Everything. Really as close to perfect as a resort can get. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d like to mention Manu for his outstanding demeanor and kindness - maybe the best hotel concierge we’ve ever met! Promotion upcoming (we hope)!

The hotel is lovely as are the hotel staff and spa staff.

The food fell short of a 5 star hotel everything was meagre. The management are very clearly aware of portion control. The buffets were plain faire. The staff in restaurants were in short supply. Those that were there looked run off their feet. It you are going for the preferred plan at 135 euros for two people, be aware the snacks in the lounge are poor don’t expect to be able to enjoy a lunch. Dried bread with ham/cheese, a choice of cold drinks, tea/coffee, apples oranges and kiwi fruits. If you get there early afternoon you might get lucky and see small filled rolls and a small dessert on offer. On the up side the preferred pool area and sea view rooms are lovely.

Hotel was stunning. We have been impressed with quality of service. Hotel was super tidy. Top hygiene. At the pool there were always fresh towels. Hotel offered plenty of attractions with live music, and performances at evening. At daytime Ms Magdalena was taking care of us offering games or other entertainment like shooting, volley ball, aqua aerobic... Thanks to her attitude, those of us that participate in games for the first time were feeling like they've been born to do it. We even received 🏅. Looking forward to visit you again!

Waiting time for orders at restaurants (up to 40 minutes) Small variety of food at breakfast. All deserts taste same. English breakfast whole week. Little to no Spanish cuisines.

The hotel is great but you book based on a picture of a pool that you can't use unless you have 'preferred club' which is 80 euro per day. They need to be clear on that.

My stay at Secrets lanzarote resort and spa was very good. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend and will definitely come back again.

Entering reception, we had a very warm welcome. Staff members were excellent. Thank you for that! Service was excellent! We had breakfast included and was a very good choice of food. Plus, Prosecco helps :) The hotel is in a beautiful location. I really loved it. In general, the area in reception and outdoors is amazing. I could not stop taking pictures 😊 ha ha Pools were very nice. The room was nice & clean.

We were very disappointed that the most beautiful pool was only for "preferred club people", we were asked to leave. The girl who approached us was very nice about it and was doing her job. Nearly half of the photos show the pool beside the sea (preferred club). When you are booking a hotel, you are not aware of the area, how we supposed to know? Why won't the hotel put the name "preferred club area" on the actual photos so that people would not be disappointed? We spoke with another couple and they said the same thing. I understand that people pay big money for the preferred club area and that's fine but most of the people have no clue until they arrive. The only reason why we booked this hotel was this beautiful area. In general, the place is beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation !

The hotel is ideally located near the port of Puerto Calero. If you want to see something of the island, renting a car is recommended. The hotel is very nice. An impressive lobby, well-kept rooms with all the facilities you need, beautiful swimming pools with a sea view. You can order drinks from the waiters at the pool, which is very nice.

During the nights we slept there, the half-time bar was open. This caused a lot of noise (loud music, loud voices and disturbing singing) and this lasted until 2am-2:30am. We couldn't sleep because of this. This kind of bar, in our opinion, does not suit a stylish hotel that wants to offer tranquility to adults. The food from the buffet was okay. It was often lukewarm or cold. The staff try their best but they forget a lot and are slow at times. We ate at the Portofino restaurant once. We then had a nice meal. We also ate at the Blue Water grill once. This food was really not tasty and we did not like it.

The food everything morning was great with a wide variety. Our room was spacious and located so close to the back entrance and also a direct walk to the main reception and pools. The spa was our absolute favourite and even though it is 70€ for the entire stay, we stayed for 10 days and used it for hours every day. Completely worth it. Best holiday we’ve had, was so relaxing.

How they separate the people in the preferred club at breakfast and in the pools, feel like if you’re paying over 1500€ to stay there, you should get access to all facilities.

It’s was nice and we did enjoyed our time while we were there. Alex form the catering department who was a waitress I believe has been provided an excellent customer service and I will remember for him as he made us feel “special” on our holiday. huge thanks once again for him . Cleaning department Well Done!- I am super fussy about cleaning and hygiene, but I have to say we been looked after very well by the team and thank you so much for them. FOH Team was perfectly professional and we did enjoyed our chat with them.

The food was a bit disappointing as I was expected a bit more and better to be honest compared to we paid for 5 star service compared improvements can be made on this especially in The World Coffee Restaurant.

Scenery and hotel is stunning. Room cleaned everyday without fail and friendly staff members. Nearby marina with lots of shops and places to go/eat. Towels always ready at the beach hut. Good selection of food at breakfast.

People leaving their towels on sun beds from 8am, no shade spots left which was annoying ! Hotel wouldn’t provide more than 1 bottle of water which was complementary, other than that it was €3.50 for a small bottle which costs 0.35c at the shops! Breakfast was good, sometimes a little cold as it was buffet and the heaters weren’t strong enough to keep the food warm Other than that it was a lovely place to be!
