Where do I begin? Firstly, I have been unable to find another resort that offers villas with private pools as well as an all inclusive board option. This was our first abroad holiday with our daughter, who turned 1 shortly after we stayed at Green Garden, and the fact that we had our own space and could ensure that she could enjoy swimming without the risk of larger children bumping into her etc was a huge comfort. This kind of privacy is usually self catering but the all inclusive food and drink meant that we didn’t have to worry about cooking and could focus on enjoying ourselves. The villa was AMAZING. Extremely spacious, clean, and excellent amenities. We were provided with a stair gate, pool guard, nappy bin, toys, bottle warmer, baby food maker (though we didn't need this), steriliser, the list goes on. The food was lovely and we enjoyed the different theme each night which meant a good variety. We have travelled all over the world before we had our daughter and I can’t think of a friendlier group of staff. Everybody was so smiley and accommodating and other guests that we spoke to, who had stayed at Green Garden before, said that staff turnover seems very low, meaning it must be a happy place to work as well as stay. Big shout out to Katy on the waiting staff in particular. We will certainly it be back!

The only downside to the villa was that the two bedrooms were on different floors. It was fine for us as our baby was in a travel cot (which was provided) but it might be tricky with children between ages of two and maybe 5, who wouldn’t fit in a travel cot but also might be too young to be so far away.

This was our second time in the resort. We loved it a first time 2 years ago and still love it. Would like to return third time as well Pros: - clean, silent, not too large and not crowded - always available parking (sometimes no free spots on street, however you can use hotel private parking for free). - family villas are awesome - two rooms, kitchen, nice backyard. A lot of toys in the room to keep your kids occupied

Breakfast is ok, but boring to eat the same food for 10 days in a row. I would suggest to have at least salt and oil in the kitchen for use of clients who want to cook by themselves. Not problem for us because we went with car everywhere, but in case you do not rent car - this hotel is a bit far from ocean and located in the hill

Whole resort is masterpiece, plenty of palm trees, different types flora, clean, and beautiful. The resort is in middle of golf fields so really safe for kids to play free within resort, one way in and out through friendly and professional reception. Staff is friendly and helpful. Villas and rooms was great, kitchen, bedroom and living room is a minimum, really comfy, terrace is attached to each villa, some of them have even balcony. Room service exceptional. There are 3 swimming pools, one with weather temperature water, one with heated water, and one for babies 0,5m deep, mu 9 month old baby was love it. Not overcrowd. Food was great. No routine, everyday different meal theme, mexican, american, chinese, oriental... very useful app to inform about what to expect on meal, also very tasty. Beautiful place, great for families to relax and enjoy family time.

taxi charged me 45 euro for 15-20 min drop to airport, is a bit overcharge, even for tourists.

The hotel is aptly named! A real gem on the island, lush and green. Amazing space in the villa, we were very comfortable and pleasantly surprised with a dishwasher and washing machine in our place. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, the set up was very functional. Two slightly bigger than single beds pushed together, quite comfortable. Great to have 2 balconies. The breakfast was good, nothing mind blowing but we enjoyed it eating by the pool. Didn't try lunches or dinners at the hotel but there is an excellent restaurant just next to the reception, with amazing food and really top class staff. One pool is heated while the other one is cold and empty all day. Small pools for toddlers too. Great idea to have artificial grass around the pool, prevents burned feet! Good selection of drink at the pool bar, staff are pleasant. Never struggled to find a chair by the pool in November. It's a family hotel so there are lots of kids playing in the pool but it didn't bother us. There is a small gym but not many people attended, fairly small place. They cleaned the rooms every day. The whole hotel complex is very quiet and very pleasant. The small shop on site has the basics, even a tiny gluten free section but the large Siam Mall is a 20 min walk (4 minute drive) away so it was easy to get everything we needed. Hotel itself is a bit far from town to casually stroll there, but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. The alternative is to rent a car, there are parking spaces outside but also a large parking underground the hotel.

The bathroom was a bit of a let down - very dark shower (behind the wall with no direct source of light) and the drain wasn't the most effective one, so we had to shower very quickly to avoid water overflowing. A bit of inconvenience, that's all. Other than that we were very comfortable.

Staff is extremely friendly, everybody is very nice and helpful all the time. The food is very tasty, huge choice at breakfast, for children as well. Our room (family villa) was also great, the kids' room was full with toys, it was a very colourful and friendly room :) The whole resort was clean, also the pool and its' area. The kids loved the little treehouse too, we also spent there some time. Very kid-friendly resort, highly recommended for families with smaller children. For us the distance from the closest beach was not relevant, as we did not visit that (specially because it is maybe the most crowded beach on the island, and there are so many more beautiful and less crowded beach). The hotel is easily accessible by car.

It is not a big deal, but maybe the kitchen in the villa could have been a little more equipped, such as kitchen towel, more cutlery, more dishes.

We had a fantastic week at Green Garden Eco Resort. The all inclusive was excellent value for money; breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff all work so hard and are so friendly. The children’s entertainment was brilliant, our 3 year old loved the mini disco every night and we loved the family water polo in the pool. Rooms are specious and very comfortable and we loved our private little garden terrace to relax in. Would 100% recommend and will be back.

Spacious apartments with a nice lil kitchen and garden. They had kitchen utensils and everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and so much variety! Majority of the staff were very nice, the receptionists are very nice and informative and ordered us a taxi every time we asked. Plenty of deck chairs around the pool, a masseuse who gives a good massage. As a black traveller sometimes I fear facing some form of racism but I can honestly say everyone was nice, from the staff, to the locals to the taxi drivers - they were amazing!

The walls were thin so the next door neighbours kept complaining every time we were talking in our room :( The dinner buffet didn’t have too much options.

Absolutely everything! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a great rapport with some of them (especially the children's entertainer and in the restaurant). The were given an upgraded room for some reason which was very nice. Our room was on two levels so we asked if a stair gate could be fitted to prevent our grandchildren from going downstairs. This was fitted within 10 minutes! The whole site was very well maintained and everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. Every morning we saw gardeners tending the beautiful flower beds and other staff going about their tasks. Everyone you met would smile and say "Hola". It's either a company policy or else they are just nice people. I like to think it's the latter. There are a number of swimming pools which were never crowded and an ample number of sun beds. Despite not being supposed to reserve these many people did. The food in the buffet was of a good quality and plentiful. Each night a different cuisine was provided so you didn't get bored.

Nothing at all. The only things that could be improved were: 1. the sound system used for entertainment. I found it difficult to understand what was being said. 2. the number of channels that could be viewed was very few. It didn't really bother me as I don't go on holiday to watch tv but I think my grandchildren would have like more.

The property is very nice, well connected to the main promenade area as well as allows you a quick get away by car to neighoring towns. The room was very big and the staff very accomodating and attentive with the customers.

As you pay a premium fee, rooms could benefit from more attention to cleanliness - toilet was dirty at check in and a coffee cup still remebered the lipstik of the previous occupant. Also, breakfast options were 90% identical and also limited everyday, so maybe if you like enghlish or german breakfast you could be happy, but more vegetables or variations could have helped.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are golf courses around and beautiful landscaping. Looking at the map you will immediately find this hotel because it is the only large green area. The hotel grounds are also full of flowers and plants. The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities. 2 swimming pools, one with heating. There is an entertainment programme every day: daytime (for example, a foam party in the pool) and evening. The food is classic, but dinner is always dedicated to a particular cuisine, for example, Tuesday - Italian dishes, Wednesday - BBQ. The hotel has its own mini market and laundry facilities. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any requests. The villas are comfortable, clean, there are options with large terraces (I recommend). I really liked the fact that I had my own kitchen and everything I needed for cooking. The beaches are a 20-minute walk away. It is convenient that there is a choice to go to the beach Playa del Camison through the supermarket closest to the hotel with a large selection, or Playa de los Cristianos across the street with branded stores or private ones (you can bargain in private ones, because the prices are touristy). In general, the area is pleasant and you can spend time for every type of taste. There are bus stops within 15-20 minutes' walk and you can go on excursions to neighbouring towns on your own, it's comfortable and safe.

In general, I liked everything, but if you bring food to the villa or cook it yourself, ants appear even in the fridge. Also, given that the hotel is very suitable for small children, the bed in the room where I stayed smelled a little bit like...well, you know :) It's not critical for me, but you have to be careful what you eat, and little problem #2 went away after a few days of airing
