can use to call reception, a Bluetooth speaker and a Samsung Smart TV which is disguised as a mirror (how clever!). You can also ask for mugs and a kettle (for those tea and coffee lovers!). The housekeeping staff were so hard working and so smiley and always said hello to us! They were so kind to us and always did such an incredible job with the maintenance of this beautiful hotel - thank you so much! Breakfast has the food of dreams! The dining area is beautiful - so peaceful and beautifully decorated. You can order from the menu, which the chef makes on demand for you! The chefs at the hotel really know how to cook!
