Alcoholic drinks not included in all inclusive and hard to get any drinks at dinner

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, the location couldn't have been better; it's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment throughout my stay. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience was a highlight of my stay. Each day offered a different culinary theme, and the dishes were nothing short of amazing. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch, and it was a true delight to explore different flavors every day. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Kevin at the reception, whose assistance made check-in a breeze. And during my meals, Maribel's attentive service stood out, making dining a pleasure. Overall, my stay here was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I am already looking forward to returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

Nothing to complain

The staff was great, good activities for toddlers, very close to the beach.

The fact that the dedicated hotel mobile app reflected that if we check-in in advance, then we won't need to wait in line upon arrival. While in reality, the check-in process took around 30 minutes even after the online check-in. In addition, the water in the indoor pool was very cold, and we couldn't really use it, I understand that there are some regulations that don't allow heating the pool to more than 28 degrees, but that means that we simply couldn't use it. I read similar reviews before our arrival and was a bit disappointed to realize that this was actually the case when we arrived.

Great staff and service.I can definitely recommend this hotel for families. Room 252, Family room is a large room 44 m2, large balcony, good view to the garden and the entrance, no loud sound from the street, large beds with good softness, sofa bed a bit hard. Two large wardrobe. Room with two TV and tv with usb input (it is possible to casting from tablet), Good WiFi, good AC. Bathroom with large shower, with hairdryer, including bottles of body shower, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The Pool: large, good temperature, clean, there are shade parts and parasols. The hotel offers pool towels. Cleaning: Very good. All measures related to Covid19 respected. They clean the pool area, the restaurant and the reception very often. The restaurant: for covid reasons they have two dinner and breakfast times, you need to pre-book the diner and breakfast time. Large hall. Many tables. The buffet is big, a lots of food to choose even for kids (pasta, pizza). A lot of vegetables. Always fish and meat, potatoes and rice. Very good service at the restaurant. The hotel invited us to a dinner welcome glas of Martini or cava every night, very appreciated. I love the breakfast buffe. Including cava and Serrano jam some days.They offered bread, croissant, several cheese sort, egg, fruit, yogurt, musli, nuts, mango,.. Unfortunately they do not have fresh milk. The night show at 21.30. we loved the Rock Night show. The night show is very entertaining. The gym, good with two run machines, one crosstrainer, two bikes and a big training maskine, dumbells and one ketterbell.you need to book a time. Max 3 pers at the same time.

They don't offer water for free during the dinner You need to pay for a bottle of water 0.5 l (2.5 euro) during the dinner, but they offer purified water for free in the hotel.

I'm biased because I love Mallorca and this hotel made everything even better! Everything was perfect! The staff were great, pool, everyday there are some activities in the hotel, and you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast and dinner are heaven, everything is so tasty, so much options to take, this was the best dinner and breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

Just two small things: - The staff could explain more about hotel rules and services the hotel provide: First dinner, I arrived with a tank top (common for beach places) and I was not allowed in for dinner because of that, then I had to go back to the room and change my t-shirt (not a big deal, but I wish someone told me that before). - No one explained rules for renting bikes, scooters or touristic activities. But not a deal breaker, I'd definitely go back to the hotel.

We enjoyed all the amenities offered by the property except for the tennis courts. We rented bikes and rode down the boardwalk. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for easy access to the city and airport. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind for the kids after a long day of sightseeing. The cherry on top for me was the spa. I had a fantastic massage there. We also really liked the evening entertainment. I traveled with my 13 and 11 year old and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was just what we needed!

The rooms could use a slight refresh most notably the bathrooms. The shower didn’t seal properly so if you weren’t careful, water could end up all over the floor.

Great vacation spot, very spacious, great swimming pool, perfect family room with separate rooms, extraordinary food service—finally 4 star hotel is actually a 4 star hotel. The stuff was very friendly, helpful, willing to go an extra mile. Definitely would return here! p.s. very close to the beach, not far from airport, has tennis courts, and bus stops right near the hotel—with 2€ you can get to Palma center in 15-20min ☀️

The all-inclusive's day buffet was pretty thin, some muffins and fruit. There was a promise of plenty of ice cream but finally it was only two simple sorts, all other ice creams were payable, as was popcorn (!). We do not drink any wine or alcohol, the all-in is only worth the money if you do. Buffet breakfast ok, dinner ok but lunch was a bit so-so, I missed especially vegetables and salads.

Very suitable as vacation hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Many activities for kids. Large, spacious hotel. Meals were very variegated and well prepared. Beach is 100m away. Hotel offers many entertainment activities in the evening (dance performance, etc.). Meals were a treat, something to enjoy with family.

Indoor swimming pool was good, but not great. The price is on the higher side, but considering the various offers, it is a good bargain. Not many things to complain at the hotel.

we loved our stay here :) Beautiful family room perfectly adequate for our requirements. (unfortunately the weather was a bit cold while we stayed here) Amazing breakfast and dinner options. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Generous, kind and welcoming pre-dinner drinks offered free every 2nd night. :) all-day bar/food options and very nice/helpful/kind staff there as well. very clean rooms and very precise house-cleaning each day. strives to be environment friendly and plastic-less which is an amazing feature the location is perfect, very close to the beach, some rooms also feature some partial sea-view on the 4th and 5th floors.

some improvement areas: - freezing cold in-door pool could be a little more mild - elevator capacity is weak if the house is full (with long wait times) - restaurant area became extremely busy Sundays (otherwise it was good) - while there is a small playground outside the child playing room was not open this time of the year (if the facility could feature an in-door/in-house playing room for bad weather or just to spend time it could be a perfect addition to the portfolio) lacking that children may play everywhere else :)
