Clean rooms with good air conditioning, a nice range of foods at breakfast and dinner, pool was clean and cool, tickets to the park is a nice bonus,

Paying extra for a drink at dinner when spending 200euros a night i think personally is wrong,

The hotel and it's surroundings are amazing - perfect location to spend a few days with or without kids, relaxe and have lots of fun! The room was big enough to accommodate two adults and one child, the food was plenty and very good and the pool was amazing.

Nothing in particular. It was kind of busy in the middle on June, with lot of teens just getting out of school and celebrating at Port Aventura, but the hotel was still ok. We will come back in the future, but will avoid the summer months!

It's a very nice hotel, with very good location and excellent pool. We stayed here several times and we were very happy with the comfort and the value for money it offers.

The only negative thing is that online check-in is useless. We did it in order to skip the line on our first day, but we didn't receive the message we supposed to receive to enter in our room. So we had to wait in a long queue anyway. There were other people who received the messages to enter in their rooms, but they said they couldn't enter the room either, so they also had to stay in the same line.

We like the park and the hotel, service. The hotel is situated near the park, there are discounts for those who live in the hotels , for example, 10 euros discount in some restaurants in the park, a discount for express passes. The breakfast was OK, standard.

In general, we like our stay but there is always place for improvement: smoking everywhere and everybody, it was very difficult for us to tolerate that smoke everywhere, huge queues thar is why we decided to buy an express pass to enjoy the park in full. We ordered a birthday cake, not tasty, too simple, with one small candle((

Clean room, big pool, near the adventure parks.

Breakfast menu could be better (there was no salat option).

Friendly, helpful staff. Our daughter took ill and the cleaning staff were especially helpful and empathetic.

Lack of available information on the routines of the resort and surrounding area. We were not informed that Ferrari World was closed during our visit, despite the booking stating we had free tickets for one day. Would have liked to have a kettle in the room.

Very good buffet restaurant with very good food selection. PortAventura World Park is pretty good. But make sure to get Express ticket. Quite a good lunch in the park

Pillows are way too thin. After several nights I got neck pain. Aquapark is very very bad. Reception staff told us we can get towels in Aquapark. But as we arrived we have discovered that towels for hotel guests are for sale only. Terrible queues - first stand in queue to get inflatable donut and then for the ride. After 1 ride you are forced to give donut back. Even with Express ticket. And all of this for average rides (not impressive at all). Very dirty water in one of the main aquapark pools. Quite far away from parks and beach. Be ready for lots of walking under hot sun.

Food, pool, room all very good. Just little bit over complicated slots for restaurant if you have kids. Also place for drying cloths is missing (again if you travel with small kids). The rest perfect. Clean, quiet, air condition very quiet with clean filters (no smell) and any issue for allergic people. Definitely happy to recommend!

Kids have to be at least 100cm tall to enjoy the park!!! (Got lucky with smallest 103cm ;) All staff in park very strict on rules, so no exceptions.

The main advantage of this hotel is the access to Port Aventura. But the access is not full, you can only visit Ferrari Land once and Water Park is not included. And there is a discount for express tickets for those staying at the hotels of Port Aventura. Big parking.

The hotel is very overcrowded, you must choose the time when you come to have breakfast every day (for the first day we could only choose 10am), and still there is a huge line at the cafe. Room is very basic and I wouldn't rate it as a 4*. A very long queue for check-in, to ask smth at the reception desk you must also stay in the line.

Property is just 8-10 minutes walk from the main entrances. The room is big with good space, good air-conditioning and good wide range of buffet options in the morning and afternoon.

On the walk to the parks you had to pass a police bus that seems more like an anti-terrorist setup with a big machine gun armed police officer. Some of the guards at the entrance of the park have a gun in the holster. This does not make me feel safe but less safe.
