Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas

Lovely room with own private small plunge pool. Great to cool off after being in the sun too long. Pool bar and restaurant really good value, nice to sit out overlooking the main pool. Even though we were on b&b we were still able to purchase the all inclusive snacks during the day for a small fee which was handy on the first day getting to the hotel late afternoon. Location not too far to Las Americas, 10 minute taxi ride.

The only grumble would be the room didn’t have any tea/coffee/sugar etc but had a kettle and coffee machine. There is a small mini market on site but it’s not very cheap and then you have to throw away the excess rather than just having some sachets in the room for a morning coffee as you get up. With it being a 4 star hotel it should be in the rooms. Even 2 and 3 star hotels off tea/coffee. Other than that nothing, was a perfect hotel.

Very small choice of food however was tasty and nice to have different evening. I would say the snack bar is very limited to a small choice of foods. We asked for pina colada several times in the evening and was just given rum Malibu and pineapple juice no coconut milk/ ice cream was given we had to pay extra for this even though we were on an all inclusive. Nothing is really working in the games room for the children. No a/C in certain parts of hotel otherwise very good. Lots of wasps around the pool .

Definitely recommend the family villa. The best hotel with little kids! You'll find pools, and lots of playgrounds, animation etc. There is everything necessary for living. The villa is very clean and bright, larger than in the photo. I really liked the terrace. Fresh renovation. The service is very hospitable and responds quickly. The guys promptly helped to resolve the issue with the problem in the parking, although this was not part of their duties. Near the shopping center and Siam Park, 5 minutes by car to the beach and restaurants.

The best for small kids or babies. No problem at all.

The property is ideal for a break away from the busy resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk into the resorts or taxi for €5. Pool area is relaxed with an excellent attention to recycling. There was never an issue with claiming our required number of sunbeds and parasols. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of fresh fruit, cooked items (including freshly made omelettes), yogurts and breads. However there was a limited selection of cereals.

Excellent villa style acommodation. Food at lunchtime and evening was generally excellent, breakfast may be less so. Salad and fresh fruit particularly good. Very convenient location for touring - maybe less sso if you don't have a car. Good, private, underground car park.

This is a place for people with children. Couples, like us, without a family to entertain found ourselves surrounded by other people's children. *Not their fault at all* but meal times felt like MacDonalds on a wet Saturday lunchtime - not what we'd hoped for and they probably felt the same about us. If you've got small children a great place for a holiday, a nice safe environment but for couples without, probably best to look elsewhere.

The food was amazing, the facilities great, the atmosphere was very friendly for families. The wifi/Internet works so well that you don't realize you're on an island. The staff is very welcoming and warm. The rooms are very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the villas have mini private gardens with comfy beds in case you want to nap outside and listen to the birds. There are fun facilities like ping pong, billiards, gym, game room, etc. Did I say that the food is awesome? I recommend picking the 'all inclusive' option, it's worth it, especially for families. The location is 20 mins away from the airport. Use a taxi, it's really fast and easy. The cost from/to the South Airport is about 20€, but the drivers expect a 5€ tip. I would recommend to prepare for that, and make sure that you have the exact sum in cash, the drivers don't like to give change. Otherwise, i didn't find any tipping issues on the island.

There are two pools in the center court, one warmed, the other not. The water in the cold pool was a little bit too cold, which meant that it stayed mostly unused.

The hotel was fantastic, the food was very good, the all inclusive package was very good and we really enjoyed are stay.

The hospitality on the day we left. The staff are very friendly during your stay and make everything great however the moment you check out you get treated as though you never stayed at the hotel. We didn't fly till 9pm and were told we could stay at the hotel however a lot of the staff treat you differently and the all inclusive wrist band is cut off and taken from you the second they get a chance. I have never been to a hotel where this has been the case before most allow you to use it for your Final day and.keep the all inclusive wrist band.

Exceeded expections, food was lovely & enjoyed the themed nights, this made sure the food wasn’t repetitive! Had a family villa, the terrace was really private! We didn’t go with kids but you can tell it’s amazing for children & families. Free shuttle to Siam park was really convenient

Very minor details - plug sockets weren’t in convenient places/lack of them, rooms were dark with not much lightening & there was only aircon in 1 room. Also a few members of the bar staff were quite rude, not sure if this was more to do with the language barrier, but just got the vibe they hated their job & were quite abrupt at times. All really minor things & didn’t really affect our stay

It is a fantastic hotel for family stay and for golf players. Golf Las Americas is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and they offer 10% discount for green fees at Golf Las Americas. For kids there are very nice activities at the hotel: swimming pool, kindergarten, and animations in the evenings. Hotel offers free shuttle buses to Siam Park and the beach.

The only thing they can make better are linen for beddings (ours' had holes and this didn't look good and was not comfortable) and they could do something about mattresses (they are VERY uncomfortable).

We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed B&B and were really happy with the choice of breakfast every morning which included both continental and cooked. Everything was fresh and cooked really well. Our room was nice and the beds comfortable, we never had a bad night sleep. The kids loved having their own bedroom and the fact it was themed and included toys and books was a welcome addition. Our children loved the swimming pools and we were particularly impressed with the toddler and baby pool which was the perfect depth for little ones and there were lots of water toys on offer for them to play with. We enjoy hiring a car on holiday to get and about during the evenings for food. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes drive to Siam mall, and around 10 mins drive to Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. There is free parking outside of Green Eco too.

There was a bit of a bed smell in the bathroom occasionally which is probably linked to their sewage system.
