I have stayed here before and like its location, and the spacious green and attractive grounds and pool areas. My room (133) had a really delightful view over mountains, palm trees and sunset. In no way can it be described as a sea view, which I had booked, but once I saw the view in the morning light, I realized it was much nicer than a full sea view, so did not ask to change. It is also a quiet area, though a walk from restaurants etc,

The rooms in this part of the hotel are in need of refurbishment - scuffed and worn furniture and flooring detract from appreciation of the feel of the room. Though pillows were soft, the bed itself was hard and rather bumpy, so not very comfortable.

We are very thankful for the free room upgrade at check in and everything explained. The room was large, comfy and very clean. The buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a good variety of choice. Plenty of space to lounge in the sun and all outdoor areas very clean. A very relaxing hotel.

I didnt like that on the all inclusive packages you had to scan qr codes or download the app. There should be printed menus so people are aware what is included on the drinks menu. I would feel the older visitors wouldnt know about the app or qr codes.

All Staff very helpfull and friendly. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating in our interactions with them.. Spa pool and amenities were excellent. Good English tv channel options and balcony was large and sunny with a nice view of the grounds and sea.. We were a double select room which gave nice amenities and looked like it had been renovated not too long ago.

Bed was very firm and not very comfortable even with a mattress topper. This is the one area I felt let the hotel standard down slightly and could be improved on in keeping with the rest of the hotel. On going renovations and upgrading of rooms/ accomodation block were taking place on the grounds during our stay. We were advised of this at booking. These were during the day only and they were all low key and away from the main area and they did not cause any disturbance to us at all. Pools were on the chillier side even though it said they were heated which could have been down to the weather but beautiful looking along with the grounds and there were plenty of sunbeds and locations to try out...

Everything was absoutely perfect. This hotel should be a 5 Star! Everything was super clean, the staff are great and were always ontop of you. The food variety is exceptional, we never got bored. A large variety of fresh fish and meat served daily. The facilities are great too, good animation team.

Fantastic, friendly hotel in great location. Good selection of food and drinks on the All Inclusive package. Large salt water pool with swim lanes plus other pools for more splash about fun. Never feels too busy even when at capacity.

Some tiny ergonomic issues with room but really nothing to spoil a great holiday. For example, drying rack on balcony is too low on wall so beach towels drag on floor - call me picky or what?!

Food,pool, staff, facilities , drinks menu. Every day there was an amazing variety of food available. The rooms were spotless. The staff were incredible. The walk in shower was gorgeous. So many sunbeds. The aqua aerobics class was absolutely fantastic. I used the gym which was also very well equipped.

My only complaint is I booked a twin room and we were originally given a double. The room we were moved to was smaller and without a coffee machine and the luxury toiletries that the original room had, and there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom too but this is the only negative thing I have to say, everything else was fantastic. I also feel the spa pools should be free for guests every day. We used our complimentary spa pass on our second day and it was so relaxing. We would have loved to use the facilities again but there was a charge for it.

The hotel is wonderful. It is a very large facility but everything is efficiently and conveniently organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a double room with extra bed for a child but we got a family suite with two bedrooms, living room and a very large terrace. Very comfortable beds, good quality equipment. Cleanliness at a high level. We chose options with breakfast. We could choose from two options in two restaurants. The food is very good, very large selection, all fresh and good quality.

The view is excellent, the grounds are nicely landscaped, plenty of facilities, lounging areas and pools, good breakfast, nicely designed room (with decent coffee), comfortable bed, and helpful staff. Very short walk to the main strip of Puerto Calero, which has very good restaurants.

The WiFi was unusably slow for anything serious. Even in the lobby, it was very patchy. Unfortunately we needed to work for a coupe of days and had to use mobile data in order to get anything done.

Outstanding location with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The free minibar for the first night was a welcome addition. The pools are beautifully built and warm. One poolside area is grassy, which is very pleasant indeed. Although the building itself is a rather austere brutalist block, the trees and foliage surrounding it are lovely. Despite its size, it is well laid out and easy to get around. The terrace breakfast area is extremely nice, with the morning sun dappling the tables through the concrete lattices. All in all a great place to stay in Puerto Calero.

The WiFi is very poor in most areas, although I heard that it's usable on the ground floor beneath reception.
