This hotel has hospitality down to a science. Beautiful touches along the way from evening treats, to handwritten notes welcoming you, fresh cool towels for working out, and beach hats and a tote if you choose to visit a local beach. The staff was incredibly helpful with any of your needs and they always went out of their way to make sure you had everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.

Service on the roof terrace was very slow and took several attempts to get our order for drinks correct. Spa needed a little rocky.

Fabulous modern hotel, great location 10 mins walk from Palma Cathedral. Absolutely fabulous staff who couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant with decent Small Plates style menu. Food was terrific. Very nice sun bathing area with plunge pool adjacent to bar/restaurant for guests only. Breakfast was buffet style, with good selection of cooked breakfast to order.

My wife and I are not great fans of modern room design , especially the "open plan" toilet/shower with little or no privacy and of course if someone gets up in the night for a toilet stop, then it's hard not to wake partner. It's a major consideration, and we'd think twice about using this hotel again because of it.

All of the staff from reception to waiters to cleaners were friendly and approachable. They’d often remember my name and refer to me accordingly. They often were extra helpful e.g. we asked for bottled water when going out on trips and they gave them chilled to us a few times. I needed help with printing tickets which they also helped with. The rooftop sun loungers were very busy/popular but it was August so not surprising. Staff were on hand to help set up the parasols etc.

On arrival we were welcomed with some drinks in the lobby. But it wasn’t made clear that our room was ready, so we were sat in the lobby for 15-mins before we asked them what was happening, then they told us they could show us to the room. Think they could’ve checked on us after we had finished with the drinks. The breakfast service was excellent however we would’ve liked the option of bananas, strawberries, blueberries and more berries. The English breakfast tea was terrible. The room didn’t contain a kettle, and the price of laundry was insultingly expensive. The fitness room/gym was the tiniest I’ve ever seen, containing one treadmill, one bike, and a multi-functional cable machine. It’s not really possible for more than 1-2 people to use the room effectively.

So much about the hotel was amazing. What stands out the most to me was your teams. Your property was stunning and had all the right touches. I loved the deign of the room, restaurant, terraces etc, but none of that matters to me if the staff isn't great. You have an exceptional staff. I am in the service industry and I wish that my team provided this level of service to all our members and guests. Well done.

My bill was a little messed up at the end of the stay, however your team fixed it right away. I don't bill stuff to my room every because after a week a away it's hard to account for all the spend.

Our stay at Es Princep was incredible. We had one of the best, if not the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff was SO friendly, knowledgable, and very good at their jobs. We couldn't believe how hospitable they were. We would like to thank Noa at the front desk, as she is who we interacted with most, and she was so kind. Our cleaning of our room was also exemplary. We especially remember them leaving treats by our bed, putting our slippers on the floor near our pillow, and small touches like that, which made the experience that much sweeter. Finally, our friends needed a place to store their luggage before they left for their flight, and even though they did not stay at the hotel, the staff allowed them to store their luggage there no questions asked. It was so awesome to hear them speak so highly of the staff. The service was what stood out as the best. We would love to stay with you again, and recommend others to stay as well.

I wish the pool was bigger, but that barely bothered us as it was always empty! The breakfast was a bit expensive, but it was very delicious!

Loved the bathroom soaps and shampoos! Bed was comfortable. Staff was attentive and provided sparkling wine. Massage was excellent. Loved the spa area!

There was a creepy room next door that our room was connected too. The light was on and the door was unlocked. We couldn’t lock it. It freaked us out but when we called the front desk, they came immediately and locked the door and apologized. Also, we stayed for 4 days and I wish the maids had given us an extra bar of soap/bottle of lotion. To be fair, we didn’t ask for extras though.

Everything, the entire hotel was exceptional and the room was so comfortable and had everything you could think of. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us and we were even given a free room upgrade. The spa facilities were very good, although the water was a little cold (not complaining after a turkish bath) but overall our experience was 10/10 and we’ll definitely be retuning in the future.

The only downfall was the view, as we had a view of the street which unfortunately was under construction. And maybe for summer months, to offer a golf buggy service to transport guests to and from the centre of Palma, as the walk through the old town is a short distance.

The staff were amazing, they were attentive and could not have done more to make us feel special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - lovely fresh produce, beautifully presented and great service too. The hotel accommodated us when we requested a slightly earlier breakfast due to an early checkout - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the sea so we could truly appreciate the fabulous location.

Only a minor point, but on the first day we wanted to use the spa facilities and the saunas were out of action as they were being cleaned. They were up and running the following day though. Also, there are no lockers or changing rooms in the spa so you have to get ready in your room and take the lift down to the spa and in addition, it means you have to go back to your room in wet attire. Please note though, this did not hamper our enjoyment of the facilities and again, the staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel in quiet location, but easy access to main sights. Roof top was lovely. Breakfast superb and provided us adjoining rooms with a shared small seating area which made life very convenient.

Only two minor points. Water was free downstairs, but if you wanted it by the pool you were required to pay - which just seemed a little unnecessary given the price point. Roof top was lovely but inclusive breakfast can't be eaten there - the food and service were fabulous, but downstairs dining room is a little soulless - could be anywhere. These are only minor points, hotel was superb.
