A beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location, right on the pine walk and beach. Super clean facilities with lots of quirky features. We were looked after by very helpful and polite staff. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the snack and dinner menu had enough variety to choose from and the food was very good. Having traveled globally on business for many years Hoposa Bahia is up there with some of the best hotels I have visited. A small hotel that packs a big punch. We will be back. 5 ⭐️

If I was to nitpick maybe a couple of spare towels in the bathroom.

Such a charming hotel in a fantastic location on Pine Walk with beautiful views across the bay. Our room was great with a comfortable bed, the only slight niggle was the shower tray had a slow leak and left a puddle on the floor each time we used it. We reported this to reception, who immediately arranged for a member of the team to investigate, however the repair didn't fully rectify the issue. The breakfast was superb!

We were lucky enough to get a room at the front with a balcony and great view over the bay (Room 305). The room and bathroom were excellent, the air con and wifi worked perfectly. A buffet breakfast was included, which was absolutely fantastic, the choice on display was quite simply superb. We ate in the restaurant one night, which was also very good. The hotel location was perfect. There is also a fantastic trek which starts quite close to the hotel. It leads all the way to the sea on the other side of the peninsula, via a stunning mountain range where you'll meet lots of mountain goats. You just need to walk down the pathway along Av de Bocchoris which takes you to the start, which is then signposted.

The reception desk was a bit of a joke, it was a sort of makeshift desk under the stairs. The fridge in the bedroom didn't work properly, water was only just above lukewarm even at the coldest setting. That was really the only negative and is the reason I give this a 9 and not a 10, as everything else was great.

The hotel is located on Pine Walk which is a lovely location in Puerto Pollensa. It was close to the main restaurants and bars and yet it was quiet at night. The breakfast selection was superb, so much choice and very good quality. If I wanted to stay in the Pine Walk area again, I would definitely book the Hoposa Bahia.

I really liked the hotel but I appreciate that some people might be put off by the lack of facilities. The only downside is if the weather isn't good, we had a couple of thunderstorms whilst we were there, the lounge area is small. Not a deal breaker though.

I can’t write that it exceeded my expectations because I have been there before and knew how wonderful the place was. This was our second stay there and we have already booked to go next year. This hotel is a gem of a place with great staff from the delightful receptionist to the efficient and friendly waiting staff to the housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff who used to bring items in to the breakfast buffet. All the same staff as last time and that is a very good sign. A wonderful place in an extremely beautiful location.

An excellent choice for location and staff attention. It is appropriately graded at 3 star but for that grade it is on the expensive side. The view from our room was fabulous containing as it did expansive views over the bay.

We expected...genuine orange juice...not provided! We expected mini milk jugs....not provided! We expected tea pots...not provided! Very minor gripes but a hotel quite clearly aiming for a higher end clientele should provide these...should it not?

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in fantastic location on the pine walk. Great selection of food for breakfast and we loved eating it right next to the beach. We also had paella for dinner one night which was also very good. Our room was at the back of the hotel but quite spacious with a good view of the mountains. We travelled by bike and were pleased to discover we could store our bikes overnight in the garage of the nearby Hotel Daina. This will definitely be our first choice of hotel in Puerto Pollensa when we return.

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was amazing - it was varied and delicious and caters to every taste and dietary requirement. The rooms were super comfy and we we were fortunate enough to have a balcony with beautiful views over the bay. The best thing about the Bahia though is the staff - the bar and restaurant staff, the lovely receptionists and the cleaners. Everyone was so helpful, cheerful and friendly, and the hotel really feels like a family home. My mum has mobility issues and the restaurant staff were always happy to help her with the few steps on the ground floor. We loved the decor of the hotel also and the quirky features such as the lamps and beautiful colourful windows on the ground floor that give the hotel a rustic, Moroccan feel. We have eaten at the Bahia many times over the years and it has always been our favourite restaurant in Puerto Pollensa. This was our first stay at the hotel and we will definitely be back!

It is hard to think of anything really! Access to the sister Hotel Daina pool would be nice, especially as it has a disabled chair (my mum was unable to get into the sea). The lift was a bit temperamental but it was always promptly fixed.

This hotel has impeccable standards but with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. There is a lovely outside dining area with another decked dining area on the beach under the shade of the conifer trees. The food was very good and cheaper than some of the nearby restaurants. I have already booked to come back here next year.

I cannot think of anything that needs improving.
