We had a lovely holiday here. The front desk staff were super friendly at check in, and so it continued from there. The entertainment team ran a super kids club -Rafa, Sven and the rest of you - you were all amazing. My kids had a ball. Alberto in the main restaurant was run off his feet it was so busy and yet he was always friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous.

On the last night there was a ridiculously loud party going on, up to 0330am or something like that. To be fair i didn't ring reception to complain, but it wasn't particularly 'family friendly'. But that was the only night there was a problem - the rest were super. Lots of family entertainment which my kids loved, and then quiet from 2300hrs or so onwards.

very good choice of breakfast items. dining room staff excellent. everything extremely clean. housekeeping staff did an excellent job. atmosphere very relaxed. walk to Cala Bóquer was so nice we did it twice.

coffee machine in dining area was temperamental. room a touch too narrow for me. fridge in room didn’t work efficiently. not sure i mastered the air conditioning controls. I tried taking in some of the evening music entertainment but found sound levels too high and had to leave.

This was our first stay in this hotel, and we were really impressed. We have three boys (ages 13/12/12) and they loved everything about the place. Check-in was simple and good. We asked for our rooms to be near to each other, and whilst they weren't on day 1, it was sorted from day 2 without issue. The boys loved the pool - very deep and quiet at the time were were there (Oct half term). We went for Bed & Breakfast and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We had the evening meals there on a few nights and also went out a few nights to break things up a bit. The boys LOVED the buffet evening meals - there was something for everyone. The location is also excellent - max 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of resturants / shops etc. On top of all this, they had a kids club at 11am and 3pm for people who were up for it. This was really good fun and the staff were really great with all the kids. Big shout out to Sven for some awesome air-rifle action with our three (and me!). Rooms were clean and cleaned each day by a really polite and nice team. On top of all that there was a nice mixture of people there. Retired couples, young couples, families and keen cyclists, which created a nice vibe for the place. Overall a really good week and we would defo recommend.

Food itself excellent though a bit tepid in certain areas.

Snack bar area should be a bit more expansive. Some form of classical music in the evening -- a Spanish guitarist perhaps-- would be nice. A bottle opener and corkscrew in the suites should be supplied without having to be sought at the desk.

Fantastic location, brilliant staff and perfect facilities for a week break with family. The animation and entertainment staff work really hard to make guests feel welcome, Katie did a fantastic job with younger kids in mini club and Rafa and Sven with the other activities, but they were equally good at "reading the room" if you just wanted to relax...

The pool was freezing in April for our Easter break (despite wonderful sunshine, it cooled down too much in the evening)! I heard that it is heated in summer, when early in the season is the time to make it a bit warmer!

This hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly especially the kids entertainment guys and the breakfast was great! Brilliant location too.

Some coffee to go with the kettle would be good

We enjoyed an excellent October week at the hotel. We took the half board option because it offered great value and the food was really good. It's a buffet-style set up so if you don't mind heaping your plate with a lot of different bits and pieces, this is the place for you. There was good variety across the week though and there's plenty for vegetarians which was important for me. The rooms are decent. Not flash and fancy but clean and tidy and a reasonable size. All in all, a good value for money stay and the staff in the hotel are excellent.

We have just got home from a stay here. I have to say the staff are brilliant. Rafa heads up the entertainment team and they are all lovely, so many activities for the children and they make sure everyone is included. Location is brilliant. I’ve been going for about 15 years now and this is the best location for families. Food was good, not amazing. Lots of choice for everyone. Hotel room was clean. Pool is really big and enough sun beds no matter what time of day, giving you lots of distance too. Loads of lovely cocktails and drinks and the bar staff are lovely. Covid place for your test home is 2 minutes walk or the hotel can book it so it’s easy to get that sorted before you come home.

The hotel rooms are clean but quite basic. There is a fridge but no cutlery etc so hard to make food in the room. The food was nice too but limited desserts and can feel a little repetitive after a few days. Having said that’s the pros really do outweigh the cons. My little boy sobbed saying bye the the team there and is already asking when can we go back.

Nice family resort with a lot of kid activities and day activities. Location is OK and not dar from plaza or beach. We tried dinner one night and there was plenty to chose from but the breakfast is a bit limited. Room was spacious and modern

Beds a little hard and the pillows the same Quite full and sunbeds occupied but ok we could find place The curtains were not full black out.

The main plus point at this hotel is the entertainment team (Sven, Rafa, Eva, Mariam and the Karin's). They are the best, great activities, brilliant with the children, really approachable. The foam party and white party were truly memorable events we'll never forget, such great ideas! The bar staff are always great and friendly and happy to take on whatever requests you like. The hotel itself is a good size, the food in the restaurants was a really good quality for a buffet and although there is an element of needing to pop towels on sunbeds when you get up there are usually plenty of beds to go around.

Beds could be more comfortable and two singles pushed together is not the same as a having a good double bed as you always have that uncomfortable gap in the middle.
