The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town with easy access to restaurants, shops & sights. The staff were fantastic. Were happy to print maps, tickets, give advice & could speak English. My room on the first floor was great - clean, comfortable, plenty of plug points and opened onto an internal courtyard, so there was no view, but it was extremely quiet for its location which was a bonus as could sleep really well. They have partnered with the historic restaurant right next door for basic buffet breakfasts - served between 08h00 - 10h00. Coffee was great. They organise a picnic breakfast if you need to leave earlier than 08h00. The uber pick up point is about 100-150m walk away - a few km from bus station at Plaza de Armes, very close to public transport, right next to the Murillo gardens for a relaxing walk. This hotel was a good value for money option centrally located in interesting part of town - easy to meet up with work colleagues for tapas etc.

The lication was fantastic, right next to the Real Alcazar. The rooms were comfortable giving us a great night sleep and the aircon was a welcome addition. The staff went above and beyond and the communication before and during the trip was excellent. I asked a few questions before which were answered quickly and the week before our trip, i was sent a welcome message with great tips for our stay. Lastly the reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, even booking us a taxi for the day we left.

Initially i thought the beds were a bit soft, but we slept well, just something to be aware of. The rooms would have benefited from and additional mirror in the room and also perhaps some coffee making facilities. The breakfast could have been a little more varied with maybe a few different pastries and egg options.

Ubicación exelente..really central right in the middle of everything that's precious about Seville..delighted over all would use it again..The restaurant attached but not integral was delightful great service friendly and old World atmosphere was perfect. WE had 2 meals there, both were outstanding and delicious served by the worlds most attentative and very keen to please camarero a fabulous character helped to make our stay delightful..HAPPY MEMORIES made inolvidable/unforgetable stay at Casual Don Juan. Must mention the reception staff too very attentative and helpful all were delightful.

The location was amazing! It's located right in the historical center behind the castle wall and close to many good sites to visit or take tours. Super location if your interested in the historical section of Selvilla.

It wasn't clear from booking.com reviews or the property that you can NOT drive to the property and drop luggage or people off. You need drop luggage and people off and then walk about 2 long city blocks to get to the hotel, then you go back to your car and move it to parking. Both the place to drop off your luggage and the hotel are a bit hard to find. However, the walk is on smooth brick not cobblestone, and it is flat and even. But if walking is difficult for you then this might not be the right hotel even though they have an elevator and no stairs.

In the heart of the old town and only a few minutes walk to the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. Surrounded by cobbled alleyways and little courtyards everywhere. Numerous places to eat and drink. Great welcome from Luis on front desk. The couple checking in before us had brought their dog who received a special treat! Room was clean and felt secure. I was traveling with my husband but I would have felt safe going on my own. Plenty of power sockets near the bed for plugging in phone/kindle etc. Great bar downstairs.

Great place, friendly staff, nice breakfast, queen size beds, A/C, great deal for the money and clean, clean, clean.

Great location as far as being close to all the important sights and great night life. Taxis and ubers can only come so close so the last 100 meters or so you have to walk, so if that's a problem its something to consider, if not, it's definitely worth it.

Impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is right in the historic center and just a few mins walk to La Giralda and Alcázar. I loved the restaurant just right beside the hotel, Casa Roman.

The supposedly cold water shower is as hot as the hot/warm water. I don't know if it's normal during summer season.

Quaint and comfortable. Centrally located, but no parking and you'll have to walk to find it. If you've got a lot of bags, that won't be fun. But it is in the heart of Sevilla and it's a great location if you're going to be walking the central area anyway. Several dining options right outside the hotel.

The parking scenario was not ideal. It's a little hard to find these boutique hotels. The street are narrow, but it is also part of the charm. I found it by asking one of the larger hotels for its location.

A perfectly located within the maze of old town''s streets. Few steps from all the action. Lovely restaurant downstairs, however they close quite early. Being there off-peak season, the place was peace and quite - what a bless. Very comfortable bed. Definitely would stay there again when in Sevilla.

Nothing to be honest, it already exceed my expectations.

Once you find the hotel the location is awsome. The restaurant and bar that are connected are a little expensive. 100's of bars and restaurants only 2 minute walk away.

The rooms could have been cleaner. When asked, they did spray the rooms but there were more bugs than expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
