Without a doubt the best hotel experience I had ever had. The hotel itself is exquisite, with luxury details and decor, and very clean. The reception and restaurant staff go the extra mile at every opportunity and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The housekeeping works silently and unnoticed yet they do an impeccable job! The rooftop bar was also a treat before heading into town which is only steps away. It will be nearly impossible for me to return to Palma without staying at El Llorenc! Thank you!!!

The hotel is approximately 15 mins from airport. Super location, very easy 10 min walk to cathedral and palace, Situated in historical area close to amazing restaurants and bars. Fantastic shopping. Hotel will arrange taxis which arrive immediately. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team, they really are amazing. Recommend you book breakfast, relaxed and delicious start to your day. Book the hotel rooftop restaurant for the excellent menu and spectacular views. Our visit was just perfect and look forward to returning.

if looking to sit by pool all day, might not be your best choice as limited number of loungers available.

The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, beaches, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was gorgeous, and quietly luxurious. Rooftop pool and bar were such a treat. And the basement heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room provided a lovely relaxing end to our sightseeing days, before we went out for dinner in the evenings. The restaurant was exceptional. Such incredible food and wines. Definitely 5 Stars. The hotel would leave lovely hand written notes and little chocolate treats in our room everyday. And the room was very high-tech, with Smart TV showing channels in your language, electric blackout curtains, multiple lighting options, iPad for communicating with the staff and with tourist info, and Japanese style high-tech toilet.

I can't think of any suggestion of how the hotel could be improved

It was a fantastic location, very close to the city. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome - they also helped us with reserving restaurants. The room was beautiful, the roof top terrace was an amazing place to spend our days and the spa was gorgeous.

The spa didn't have any drinking facilities, so you'd have to bring your own water bottle. A water fountain or a tea area with some juicy fruits would have been appreciated.

I'd like to thank you El Llorenc's staff, we've had a great time in Palma. We thought the rooms were nice. The staff was very cheerful and attentive. Every breakfast was fabulous. Occasional little presents from the hotel.

We didn't particularly like the beds (it's personal preference) , but they were still better compared to other hotels we have been. If I have to be picky, I thought they could serve more type of veg and fruit for breakfast. Little dust collection in the corners by the end of the week.

The selection of foods for breakfast is superb and the menu for the Urban restaurant outstanding. Ten minutes walk and you are in Palma old town, a most beautiful city with amazing atmosphere.

Personally I can not think of anything that I would have changed. What ever I needed the reception staff and room service provided promptly and curtiousley.

The hotel was fabulous, a lovely city, but the staff, the food, the spa, the infinity rooftop pool in the hotel were all so difficult to leave we didn't leave that often! So close to the centre of Palma yet with the stunning rooftop views of the Mediterranean, it was a world away city stresses.

Leaving, it was so good, leaving was terrible! I could not fault the hotel in any way. If you are looking luxury and peace, book a stay here and you'll get it in abundance.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous stylish comfortable room, great facilities, very cool hotel. Beautiful setting for the outdoor infinity pool and terrace bar/restaurant on the top floor, with fabulous views overlooking the sea. Delicious food, great selection at breakfast. Hotel really well situated for easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants in the old town.

pool was too cold for me, but I am a bit of a wimp about that sort of thing.

The staff are exceptional - relatively small hotel, executed really well, but the staff make the experience both personal and memorable. Location is just 10 mins walk from the bizz, which was great for us - offered a wee bit of sanctuary. Would I book again? Without question.

Nothing - Palma is a great city for a few days break and this hotel is a perfect base from which to explore and where one can relax in fabulous surroundings. No car required

The facilities of the hotel are amazing, the rooms, the pool and the rooftop. Everything is very comfortable and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

- The location is pretty bad if you wish to stay in Palma’s centre, its about 20 minutes walking and there is nothing nearby. - If you’re renting a car (which is very necessary in the island) it is very complicated with this hotel. You’re not allowed to drive in this area and there is no parking. The hotel is offering their own valet service for 35 euros a day and you really have no choice. - The rooms are super small for this price.
