Right from the beginning entering the lobby I could tell we would love our stay here. There was a cute little bar and the interior design was beautiful. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and checked us in efficiently. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a cute roof terrace with a very small pool. Enough to dip in to cool off. There ass a gym with a treadmill but I’m typically after more weights - it wasn’t a focus for my stay here though so didn’t bother me. I found the location to be quite good after I found my way around the streets. I’d stay here again and would recommend it.

Great small hotel with very friendly and pleasant staff, who is ready to support. Our room was ready even though we arrived two hours prior to the official check in hours. Design and decorations in the hotel lobby and not only are quite pleasant and the music chosen for background is very nice. Very central locations with many sites in a short walking distance. And the rooftop views are absolutely stunning.

Not all taxies know how to drive the passengers to the hotel and while it is not the issue of the hotel, we had to walk 4-5 minutes with all the bags to reach the hotel. And the swimming pool on the roof top is rather a size of the bath tub. Just be aware and don't expect that you can swim there :-)

We liked Palma Suites a lot. Our room was clean, bright, airy and spacious. Well appointed and had everything we need including modern amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel location is very convenient as well that restaurants, tourist places and stores were all walking distance from it. The staff are happy to receive us and offered exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was good too. We will definitely check-in Palma Suites when we're in Palma De Mallorca again!

Nothing that I can really think of... Maybe if there's a chance to make the pool bigger?

Great room, very nice staff, great bar. Overall the decor is very pretty, and the AC did not struggle to keep up with the record high temperatures.

We had a 3am false fire alarm that could not be turned off for half an hour, so the hotel had to be evacuated for that period. The water pressure for the shower was a bit disappointing, especially seeing the high level of attention to detail elsewhere.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good facilities in the apartment. Very clean. Nice roof terrace. Superb choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Bar Flexlas (food and drink restaurant) and Palma Pollo (2) on C Joan Alcover for amazing take away.

Minor - pool is really a plunge pool

Palma Suite Aparthotel is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the décor the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The main reception area, breakfast room and bar are really beautifully decorated. The location is in the old town, hence more characterful. There is a roof terrace giving you a panoramic view of Palma it is a peaceful area to chill out on with the addition of a small plunge pool. Our room had everything needed for our stay. Nicely decorated throughout and very functional. There are washing machine available if needed and a small gym area. The glass roof in the reception area is stunning. We have already rebooked for next February.

Unfortunately nearby there is a need for a soup kitchen which is a necessity in these times. The outside unfortunately does appear to be a little run down. However don’t be put off. There seems to be a lot regeneration works going on. A vast number of stunning architecture to be found.

This apartment hotel is just superb. Located in the old city with easy access to everything important. It exceeded our expectations and we had a marvelous stay. The personnel were just great and the kitchen area had a very generous number of “tools” if you are up to making your own dinners. We had the Junior suite this time which is big enough for two people, but I guess we choose the next level in size next time which hopefully is not far away.

I seriously do not know, of course it can always be better. But in this case, we were sincerely very satisfied with what we found. And they do have a Concept II rowing machine in their workout area, which I consider a must.

Palma Suites was based in a fantastic central location. The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped. I’d definitely stay again

I would have liked to have seen a few more mirrors with plug points near by, as there were three girls getting ready in one room, but that’s a very minor point. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room but we also kept forgetting to ask reception about it, so they may have been more than willing to fix it for us!

Perfect location close to Placa Mayor and the Cathedral. The flat was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. As a welcoming gift, we found a bottle of wine and water. As we had a late flight, we could spend some time on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Cathedral.

Location and style of place. Roof top was nice although some damage recently assumed in storm. Happy hour at the bar. Gym small but very new and nice

Damage on roof top limiting capacity 4 dining chairs would have been better. Paintwork and grout starting to get a little tired.
