This place is the most charming home away from home you’ll ever find. We’ve been going to the Rey Moro for many years and it just keeps getting better and better. You may think it’s pricey. Not so. With the room rate comes so many amenities that dwindle down the price in the most charming way. A free welcome drink for two in one of the nicest bars in Sevilla, just by the cathedral. The breakfast is so abundant , catered eggs as you order, Andaluzan spécialités, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice to die for, ham, lovely breads amd more. It’s a fantastic start to the day , especially if, weather permitting, they set up in their outdoor square by the fountain and glorious flowers. And if not, the indoor room is so pretty. In the room you have a kettle, tea and coffee. And room service. Rarely have I found room service available in Spain except at 5 star hotels. And I love room service. You’re thinking “sure, they want you do buy”. But not so. Each room has a fridge ( not a bar with bottles, a fridge for you to store things). And every floor has a microwave for your use. And if that’s not enough, if you get peckish from walking around the most beautiful city in Spain - and you will, because this hotel in smack dab in the center, 10 minute walk from everything - there’s a free afternoon snack at 17:00 😊 of tea, coffee, and a myriad of snacks.

This was my second stay here; it's a beautiful hotel well positioned in Santa Cruz with a restauant, which was important to me as we stayed over Christmas holidays and I wasn't sure what would be open. We were practically the only guests in the hotel and our room was lovely. Just be aware there is virtually no privacy as the bathroom is a sliding door.

I was disappointed there were no special perks for us over the holidays and off season travel. Offering complimentary breakfast on Christmas morning, a bottle of cava or something special would have been nice. Other hotels I stayed at did this. When we make an effort to be there in lower tourism seasons I think hotels need to find creative ways to retain loyal customers. The staff was lovely.

It felt very safe, clean, and like a home away from home. I loved sitting out on the balcony at night hearing the fountain and crickets and just relaxing. Super close to many things and in a very convenient location. The bed was very comfortable, room was a good size, and overall the vibe was great. Highly recommended for solo female traveler

beautifully decorated

The jacuzzis did not look as advertised. In the picture looks like a lot of jacuzzis. Is actually only one jacuzzi and availability is limited to one time for 30 min. if you want to use it more times they will charge additional. Property is expensive compared to nearby competitor who meets same needs as well, except for one limited use jacuzzi and drinking water in the lobby. Otherwise the place is beautiful !!! I would add a full body mirror inside the bedroom. Thank you for the opportunity. I hope this will be of help for the business.

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla and our central accommodation was well chosen. Being in the old city center made it fun to explore the maze of narrow streets. The friendly staff was helpful in suggesting ideas and making reservations, giving directions, calling taxis, and in all ways they could. We used the free bikes to ride around the city! Breakfast buffet was full of wonderful choices as well as specially cooked eggs and other items. The roof top view and hot tub were an extra bonus. It was a wonderful stay in Sevilla.

Location was great (although a little tricky to find), staff was awesome, happy to get coffee on arrival. Loved that we got a free drink, but would have been our preference to just get a glass of wine or beer from the hotel bar rather than going to a nearby place? Loved that rooftop Jacuzzi was open until midnight, liked having a reservation for it so it was more quiet and private, loved the view and the experience. Room was comfortable, clean, and had a nice bathtub/shower. Liked the water purifier dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast was AWESOME and definitely worth the 10 euros. Staff was very, very helpful and kind. Common areas were great (lounge with computer access, books, couches, etc. in addition to the gorgeous courtyard). Very much appreciated that they sent map directions to nearest parking facility. Appreciated having fridge in room and the toiletries were pretty awesome (bath salts!!).

WiFi was slow and spotty. Room cost was a little high compared to other similar properties, but I understand it was high season and it wasn't outrageous, just a bit pricey. Absolutely not their fault: parking in Seville garage was pretty pricey - $25 euro/day. Also not their fault: construction on the building next door started aggressively early in the morning (but certainly got us up in time for breakfast!).

The staff were amazing - extremely kind and attentive, with a warmly professional attitude. The rooftop hot tub was great! I was able to easily check in very early and take a much-needed rest on arrival. The bed was very comfortable, with nice sheets . The inner courtyard was very pretty and a nice place to sit. Complimentary filtered and refillable water in the room was appreciated. Entering and coming back to the hotel after the madness of the crowds outside was very much a respite into what felt like a hidden sanctuary!

My room (a budget room) felt a little dark and oppressive. It and the bathroom were a fine size, but could use refreshing with less heavy, dark furniture, just to lighten up the atmosphere. The bathroom was similarly oppressive-feeling - no natural light would be fine with updated tiling and brighter lighting. I would have paid to upgrade, but that option wasn't available to me when I checked in - although the hotel felt very empty while I was there. The room felt budget without actually being budget-friendly - I expected a little more from the price I paid, but still very much enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again and just pay the small amount extra for a regular room!

Location superb in centre of the old district and easy to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Hotel is very quirky and we loved staying there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent (even though €14 extra). Highly recommended and we will definitely return. Would recommend 7 days as so much to see and do!

We have loved everything about the hotel. It is beautiful, unique, tranquil hotel with an excellent location in old Jewis Town...Close to everything.. Staff is excellent, facilities..everything..we could not wish for more

Our most comfortable double bed was actually 2 single beds and they were separating from each other and two of us with it... we didn't like that...that is the only one thing we would change

The staff were fantastic, so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They helped us book local attractions, giving very useful advice. Breakfast was in a lovely courtyard with a fountain and there was a superb choice of cooked and buffet foods. The location was safe and very central. Ideal for visiting Seville.

We felt the room was in need of a refresh and some redecoration. That said it was comfortable and quiet.
