Stayed for 3 nights in September. Very warm welcome with a glass of cava and shown to our room which was ready early. Interest shown in the plans for our stay with appropriate recommendations and a restaurant reservation made for an evening we had free. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good with seating in the courtyard. We booked the Spa which is available for private use, great sauna, steam-room and jacuzzi. Cocktails are served in the drawing room, a nice way to start your evening. A wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. Staff are excellent and you will be made to feel very welcome.

The location, service and staff were amazing. They have a small spa which was excellent. We had massages which were also great. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of interesting artwork and furnishings. Breakfast was continental with a great selection but also on offer were eggs done how you wanted. Cocktails are served between 6 pm - 9pm every night, great selection and excellent friendly bar tender. All in all a brilliant hotel to spend some time in.

Personally, my only issue was that our room had subdued lighting which I found a bit dark.

It was a wonderful stay! I've been to this property before and I've been looking forward to staying again, and this time I brought more friends and family so they could also enjoy it! We received welcome drinks right away, they were so pleasant and willing to help us in any way. I love the interior, it's a very traditional style, but clean and classic! The rooms are very unique and a pleasant space. The food and drinks are wonderful, including breakfast. I think of all our time in Spain, they made us the best Sangria of the entire trip!!

There's nothing that I didn't like about staying here! But if I had to say one thing...nope, not a thing :-)

How unique and special it was. Set in a beautiful location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It is the best hotel I have ever experienced were the staff have gone out of their way to ensure our stay was the best. I would go back in a heartbeat and most definitely recommend. Nothing everything was perfect

Most beautiful hotel EVER! Every corner is stunning. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly! Would go back in a heartbeat. Best hotel we have ever stayed in! Can’t wait to visit again! all the staff we incredible and friendly and helpful. Bianca the manager was so helpful, from dinner to beach reservations! She made the stay extra special!

There was not a single thing we didn’t Love! Can not fault this hotel!

I loved the decor and also the fact it felt like you were escaping the city and retreating into a sanctuary. Staff were of an exceptional standard. The right balance was always achieved. The books were amazing too placed around the property. Breakfasts were perfect and everything had been well thought out.

A few more towels in the room but I could have asked for more. Nowhere to do my makeup easily - I ended up sitting on the floor the yo do it. Lighting by the doors difficult to see where to put the key

It was very nice but also very quiet. If you are looking for very quiet in the heart of Palma then this is it. It only has a very small outdoor area.

You don’t see a lot of other people. At 10pm everyone is having tea so I think it is for a bit of an older more relaxed crowd.

The staff was so attentive and lovely. I’ve stayed at quite a few 5 star hotels, but this one really stood out. The common spaces are spacious and carefully designed, and it feels like a home away from home. Especially Clara from reception was amazing - thanks so much for your suggestions!

Wonderful palazzo in the old center of Palma. Everything was perfect, a quite place but really close to the buzzling center, great room, super-nice staff, in particular Bianca was very welcoming and helpful. Also breakfast was excellent. We will come back!

Really nice and boutique , beautiful spacious rooms

The breakfast selection was limited , no gym on site , coffee machine is paid everytime you get a coffee at the reception lounger which I thought is weird as it is self serve same as the breakfast
