Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Hotel rooms were a bit older but in a good state, clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was very good and is definitely worth it. Location of the hotel was also good, albeit a bit further away from the tram, but right next to the large park and close to the city center.

The bedsheets could be improved if the hotel could buy standard pocket style sheets to cover the duvets in rather than having two layers of sheets and the duvet in between as this combination doesn't hold together and you pretty soon end touching the duvet (which I presume is not washed as often and is shared in between the guests) directly.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, clean corridors and rooms, nice views and awesome breakfast. Even the takeaway breakfast when you need to leave early was surprisingly good. We got lots of fruits, doughnuts and a cheese and ham sandwich plus of course water. Last time I was a bit uncomfortable with the bedsheets being two separate layers with the inner duvet sliding out of it. Now I visited the hotel again and this single issue I had was no longer the case. This is awesome and big thumbs up for that, thank you!

The breakfast and dinner was very good, recommend. At the first floor ATM, snacks and medical goods buying option. Free water at the refrigerator. Nice surroundings and good place in city.

When going to eat one had to wait to be served to the room. Its nice that they check that there are prepared tables but sometimes had to wait longer. The bathroom door was a bit stuck probably due to floor elevation or moisture.

Friendly staff that takes time for you, spacious rooms with everything one needs, great fresh breakfast (incl. croissants and fresh orange juice which are the signs of a good place for me), also many healthy options. The location at the park is wonderful and you can reach everything by foot. The pool is small but quite nice, you can chill at the terrace.

Very nice hotel without having to break the bank. We got a room with a view of the ocean, mountains and city and it was worth it. The room was spacious with a large terrace where you could smoke or relax sunbathing. The location is in the city center and easy to get around to other parts. The inner pool was closed due to cold weather and they had options for breakfast and restaurant downstairs. Staff was cordial.

The property was clean with a great location next to a supermarket, a wonderful park and some restaurants. There’s a bus stop in front of it so you can get everywhere in a short amount of time. The staff was being helpful and friendly and I had a great time.

Friendly staff. We stayed in a junior suite at the top floor with a balcony. The room was spacious and the double bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool. The breakfast was excellent, many options. The hotel is at a few steps from the beautiful Parque García Sanabria. There is a busstop (Mencey) in front of the hotel.

Decent hotel in nice location. Staff was super friendly. Allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived early in the morning and had to work. Pool area was nice to chill. Bed was very comfy.

Room was ok but a new touch to furniture and some easy renovations would be recommended.

The hotels location is excellent. It is very cozy and quiet, the rest is respected, was a very nice stay. Unpolluted cleanliness. Excellent value for money.
