Excellent location for exploring on foot the beautiful surroundings (Parque Garcia Sanabria, Plaza de España), close to supermarkets (Hiperdino and the ever so popular Mercado de Nuestra Señora De África) and lots of restaurants. There is no need for a rental car, the public transportation is readily available. The hotel has very good internet connection and the staff providing 24/7 customer service is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room and the bathroom were cleaned daily and the wifi, fridge and television with international channels made my stay that more enjoyable.

Personally, there is nothing I didn't like. I wish I could have stayed longer but I will make up for it next time.

Location is great, bang in the middle of the city. And what you get for the price you pay is fine. It's a budget hotel in a city centre. 24hr reception is always handy. Rooms have high ceilings so it doesn't feel so small. Fridge! 😁 They could easily have made bigger rooms with a shared bathroom, but I would go for a private bathroom every time, even if its small. And for the price, you can't go wrong. Everything is a bit tired, but again, price. So value for money is great, but if you want big, airy & modern pay more and go elsewhere. Reception staff very nice. Vending machines for cold drinks in the lobby.

A kettle would be good.

For a one star hotel it was excellent value for money.Good size room with comfortable bed and hot shower Friendly staff. Close to the centre but in a quiet position. Within easy walking distance to all facilities with bars and restaurants near by.We were there for a week to explore the island and the hotel was ideal to come back to in the evening to relax in peace and quiet.

Proximity to everywhere, right in the middle of everything. Hundreds of cafés, bars, restaurants and lovely parks to sit. Clean and comfortable, for one star I didn't expect that. The guys on reception were amazing, all of them! I needed help with my transport to the airport as the company had not been in touch 24hrs before my departure. The young guy spoke to them and the company said they would pick me up. When the morning arrived and the transport didn't, the next guy on duty rang the company and was told that I would just have to get a taxi to the airport and charge the company. He immediately typed an email to the company and their Spanish counterparts ( 2 separate emails in Spanish and English), telling them that their treatment of me was disgusting. I had to pay £75 for a taxi to the south airport from Santa Cruz. HUGE thank you to the guy on duty that morning (Sun 10th Oct) 7am. Sorry I didn't ask your name.

I was next to a family room and they came back to the hotel late at night and woke me up with their shouting, screaming, crying, jumping around onto hard floors, throwing tantrums etc. After the 3rd night I had had enough and complained. I asked for another room and within ten minutes I was in another room on the top floor.

I liked location,nice room,bathroom,very friendly,helpfull staff,professionals,my partner was there for first time ,very happy too. I was there third times,I am sure I will come back again. Highly recommend to other guest.

I didn't find anything bad.

The room was nice and tidy. The shower was also nice and hot. There was a fridge in the room which was convenient. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom had a slight smell but that could have been down to drainage. There were no meals or a restaurant on site to buy food .

For that price really good Bathroom at the room, towels really clean, bed ok and clean, even a little fridge and nice set of dark curtains.

The hotel has seen better days, but for one star it is still alright. If you want privacy of single room with bathroom and also not spend too much money, i recommend this

In general the hotel was close to the city center. The room was very neat and very good value for money. Beds were confortable and the staff were nice

Spotless clean towels and comfy bed and pillows

Somebody on the same floor ignored the ban on smoking and smoked in the room in the middle of the night. It is not hotels fault but it did make my stay worse.

Good location, friendly staff and the mattress was perfect ! It has a mini fridge in the room where you can put some food or drinks.

all good
