Very nicely located hotel on the pine walk, beautiful terrace and good breakfast. Friendly ladies who cleaned the bedrooms and at breakfast too.

Room needs upgrading, air con noisy, and bed a bit too firm! The hotel is shared with Hotel Cappuccino which was confusing. We were hugely disappointed due to no sunbeds by the sea (which are shown in the pictures) we found it impossible to relax on the front terrace/beach of the hotel due to uncomfortable portable sunbeds. These were in the bedroom, a nice touch, but inconvenient to carry to/from the beach and no brollies for shade! Also at check out my husband was almost told off by the receptionist because we were slightly late. The hotel is lovely but seems to have become complacent!

Spotless, quiet, amazing location right on the beach on the pine walk. Staff were fantastic and rooms were lovely. I loved the old style charm and I felt myself feeing like I was at home. As a solo female traveller I relaxed immediately and never felt unsafe in any way. Good buffet breakfast ate on the terrace looking at the ocean. What more could you ask for

No access to sun terrace with sun loungers. Th ere was a folding chair with cusion provided that I used on the beach but it was a bit of a nuisance having to carry it in and out daily and trying to get all the sand off it before going inside. Also couldn’t leave it if I needed to pop to shop or cafe for something to eat.

Fantastic location. View from our room/balcony was exceptional. Great place for an early evening glass of wine. Breakfast at the tables outside on the pine walk was a really pleasure. Staff were all great. Secure bike room with plentiful space.

Lack of sun beds in the hotel's private area on the beach (due to the apparent ongoing issue in getting a license). The alternative of lugging reclining chairs down from our room was not very satisfactory. Also parking of mobility scooters in the lobby area did rather give the feel of an old people's home.

The room was equipped in all the basics, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, AC. the balcony I had was overlooking the courtyard and other balconies. Hotel breakfast could be eaten outside with the amazing views, just be the beach. There is a bike storage on the back of the hotel, worth using as the rooms don’t offer too much space to store bikes. it is not the modern spacious building which actually has a lot of charm. Staff knew I was checking out early and prepared a packed breakfast to go on my last morning, that was very thoughtful!

There was a bit of a noise from generators and perhaps sound proofing would e great but it wasn’t a nuisance, I’m mesophoniac. There was not many sockets in the room.

The position excellent, all the staff hardworking and helpful and the public area very well done and everywhere spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast excellent

The bathrooms need to be updated and there needs to be the option for walk in showers. Also the air conditioning in the bedrooms was not efficient and leaked. The towels although spotlessly clean were past their best and some had holes in!, ALSO IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR US TO CARRY OUR BEACH CHAIRS FROM OUR ROOM EACH DAY.

The location cannot be beat. In the heart of Pollensa Bay. Close to the Pine Walk & to the Port. Shops & restaurants all nearby. Balcony was a lovely spot to relax & watch the sunset. Bathroom had everything one needs, and the in room fridge came in handy as it meant we could save money by bringing some groceries back to the room. The staff works hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. From the desk to the breakfast ladies to the cleaners, all were on top of their jobs & extremely helpful. If you need a taxi to visit other areas, the hotel is happy to arrange.

The one negative is how hard the beds are. It felt like we were sleeping on rocks. The other negative is that the hotel is not completely wheelchair friendly/ADA accessible. Tip: go through the restaurant to save on a couple of stairs that lead from lobby to the elevator.

Hotel is on the Pines Walk in the centre of Port de Pollensa and a traditional style 1950s hotel. We had a superb first floor room with balcony and terrace overlooking the sea but was private. Very secure bike storage room easily and conveniently accessible at all times. Breakfast was excellent and sat on the exterior terrace opposite the sea.

Beds were a bit too hard for our liking. The attached cafe Cappuccino is a seperate business and the prices of drinks are very expensive there.

Breakfast has a good choice and the location is perfect for the beach. Rooms are comfortable and good value for money. Staff are charming and helpful and do their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A few steps to the lift for the rooms if you are elderly or infirm and the lifts were not working on and off during our stay and we were on the 2nd floor. Also the sunbeds and parasols are not available at the moment due to the license being refused (which is not shown on booking.com but is on the hotels own website). So the view at the moment is a concrete slab in front of the hotel. There is a beach to the left of the hotel which has payable sunbeds and parasols for 22 euros a day or you can use the deck chairs provided by the hotel (but no parasols).

I loved the location, the chairs they provide for the beach, the breakfast in the outdoor area, the size of the room I stayed in and having a balcony. The staff were very helpful at all times. I will come back.

The room I had was at the back and there was a bit of street noise if I slept with the balcony doors open. But if I closed them and use the air con, everything was fine. The bathroom could be up scaled to look more modern. Having said that, everything worked really well in it so I have no complaints about it. Finally, the breakfast could have home made marmalades and fruit salad instead of single packed ones and tinned salad. And I’d suggest adding granola to the choice of cereals in glass jars instead of plastic ones, and dried fruits. Other than these minor additions for improvement, everything was great and I will return and recommend it. Thank you, Sis Pins.

The hotel has some great employees. That was something we noticed from the start. Everybody was so friendly and relaxed, and that although it is for sure not that easy with so many tourists and so many hours of work during the season. Also the whole building is just nice, it really has a long tradition i guess as you can see pictures on the walkways of the old structure. Situated just on the beach. We really liked it. It just has a lot of charme, really highly recommendable.

We just loved it. So we didnt see anything else that bothered us.
