staff were lovely, especially bar staff - some understand english better than others but all very helpful. reception organising taxis was very efficient. did ask for a nice room/view and was given 1st floor room overlooking pool but nice and spacious. big pool area with PLENTY of sun loungers, not sure if it was just the time of year i visited but there was always loads of spare beds, no fighting over a good spot. pool is mostly shallow. nice location about a 20 minute walk down into town/beach about 10/15 mins walk to siam mall/park (closest shop is a petrol station about 5/10 mins walk) but again all accessible by taxis between €5/10

hotel entertainment could be heard quite loud from the room being on the 1st floor in the same block, didn’t bother me too much as i was usually out at these times and only stayed a few nights but consider if you would be staying longer or have kids etc. breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough selection.

Extra large rooms, nice balcony, large bathroom. Good food, it varied day to day, so you don't get bored. Great pool. Garage for the rental car is cheap, so the car is always nice and cool.

The only issue with the hotel was the golf course surrounding it, which makes it a lot less attractive to walk straight down to the city/beach. It makes the walk a lot longer than it needs to be, so you end up just taking the car.

Very spacious rooms, spotless, lots of pool beds, big pool area, food was nice 😊

It’s a long walk on a very busy road with STEEP hills to Las Americas & Siam Mall. Not for the faint hearted ( you could get a taxi out & back everyday) Maybe electric scooter rental from the hotel would be a good idea 👍🏼

Hotel, facilities and location is amazing! Room was alot bigger then expected and although we was facing the pool it was still very calm and relaxing. The hotel and resort is beautiful.

Check in not till 15:00 but I didnt see this when booking room so when I arrived at 11:00 and told I couldnt check in till 15:00 was a little off putting but you cant complain when your in a gorgous resort and the sun is beaming down

The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near the beach but not directly on the main strip. The facilities such as the swimming pool and spa was great as it was included in the price. The buffet breakfast was the best hotel buffet breakfast we've ever had. The choice of food and drink was amazing!

No kettle facilities in the rooms, but you can request with a €20 deposit.

We were so pleasantly surprised coming here the hotel itself was fantastic and couldn’t fault it beautiful room great sized pool and amazing views from the balcony

The distance from las Américas is about half an hour walk which isn’t ideal with 2 small children so we had to get multiple taxis a day which ended up costing more than we hoped

Clean room, food was ok, nice pool. Staff was polite with few exceptions. Terrace was spacious.

All inclusive has low options to choose from pool bar. A bit far from the beach (20 mins walking or 5€ by taxi) really expensive if you want your clothes washed by hotel staff but luckly there is a self service for that as well. 3.5€ for washing and 2€ for drying. Beaware that those machines won't give back any change.

Breakfast was OK, some of the fruit was frozen. Coffee was poor, lacked strength in flavour. Staff were very friendly

In view of the position of the hotel a shuttle bus to the town would have been appreciated

Extremely helpful staff, they all went extra mile to help us with anything. Food was delicious and lots of variety in the evening buffet. Love the fact that the hotel is quiet in the evenings.

The fridge in the room wasn't really cold at all. Also some days the cleaning of the rooms was better than other times, so needs to be a bit more consistent. The bedroom could use some lighting which isn't so bright.

loved the position, overlooking the golf course away from the maddening crowd but close enough to walk into las Americas and los Cristianos The pool was lovely. we stayed in one of the duplex suites, highly recommended.

lack of basic info, when arriving in our room discovered we didn’t have a kettle. I asked if we could have one and it was no trouble just that we had to leave a €20 deposit. who steels kettles!!!
