Breakfast was very good as were the staff. The new receptionist who has been with you about a month could do with more training however. We didn’t find him that helpful and didn’t have true knowledge of the golfing facilities.

The golf society seemed to take over esp arranging their golf day at breakfast, taking over the pool and piano bar. This spoilt it for us and they are very noisy and not managed by the hotel.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!

The evening menu in the restaurant was a touch too fancy - we only went there once and it wasn't special. We recommend aiming at a slightly broader community with more simpler dishes. From what we could tell, the restaurant was not well frequented. The bedside carpet needed to be replaced or cleaned - it was stained.

Very nice hotel, GREAT location for golfers as you can literally take the buggy from the garage to the course. Also, the food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional.

The front desk staff was not always helpful and dind't think ahead or explained the processes at the hotel well. i guess a reason being that 90% of their guests are probably returnees The food at the hotel's restaurant was truly amazing, but we almost didn't go for dinner as the menu outside the restaurant did not show a single vegetarian dish, even when we asked at the front desk whether there were any options for vegetarians they didn't mention anything. When we sat down at the resturant after all and I asked the waiter whether I could have the pasta dish without the meat, and he said oh you are vegetarian, no problem we have a vegetarian menu.

Beautiful spacious room and hotel with a high level of detail to literally everything. The cleaning staff made sure our room was always in perfect shape along with a few extras you'll discover during your visit. Along with this hotel you get the most friendliest and helpful staff imaginable. For us as beginner golfers who had never played, we truly enjoyed driving around the beautiful golf resort (located right next to the hotel) and took up on some beginner golf lessons.

Due to the covid restrictions we missed out on the spa facilities this hotel offers, which was a little disappointing.

What can I say apart from the whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough. We booked a cheaper hotel for our holiday and decided to check out early and come here for our last night. It was the best decision we made. We will definitely be returning!

Very nice staff and extremely good food. Especially the breakfast was very nice. I liked to pool area a lot and the gym was well equipped too.

Location is not super premium, but with a car, everything is fine!

A great location if you want to Golf or live in the South of Tenerife . Very service minded staff and excellent room and facilities. We specially enjoyed the Spa and the billiards room .

Rooms should have an iron and iron board.

no music at all in the hotel , lacked atmosphere in the evening .. was looking forward to a drink in the piano bar but was told piano was just for show . didn’t expect the dress code to be so strict in such a hot climate - we were not happy that trousers had to be worn at dinner, and the piano bar. this is disappointing.

The rooms are really nice - spacious - with a great terrace. Free use of the golf buggies - we don't play golf, but loved zipping around the course nonetheless. Pool area is really nice. It's kept to a really high standard - they disinfect everything when you leave ready for the next person to use. Room view - you can see the sea, and the golf course etc. which is nice. Good internet throughout.

Slightly too far out of town for us (about a 25 minute walk) - most people seem to stay for the golf, so this wont be a problem. The hotel has only just reopened after an 18 month closure - it was empty when we got there and the staff were amazing - towards the end, the staff seemed to be struggling a little, and it still wasn't full. They may need more, to maintain the original high standards. The restaurant for evening meals requires trousers (to keep the decorum) - it may be worth a second location where this isn't required that is a little more relaxed.
