The Hotel is located 25 minutes walk from the centre of Tarragona. We stayed here for one night. The Staff was extremely helpful and great. There is easy cheap Bus access to the centre - the bus stop conveniently a short distance away from the Hotel - Staff at the hotel explained it all and gave recommendations on restaurants etc - really helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and as expected. Parking for the car was great, secured and free but works on a first come basis - so we did not move the car or took the bus and explored Tarragona walking (we completed 22kms that day). The areas to visit and restaurant areas recommended by the staff was spot on. We felt welcomed here. Tarragona is a great city - We loved it and plan to return.

There was only one thing to note here. During the night it became noisy. Other guests kept us up until 4 am. There appeared to be a group of younger crowd and they were up talking loud. Mind you not entirely the Hotel's fault as we never got round to complaining about the noise.

Owners daughter was on reception when we arrived and was lovely, extremely helpful, nothing was any trouble. Nice meal in evening, great buffet type breakfast in morning. Good value and a great feeling around the hotel. Exceptionally clean room, a little basic but shower was excellent, little TV, small desk area, nice toiletries and a good hair dryer.

Nothing really, I was on main road side of hotel with balcony and quite a lot of road noise during the night. But all in all good value

Super service, the lovely receptionist even had the menu translated into English for us (even though we would have managed!) and was really friendly. At dinner the waiter came with said English menu and said what my non meat eating wife could have! Excellent service throughout

Was wee bit noisy from road as we are used to countryside and card locks on doors would reduce noise in hallway at night/morning

A family-run hotel, and a helpful family at that. Older, solidly built, quiet. Restaurant offers a number of well-cooked, good value set meals, with options for every taste. The neighbourhood is worth a stroll, with a number of tapas bars within easy walking. Parking is inside the courtyard, off-street. Convenient location on the edge of the city, off a main street direct from the motorway. Would happily stay again.

Not the hotel's fault, but it was a little difficult to find, even with sat-nav, because the leafy trees in front quite hid the inobstrusive hotel sign. Leafy trees are a good thing, just trust you are there even if you can't immediately see the sign.

Absolutely amazing and helpful service. Hotel room maybe a bit old-school, but super clean(both bedroom&bathroom) and very well prepared. Private parking. Simple, but very tasty breakfast with bread toasted a'la minute and coffee prepared by the service.

I would only place small fridge in the room, beside this - everything was perfect.

This was probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and that includes 4 and 5 star hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful. And very secure gated parking.

The style of the decor. It is somewhat old fashioned. And the TV only had Spanish channels.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful, The breakfast was basic, but adequate. The evening meal was very tasty, traditional, and great value for money. We will definitely be coming back if we are passing that way.

The temperature control on the shower was very difficult to manage.

Easy to find and park in the small car park. Very friendly welcome at reception. Room was as expected for such a reasonable price. It was clean and had everything I needed. Buffet breakfast included in price, lovely melon! I'd definitely stay here again.

The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking, but I still slept well.

The personnel is extremely friendly. Even if they are tired they can still share a tiny part of their life energy with you to make your mood better. The Lidl supermarket is very close to the hotel. Three bus lines to the city center.

The room was cosy and clean, with good AC, and had a balcony. The staff was super nice and friendly, we enjoyed the stay overall.
