We had a great time at the Mar Senses Puerto Pollensa. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and modern, the location is perfect, just a two minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk from the central square. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The food was incredible, we have visited Puerto Pollensa many times and I have to say the food we had each night at the hotel rivalled some of the top resturants there. The presentation of the Al La Carte dishes was like something you’d find in a Michelin star restaurant. We also ate from the lunch menu which had the most beautiful salads. The cocktails were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Pollensa.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like .. my only “observation”. was the steps/ladder into the pool there is a lot of more mature people who find this slightly challenging to get in and out .. and the same with the large jacuzzi pool. Steps are narrow .. but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone going to Puerto Pollenca.. 10/10 food was plenty full with lots of choice the staff are always cheerful and can’t do enough for you It’s definitely my happy place .. wouldn’t go anywhere else .. 3 times I’ve been here with my family ageing. 27-84

EVERYTHING at this hotel is excellent! The staff are exceptional. Their cheeriness, keenness to chat, their very hard working ethic and going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The ambiance round the whole hotel is totally comfortable and relaxed. The pool area is beautiful and always a lifeguard on duty. There was an episode of the Sahara dust going over and dumping sand everywhere. The work that the staff put in to clear it around the pool and get all the beds etc spotless for the customers was exceptional again. They were there before 6am and staff not on duty came in to help out. The food was always delicious with A La Carte available as well as the buffet, themed buffets and one evening every lady received a red rose and everyone a glass of cava. You feel totally spoiled. The spa is available with no extra cost except for any treatments and also a gym. The hotel is only one block from the Pine Walk and the beautiful beach, shops and restaurants which is ideal for anyone. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return. It is an adult only hotel which makes it a total laid back holiday. There was entertainment every second night which was always very good and enjoyable, everyone joined in too.

I do not want to put any negatives but the prices of the alcoholic drinks were higher than most places which was a draw back but other than that there are absolutely nothing not to like.

staff were exceptional, went over and above the norm, this was very much appreciated. special thanks to Carla on reception. Choice and quality of food was exceptional, particularly for breakfast, dinner buffet was a little hit and miss, but overall very good for a buffet option. Really liked the al a carte nights and barbeque nights. Really nice touches from the staff , particularly on check out offering us a room to shower and change after check out.

for next time would defiantly book a pool view, our room was a little pokey and dark for 3 of us. There are also some rooms that have a higher spec than others, worth checking this out when booking. Overall good value for money as we booked breakfast and dinner and excellent location, close to the beach.

The location and cleanliness were really good and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice but didn’t eat in Restaurant on an evening so can’t comment. Gym and Spa facilities looked excellent also.

The learned behaviour from all guests placing towels on beds at the crack of dawn meant the many that may have wanted to lie down in the sun were unable to. Six days at the hotel and apart from our first afternoon we were unable to lie at the pool due to the selfish guests. Hotel needs to make this clear as although there are no reservations for sunbeds, guests are taking no notice. Adults only hotel but vast majority were knocking on in years. The few younger couples would have maybe struggled with conversation unless knitting was their bag.

Stayed in a beautiful Suite with a large balcony overlooking the nice pool area but it's mainly cyclist staying and getting up very early ....every time they flushed the toilet in the room above us you could hear it in our room .. also the Air conditioning was noisy..waking us up when it came on ....but don't let that but you off staying...I'd definitely stay again

Spotlessly clean, large room, friendly staff, good location. Breakfast lovely. Went half board as good offer and food generally good, in particular a la carte options which were on offer 3 times a week. Pool area lovely and no problem getting sunbeds. Mostly older couples, groups - so chilled and relaxing. Would book again.

Location good in Port de Pollensa, 2 minutes from promenade but not particularly good views, you either overlook roads (but they are quiet) distant mountains or pool.

as in the photos, a very attractive property with a clean and modern look all done in white and turquoise. Beautiful pool area. Suite was lovely with a comfortable bed and good linen. Huge white towels, plenty of wardrobe space and very welcome tea and coffee facilities.

Wehad a lovely mountain view from G21 but if you looked below the balcony there was a pile of rubble on the ground below and just to one side, spare furniture was being stored untidily in a very unattractive area to the left. there were bibs the other direction. This was very disappointing and of course, completely unnecessary. A Junior Suite is not cheap and just because you don’t upgrade to a pool view, you shouldn’t be treated like the view from your balcony doesn’t matter; it should still be as nice as possible.

The staff are lovely and at meal times very attentive. The variety of food at the buffet is very good as is the quality. As its a small hotel, no long queue at meal times. The junior suite we had was spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool area. Very quiet hotel! Great if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. 2 minutes walk and you are on the great beaches. Plenty of free parking all around.

We had a large balcony but no sunbed on it, which seemed like a waste of space to me. Other than small thing, nothing to complain about. Great spot.

This is hard as it’s such a lovely hotel , but the towels on beds is a little annoying. Ii wish there could be some way into stopping people put a towel on a bed. Going out for most of the day to return at say 4 when you could have had that bed for most of that day .. but it is what it is get up at 8 and put your towel there ..
