The hotel is overlooking Portocolom bay, a perfect vantage point to see all the activity of boats coming and going. Rooms have been recently refurbished and mine was just perfect. The bathroom was very adequate. Reception is spacious and staff very welcoming. Breakfast is included and situated in the building opposite. Each morning there was a wide variety of food available - fruits, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, hot foods - boiled & friends eggs, bacon, sausages, etc and a chef was on standby to cook an omelette if desired. There were also plenty of pastries - Danish, croissants etc and pancakes and churros. The coffee machines ‘cafe con leche’ wasn’t far off what you’d expect from a good barista. I couldn’t rate this highly enough.

The weather had picked up and outside temperatures were up to 25C by day. The rooms was a little warm as a result and AC would have been welcome. Mine didn’t seem to work. That said it wasn’t a serious issue and I didn’t ask at the desk.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good location and great value for money.

There was something wrong with the cleaning staff. They always came and made the bed but they didnt change the towels which were on the floor or the dirty glasses. We had to ask reception specifically for these. A lot of things cost extra money. For example, if you want to use the safe in the room you have to pay 3 euros per day. Beach towels are to rent for 5 euros per day. I find it a bit weird for a hotel which has 4 stars.

had to pay for beach towels and housekeeping did not do a great job of cleaning room during stay. did not refresh towels and rehung the towels I put on the floor.

Missing a water-cooker on the room

Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, calm and quiet so if you want to relax, this is the perfect place to stay. There are a few beaches and amazing restaurant near by. Both swimming pools are amazing to spend the day or after the beach. Breakfast was good. The room was clean every day. We had an amazing time and it was exactly what we were looking for after a stressful period planning our wedding. We were so tired and just needed a few days to chill.

Wi-Fi especially in the evening was crap and pool hours could be extended. It closed too early for a hot place where the sun still out until 21h,22h.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was large and bright and had good size balcony with table and chairs. The room was well-equipped and clean. I had requested a kettle int he room when I booked, and when I asked Reception it was provided quickly. The hotel is in a great location at the end of the bay and is really quiet. Breakfast was well-stocked with a great selection that varied day to day. Portocolom itself is beautiful, totally peaceful and has a great little beach the other side of the bay. There are lots of little inlets nearby and water is crystal clear. Great little cafe about 5 mins walk around the bay from the hotel, that looks out over the bay. I would definitely stay here again

The stay was excellent and comfortable. At first, they gave us the wrong room, it was in a different building and it wasn't the one we had previously booked here, we talked and they resolved the situation at the reception desk. Excellent quality for the price. Breakfast had a lot of options

For me, what could be improved is the opening hours of the pool, which closes at 7 pm and could stay at least until the sun goes down. Also, the A/C is central so it is not very cool, for the very hot summer days it may not be enough.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel location and cleanliness was great and the view was stunning over the harbour :) I liked the amount of choice at breakfast too! The pool was great and we never struggled to get a sunbed either.

The sunbeds around the pool were pretty uncomfortable after a long period of time and there weren't enough umbrellas for shade. The pool bar was generally great but the ice creams weren't restocked the whole 8 days we were there and ended up with very little choice.

We were realy surprised by this hotel. It was very nice and comfy. We got room with nice sea view. Room was also very stylish. We enjoyed swimming pool with a hotel bar across the street. Stuff was very nice and helpfull.

Please be aware that breakfast are in different hotel (during October - so off-peak season). But it is not very far away. Breakfast selection could be better but nothing to complain about. Hotel is situated in cove - so no beach nearby.

We only travelled here to stay a night as we were quite restricted time wise on our trip. This accommodation exceeded expectations though. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The room itself was clean, modern, and had a fantastic view of the water. The hotel also had two pools, and the best continental breakfast we had on the trip.
