Nice view from the window, comfortable bed, clean towels and bed linen. Good WiFi Close to supermarket and 2 shopping malls. Nice location if you would like to go to oceanographic and city of arts and sciences. It is between the city center and the beach , 40 minutes by walk to the centre and 30 minutes by walk to the beach

when I came to the room, there was dust on the furniture. but the next day everything was cleaned. the door to the toilet fits loosely, you can hear all the sounds. empty mini bar (only 2 small bottles of water)

The location Is superb, just across the City of Arts and Sciencies. Cleaning ladies are very kind and hepfull. Breakfast Is rich and with large selection. We loved Our stay. You could even see the sea from the window which was not stated and we did not expect, but loved. The looks of the entrance hall are really pretty. It Is inside the mall which Is convinient. We felt very safe in the hotel. I would say it must be one of the best stays in Valencia. There are elevators. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff Is very helpful - whatever we needed - an extra pillow or a towel, they delivered right away.

There was an old armchair in the room- we would prefer just two normal chairs and a table - overall there could be some things done to update the furnishing of rooms. The room looked at the back of the mall, which made some noise, although when we closed the window, nothing was heard, so nothing to worry about there.

the bathroom door is made of glass and it doesn't close properly.. only sliding left to right.. but there is a lot of space between the door and the wall... the furniture looks a bit old for a 4-star hotel, I was expecting more as other hotels I've been the staff in the reception and rooms doesn't speak good English. the view from our room was in the back to a building terrace, which was not clean, there were pets and beer cans. the room staff forgot to bring us toilet paper in the room were only 2 glasses even it was a triple room sometimes the toilet flush didn't go all the way back and we could hear all night the water from the next room.

The location couldn’t have been better situated close to the river with easy access to all the attractions. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Considering the prime location, cleanliness, and exceptional service, I found the room to be excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

When you turn off lights at night power at the power sockets goes off and you can’t charge any devices during the night

The location was great. I requested a room on a high floor with a sea view or a view of the City of Arts and Sciences. They gave me both! We could actually see part of the Dolphin Show at the Oceanografic Marine park. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

We tried to get a late breakfast on the restaurant terrace. We spoke with the server inside the restaurant and she said she would be right out to take our order. She didn’t come. So we pressed the button located at each table mean to call the server. However again no response. No problem though, we just went downstairs to the attached mall and found our breakfast there.

Reception was open 24/24. We arrived at 01:00 in the night and it was no issue to get the rooms. We left for checkout at 6am and we also received packed breakfast - you just need to inform them one day in advance so they can prepare the packaging. Very clean, breakfast was excellent Also close to bus station, shopping mall, Oceanografic.

The double bed was in fact 2 single matresses together. It was not very comfortable as the matresses were keep separating.

ROOM: The room was spacious and comfortable, with enoguh space for our luggage and things. The bathroom was very big with two sinks and a tub and with toiletries at our disposal. BED: The bed was okay, but the pillows could have been a bit thicker. I guess it depends on someone's preferences, we like thicker pillows and harder mattresses. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was good, with nice selection of eggs, cold cuts, vegetables, different bread, paistries, cakes. Juice was also very good. SURROUNDINGS: The location is great for visiting Oceanographic and City of Arts & Sciences, and also for exploring the city since it is very well connected to the center, with a Hop on bus stop near by. The hotel is situated next to the shopping center, which can also be very convenient. COMMUNICATION: The staff was nice and polite. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

Perfect location! Everything is within walking distance but if you want you can take a bus or rent a bike. The hotel staff is exceptional - from the helpful receptionists who greeted us after 22:00, provided us with a stacked free minibar and a week later, they got ready huge bags with food and drinks for all of us at 6:30 because our flight was very early in the morning. The rooms were cleaned every day very fast and efficiently. The breakfast was perfect, plenty from everything and as soon as a plate was empty, it got replaced with a full one. Also a lot of things were available upon request like special breakfast request or additional toiletries like toothbrush, etc.

The staff were amazingly helpful. Martha and KIm spent close to an hour helping me package my drone to sent home bacuase my next destination - Morocco does not allow drone to be brought into the country. We learned aboiut the new restriction te day before we left Valentia, on a Saturday when post office and UPS offices are all closed. We were desparate. Marta helped us using internet to send the package through Seur, print the mailing label and pacage the drone. We paid on line and left the package at the front desk for poick up on Monday. Kim emailed us when Seur picked up ther package on Monday. Without their help, we could be fined with $1000 and have the drone confisticated upon entering Morroco. Thank you Marta adn Kim!

Location: we chose this hotel particularly for the location, just across the bridge from L'Oceanografic. The public transportation made many other turistical attractions like Estacion del Norte, Bio Parc, Malvarrosa Beach, etc. easily accessible. Breakfast: buffet style, diverse range of fruits, vegetables, eggs, bacon, jamon & cheese plates, bread, pastries, cereals, milk, yogurts, jams, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. Tip: be early, otherwise you will have to wait for a free table.

Room: when we checked in, we found chewing gum stuck on the shower head, which the cleaning personnel could have easily seen it. Secondly, although the windows were soundproof, a lot of noise was coming from the hallway, especially during turn down service.
