They didn't have parking included and we were fined for leaving our car outside de Hotel

The room was very modern and spacious. It had a nice balcony and a huge bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage space.

The rooms could get quite loud at times, the walls were quite thin. The cleaners didn't clean our rooms one or two of the days even though we left the sign on the door, and they didn't replace our shower gel or coffee capsules either.

The rooms were serviced daily. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to walk into town or to the beach (the beach was a bit further - probably 30 to 40 minutes). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice to have a small balcony although after being out for the day it was nice to be indoors and benefit from the air conditioning!

The area was probably a little dark coming back in the evenings.

The location was excellent, plenty of buses and walkable to the historic centre, at the same time a nice neighbourhood feel. Excellent apartment hotel with 24 hour reception, spacious, beautiful rooms. Everything I needed.

A minor quibble is the lack of sockets in the immediate kitchen area....they are to one side....plugging in the toaster and the coffee machine for breakfast was a logistics exercise

We stayed at an apartment with a double bed, sofa and chicinette; you had everything you needed, the room was very clean, every day the cleaning lady would come and clean the room. The apartment was close to the park, buss stops and to the city of arts. There was a small balcony. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The bed mattress was to soft for my taste.

Palau Apartments is a nice and comfortable to stay in Valencia. It’s near in beach so you can enjoy your stay. Staff especially Vanessa was very kind and helpful to us during our stay. Highly recommended Palau for the stay in Valencia. Newly build so the apartments so clean and relax are to stay with.

cool location, the center is nearby, by bus and moped 15 minutes to the sea, on foot 40 minutes.

the air conditioner blew directly on the bed, and it was cold to sleep with it, but without it it is very hot

The flat was very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the tv and they solve it straight away. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. The building is very central, close the the metro and to the city Centre and the beach. I would definitely recommend it!!!

I really liked the location of the apartment and the staff.

Between two completely different apartments there was a door through which you could hear every word that a girl with a very high voice said. When booking, I read incorrectly that breakfast was included, it was, but not in the dining room, I had to go down to the reception for a box with breakfast.

The receptionist team was extremely helpful, first Luis help me over the phone with some issues that I was having making the payment, then at check-in the lady at the reception was very friendly and received us with a big smile after a long trip. The cleaning lady was spit on and overall, we have a wonderful time in their apartments. Thanks a lot
