Everything was great; the room, the location, the food, and the staff. Natalie at the front desk was very helpful.

The only nit picky issue was that the clock in the town square (where this hotel is located) chimes very loudly every hour on the hour all through the night and day. It also chimes 15 minutes before and after the hour. So as beautiful as this hotel was and as perfect and lovely as the room was, I might not stay again bc I'm a light sleeper. I felt exhausted due to the bells chiming all through the night. If you bring ear plugs and Ambien, you might be okay.

Wow! As 60 something worldwide travellers this blew us away. Think chic, Parisian, delightful decor with wonderfully friendly staff. We stayed four nights for our anniversary and they kindly upgraded us BUT this hotel is wonderful whichever room you have. Don’t stay anywhere else in Palma Old Town, this is the hidden jewel. Unlimited hot/cold breakfast to die for and means we didn’t need lunch.

Wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t! Minor gripes? Rooms on the square hear city cleaning/bins in the morning (but no noisy bars or music at all) and rooms have everything except kettle for ‘UK’ tea first thing, but get hot water at breakfast for tea you brought from home!!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The best location for exploring the streets of Palma’s Old Town! We arrived before check-in so was able to sit in the bar area and have a drink and also leave the cases with reception to have a wander round the close vicinity. Upon checking-in the receptionist was great, gave us plenty of information plus a free upgrade! The room had its own terrace plus two sun loungers, and was super spacious and a view overlooking the main square! We would book here again in a heart-beat. Palma has such charm to it and this hotel added to that experience.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Maybe we came down too late but there didn’t seem much available apart from a few pastries. Also, the members of staff seemed absolutely rushed off their feet, one behind the counter and one on the floor serving a full outdoor area! She did super well regardless.

EVERYTHING! The room was GORGEOUS, the hotel was GORGEOUS, the restaurant was GORGEOUS! The brunch was so yummy, the dinner at the restaurant on the adorable piazza there was delicious with yummy cocktails... it was walkable to everything we wanted to do in the heart of the city. Beautiful views of the plaza below and surrounding buildings from our room. They even had an AIR QUALITY (CO2) monitor in the restaurant/lobby which was SO lovely to see in the age of COVID as it helped us feel more comfortable dining inside for breakfast (to eat our delicious breakfast buffet there every morning!) The room was well appointed - even with really high quality soaps/shampoos, etc. It was also very family-friendly for such an elegant hotel. Highly, highly recommend!!! Photos I'm adding are views from our room of the plaza below and surrounding beautiful historic buildings. Just a lovely setting and nice to not have car traffic immediately outside the building.

Everything was perfect! Location, staff, room, food. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Our greeting at reception was exceptional and set the mood for a wonderful stay. Our suites were beautiful, with amazingly comfortable beds. All linen was gorgeous. Our suites were a combination of traditional and contemporary in feel and completely in line with the age and style of hotel. Thank you so much! I will place a review on trip advisor when time allows.

Maybe a little more detail (plants etc) to the roof splash pool area would be good, although towels and sun beds and pool all great quality.

Hotel Cort exceeded our expectations...every member of staff was genuinely warm and friendly and loved making a fuss of our two small children. As it was off season, the hotel was very quiet which we liked. The breakfast was superb - a mix of buffet and hot options with the best staff! Our suite was set up for our family of four but we still had loads of space plus two Juliette balconies overlooking the lovely historic square and the amazing huge bathroom which I will miss!

As it was February most restaurants were closed and having small kids we couldn't go out at night when the small amount of open ones opened late at 7pm...we struggled to find food in Palma and it would have been great to have more family friendly or snack options in the restaurant as it was expensive and limited to more high end dining but pretty empty which maybe shows a gap?

I received a free upgrade to a suite which was really lovely. Loved the décor, especially the tiled shower, and appreciated the Molton Brown bath products, a sign of quality. The bed is something else! It is huge, comfortable and the pillows were exactly as I like them. I slept very well during my two night stay. The welcome drink of choice was a nice touch, and I chose a gin and tonic and they had the brands I like. The bar and restaurant area is nicely decorated and I enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace café each morning. The chicken salad I had on the first evening was very tasty. There is an area assigned for hotel guests only, which is a good idea as the café is also popular with tourists. The staff on reception were both so warm and friendly and helped me enormously as my suitcase was delayed. The location of the hotel is perfect in my opinion. I had never been to Palma before and I am thrilled to have chosen Hotel Cort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Palma.

Great little hotel in an excellent location. Staff were exceptional, breakfast was delicious. The room was exactly as represented on Booking.Com. The bed was comfortable, room spacious and very clean. We had a late flight on the last day, the staff stored our luggage, provided access to the terrace/plunge pool, and then let us use their conference facility for the remainder of the time.

The only issue we had was getting a taxi from the hotel to visit the Castelo de Bellver. The staff tried hard to find one, ringing the taxi company & trying to hail one in the street but to no avail. Not their fault, with numerous cruise ships in harbour the taxis were in demand! We had no success in hailing a taxi either!

Location, quality, service were all exceptional. Staff are really friendly and provided a fabulous stay for myself, husband and two children. The roof terrace and plunge pool were a highlight for us especially after a hot and sticky day sightseeing and shopping.

There wasn’t a comfortable public lounge area. There’s a really nice restaurant and outside tables and chairs but nowhere to sit comfy with a drink etc However we had ample space to do this in our room and the weather was so hot we spent a lot of time in the roof terrace that more than made up for it.

Our experience of this hotel justifies its high rating on Booking.com. The hotel staff were exceptional throughout our stay, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Given that it is located right in the centre of the old town it is very easy to access most of the places we wanted to visit. Certainly at the time of our stay, Placa Cort, which is now pedestrianised, was blissfully peaceful in the latter part of the evening. The clock chiming every 15 minutes isn't very loud, we felt it would only be likely to disturb if you are a very light sleeper.
