The breakfast was excellent, better than I had expected. They made eggs and coffee fresh to order, and we got to eat up on the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views! The hot tub in the spa is open 9-9 and great for a soak after walking the town (which the location of the hotel is perfect for). I also love the way the lobby was decorated and that staff were at the front desk 24 hours a day. They are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Stunning property - stylish and comfortable room with amazing views. Appreciated the cava, fruit and macaroons on arrival. Roof terrace was delightful - quiet spot for a drink with sea views overlooking a convent with cathedral beyond. Very convenient location in quieter part of the Old Town. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Liked everything. Minor gripes only - coffee machine hadn’t been emptied from previous occupants and cover not put on duvet just laid on top. Both easily remedied.

Very friendly staff, clean and great for an overnight stay. We didn't go to the terrace, but it's nice to have an outside space to use. Palma is really beautiful and this hotel is on a very quiet road, with no traffic noise. Rooms are light and modern. We only had one night, but it was good value for money.

Didn't like having to sign up to emails to get the free wifi.

Wonderful design and comfort of the place. Beautifully furbished and natural, well lit. Big rooms and bathroom. Great helpful staff, they recommended a superb place nearby. My plane got cancelled and i stayed another night and chose this place and thanks to it it actually turned into a nice experience.

It is a pity it does not have a restaurant (or was not available when i got there at least), but there are many options around.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the old town of Palma - we could walk everywhere easily. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the views of Palma especially. The room was great - lovely big bed!

It was just a shame that the sauna was out of action in the spa.

We have stayed here several times now and really enjoyed our stay. One observation I would like to make is: the bathrooms need updating now specifically in the junior and main suites. Always clean but a little tied.

The hotel room was nice and clean and the location is in the city center. The staff was helpful. From the rooftop terrace there is a beautiful view to the city.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be a little bit better although it wasn't that disturbing.

Fact that housekeeping turned off our air-conditioning and took our key away. No ventilation in the bathroom (steam and smell). Pillows hard. No face cloths.

Excellent location in Old Town, room clean and well equipped. €30 taxi ride from airport and all Old Town sights within walking distance. Suite 3 backing onto the old convent very quiet, staff pleasant and helpful.
