The hotel was super nice and clean, the pool area on the roof was great! Sometimes had it completely to myself and was perfect to escape the heat, and was always really clean. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was very clean and to a high spec and got cleaned every day, was also great to have toiletries in the room. The hotel is also on a pedestrian street so no noise from traffic and really easy transport links and if you don’t want to walk all the way into town (however only about 15min) there’s some great little restaurants on the street & surrounding area.

Nothing! It was a really great stay 😊

The property exceeded my expectations completely! The hotel receptionist Carming was incredibly friendly and gave fabulous restaurant and site seeing recommendations on a map for me. The room was clean, modern and perfect! The bed was dreamy, comfortable pillows and mattress. The complimentary room coffee, water and toiletries smelt incredible! Lighting and mirrors are great for anyone doing make up and hair! You can have your morning breakfast outside in a clean and relaxing area of the entrance of the hotel in the sunshine. The hotel was also very close to the town, the beach, the shops! If you order taxis, do it through hotel reception as it’s half the price of an Uber.

The property was sensational, the only down side is there isn’t really many supermarket type shops near by for room nibbles. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all!

The hotel is in 7-8 minutes walking distance from the old town/city center. The street the hotel is located is also lively with lots of cafes/bars. The hotel has private parking (20 something euros per day), for which you have to drive through a pedestrian area, come at the front of hotel and use the car elevator to go down to the parking space. This is quite a small parking area but we didn't encounter any problems. Hotel is very clean, and the staff has been very helpful. The pool area in the rooftop is quite small but still good to relax/sunbath. Our room was small but still very comfortable bed and pillows. I liked the efficient design of the room.

Breakfast is good, with good quality products but lacks variety. The balcony of the room does not have any drying rack. So after a beach day, it's very difficult to dry the towels and swim suits. Also, if you are sensitive about noise, you may choose a room that does not face the main street.

The entire staff here was super friendly and helpful! Every one of our requests was met and they were very quick to address anything we needed!

The location was a good 15-20 minute walk (sometimes even more) to many places for us so be prepared to walk, take taxis or the local bus. The air conditioning in our room worked but not that well unfortunately. The hotel doesn't have a gym and since we are fitness goers we wanted to get a work out in here and there. Reception allowed us to borrow passes to an Anytime Fitness within a 3-4 min walk but we were charged each day that we used it. I think this should be a free service considering the hotel does not have a gym.

Ars Magna was a very last minute booking for our first night on Majorca after a very late flight - but we're very glad we booked it! It's in a decent location, around a 20 minute walk to the central hub of the city and the cathedral etc. The staff were very friendly and happy to wait up to greet us and check us in at 2am. The small rooftop pool was so welcome for a few hours chill time after a long day of travelling - and we were able to pop back up there later in the day even though we had checked out. The reception team said 'make yourself at home'! The room (deluxe double) was a great size, with really nice bathroom (although frosted glass shower not ideal if travelling with someone you don't know very well!) and a small balcony. Overall, the perfect base for a short city break, and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace and pool were super. Staff were exceptionally friendly and so so helpful. The location was good too. I would happily stay again.

I opted for the rooftop terrace yoga on the Saturday morning of my stay. I had presumed, since it was advertised in English, that it would be bi-lingual. However, the class was delivered entirely in Spanish and, due to windy weather, it was held in a basement room where I also could not see the instructor properly. I therefor found it hard to follow ;-) I provided feedback at reception, which was well received.

The location was good, easy to reach on the airport bus, walking distance to the centre of Palma and in a street with a range of restaurants and bars. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor and was very quiet.

The roof terrace and pool area was lovely, but spoiled for us by having music playing all the time. The lighting in the room, which was very modern and stylish, wasn’t easy to control and the light in the toilet came on automatically at night when you went in there, waking up the other person. We were disappointed, given the price we paid and that it is a 4 star hotel, that our room wasn’t cleaned. When we queried this, first we were told that the cleaning staff have to prepare rooms for new guests first (check in time is 4pm) and then we were told that the rooms are cleaned one floor at a time and the 4th floor is last - the implication being that we had come back to the room too early before the cleaners had got round to us.

Excellent breakfast and made me try sobrassada which I never would have otherwise along with great cold cuts. and the made to order omelets. I suspect it might lose it's charm after more than a week but for anything less it's perfect. Clean room and clean sheets, excellent view of the walking street and the restaurants outside though I'll admit we'd have used the balcony a lot more if the weather was warmer. Location wise it was right in the middle of a very busy walking street filled with excellent culinary options and minutes away from the airport bus/general transportation. Fortunately it was not directly on a motor road so that noise never bothered us. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful,

There was some mixup with the airport taxi right after landing and I tried calling the hotel but there was nobody at the reception at that particular time. Must have been a one-off because there was always someone at the reception taking calls otherwise during the stay.

The hotel is in a good location, about a 20min walk to the old town and the street it is on has nice cafes/restaurants. It’s also near the bus/train station. The room was lovely - big comfy bed, space to hang clothes, balcony, coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold when we visited but the pool and roof terrace would be great in the summer! The lady on reception was so friendly and gave us good tips on what to do and see.

We traveled as two friends and the bathroom isn’t totally closed off from the room. It was fine for us but other people may not like this.

We didn't take breakfast, but wanted to eat outside. It's a lively area, so you have options. Rooms to the back are quiet and while it's a backyard, it's not that it's a dark weird thing to look at. You're a 10min walk from the center of the center - it's a really good location, also close to an underground parking and to the station. The room was very pretty, cute, and modern.

Room 205: The shampoo container was empty, the sockets on one side of the bed didn't work, and while the bed offered two USB sockets, it didn't feature a regular socket. In the morning, wind caused a serious noise disturbance from a neighboring building. The mini fridge makes a ticking sound like a clock. Read: Things that are easy to fix or just a bit of bad luck. We'd still return happily.
