We had the most amazing experience with the Hotel Posada Terra Santa. I traveled with my teenage son and it was very easy to navigate around our different time schedules. The hotel has plenty of small seating areas that allow for privacy and provide quiet space for relaxation or work outside the hotel room. I mostly enjoyed the rooftop area with the plunge pool and beautiful views. The staff was very attentive and always available to talk to and happy to help any time. The hotel offers a complimentary sauna with your booking (must be booked in advance) and it was such a beautiful experience to start every day with an hour of self care. I also booked some relaxation massages with the highly qualified masseur lady recommended by the hotel and they were the most wonderful relaxing treatments ever! The hotel is very well located for all the attractions of the city. The sea is just 10 min walk away, with all the amazing restaurants and bars just around the corner. The hotel is placed in a quiet street allowing for peaceful nights for those avoiding crowds. All in all, we had an amazing time in Palma and the hotel played a major role in our experience. We will certainly be back!

The food and service excellent - the chef prepares excellent meals. The staff and atmosphere was very pleasant

The small cabin originally booked was really tiny - barely room to move around the bed - and this didn't show on the pre booking information. The staff found a larger room in the main building which was much better. Other guests brought dogs into the restaurant and into the spa pool area - this put us off using the pool and dog yapping at breakfast most unwelcome.

The property is in a great location for sightseeing and has a lovely local beach in the walking distance. The decor is beautiful, the linens and towels are of very high quality. The air conditioning is very efficient and makes no sound at all. The curtains black out the room so sleeping is very comfortable. The pool area is quiet and inviting. The pool furniture is very comfortable and the umbrellas are required in the hot afternoon. The restaurant is excellent and the morning breakfast is sumptuous. What sets this hotel above others is the outstanding staff. They are all gracious, helpful, kind and friendly. Our GPS was not working and the staff stayed on the phone for 10 minutes verbally guiding us through the various streets to arrive at the hotel. We were fortunate to have stayed for 7 nights at this lovely hotel.

There was not one thing we could possibly complain about. Everything was perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! I loved the aesthetic of the space, there is so much detail in the design of every room. It has a relaxed, cool vibe! The front desk staff (Helios and Ania) really went out of there way to make my solo trip special, helped me plan daily excursions and recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and the wait staff (especially Marco), were so kind and attentive. The people who work here are truly amazing and really go out of there way to make you feel special. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip!

Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service. The hotel is a real gem - hidden in the back streets of the old town - chic but intimate. The staff were truly superb. Total relaxation!

Staff were so helpful, professional and went out of their way to suggest ways to make my stay more enjoyable. For example, suggesting I book the spa as a place to get showered and changed before catching my flight. They made me feel special and looked after. Also the bathroom facilities were very luxurious. And I really loved the roof terrace and sun deck area. Finally, the decor was elegant and glamorous, which complemented the beauty and ambience of the old building very well.

The room lighting - only a single switch to control the ambient soft lighting and the harsh overhead spotlights in the entrance hall. So when lying in bed with the soft lighting on I could not avoid the bright ceiling spotlights. Also, there was no way of double-locking the door from the inside - usually I would expect to be able to do this in a hotel either with a chain or a double lock.

This hotel was one of our favourites on our whole trip. Great service (with a smile), rooms were large and really modern and the bed was huge!! They’d really thought of everything in the rooms and it was a really comfortable stay. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooftop pool area is really lovely (yes it’s small, but still very enjoyable). Location was nice and central so you could easily pop in and out throughout the day to freshen up.

Could not fault anything

Beautiful Decor, so stylish, clean staff could not do more to help you. We had a room upgrade which made the holiday so special. Great distance to all things needed - the pool area was so serene and calm fell asleep in the sunshine for many hours. Felt like true slice of heaven.

Gym opening times were 11-7 making it difficult to get a morning session in before a day of sight seeing and this wasn’t advertised. This wasn’t much of a problem as I was largely too relaxed to care about a work out!

This is a lovely luxury hotel at a good price. The staff and facilities are excellent and it’s in a fab location. I wish we’d eaten in the restaurant. The breakfast was great, the spa and treatments were excellent. The rooftop pool and lounging area was great. We loved our trip.

Nothing, it was great. The only thing that could make it better was a room with a view but as this is a converted historic house, the nature of the building doesn’t really offer that. But the character was part of what we loved.

Incredible experience: staff went beyond their way to make sure we had an amazing stay (we arrived quite early, they made sure we had somewhere we could rest a little bit before our room was ready, before offering us an early checkin in a room of a higher category). The hotel iteself is in a superbly restored building, with a central location. Perfect to explore to city by foot. Spa and rooftop terrace were nice additions (though the rooftop pool is admittedly small)
