We had a room with a terrace which was nice though we didn't use it much. The shower and associated products were really excellent. The hotel has some nice restaurants and bakeries nearby, and is about 8 minutes from a metro station and about 15 or so from 'town' and 20 minutes walk from the city of arts and science. All in all a decent location.

The pillow in the bed was very uncomfortable for me. The bathroom door has an inch gap on either side of it, so there's reduced privacy there. I note that in the 6th floor rooms the windows open surprisingly wide for such a high floor, something to be aware of if you are travelling with curious children.

Stayed here before , great location, friendly and professional staff. Spacious and welcoming reception and bar area. A great breakfast served in the restaurant area, with attentive service.

My room on the 4th floor was a little tired, particularly the bathroom where there was evidence of poor finishing to repairs and some black mould at the bottom of the shower screen. Quite a bit of scuff-marks on the skirting boards in the bedroom. Not enough to ask for a move as the rooms are well equipped and furnished, so it was just a shame and a little disappointing too.

Great breakfast selection from continental to local menu. Although the hotel was busy, we didn’t have to queue for the buffet which was constantly replenished. We opted for a double room with single beds and the room was very spacious, including the bathroom- great shower with constant stream of hot water - something often not available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Room cleaned daily along with a fresh supply of towels. Very quiet inside room and the air conditioning worked really well. Great location - only two stops on the underground to the centre and 20-30 mins to Manises Airport. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Lots of bars with good food in the area, lovely staff, room was nice, people cleaning the room every day were marvellous, very professional manager, we had a problem with noise from builders working along the corridor but the manager stepped in and sorted it, she was very professional and dealt with it

Road noise from traffic outside, it was relentless all day and most of the night, building work in the hotel 20 metres from our room

Good location - not too far from the centre (eg Turia Park: ~5 minutes walk) & a pleasant ~30 minute walk to the Old Town. Not far (~10 minutes walk) from Valencia FC stadium - being so close we went to see a very good match despite not being football fans! Just before getting to the station one reaches the Aragon Metro station - useful for travelling further afield. The cafe/restaurant area was very good - as well as a varied and high quality breakfast, the afternoon menu del dia was of surprisingly good quality but still good value (€12 weekdays; €18 weekends - including starter, main course, a drink snd then dessert OR coffee). The staff were all very professional and efficient.

This is a very nice hotel, breakfast was fantastic, every kind of food, even paella!! Cleaning of the room every day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it is very close to several bus stops, so you can easily reach the city center or the beach. Take the number 18 just 1 minute walk from the hotel and go to the beach! You can also walk to the city center in 20 minutes, nice walk through the Turia park and then exit when close to the center.

If I need to find something, maybe in the toilet the tissues and the toilet brush were missing, it would have been perfect!

Nice clean room and decent sized. Modern bathroom. Great location - 10 walk from Aragon metro station which has the number 5 line which goes to the Airport Breakfast was amazing - great selection of Spanish cuisine as well as the usual eggs, bacon, breads etc.

Sound proofing wasn't that good so can hear some of the traffic and loud neighbors The bathroom door is glass and doesn't lock in so you can hear people using it during the night

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They very perfectly service-minded. The cafe/lounge area of this hotel is also nice.

There were two problems. First, it is loud between the rooms. However, the staff allowed me to change rooms when my first neighbour was noisy. This was appreciated. The second problem was the wifi connection. In the third floor I basically had no internet connection.

22euros from airport to the hotel. Hotel is not located very well regarding old city but 7-8euro taxi will get you there fast. is walking distance from Hemisphere (15-20min walk in the park). 5 minutes from the gulliver park. also is pretty close to the beach, also a 7euro taxi drive. room was clean. staff at reception was very helpful and i think they were the only people in valencia that were speaking english :)

hotel is clean but every thing looks old, especially furniture in the room. tv has only uninteresting channels. we hadn't had breakfast included and one morning we went to eat there and pay and it doesnt worth the money. you can have breakfast in near pastelerias for half the money. also in our bathroom the fan wasn't working and the window of the room didn't close well so we always had the impression the window is open and had a lot of noise at night

For us location was key as we were attending a football match. And the stadium is very close. Decent sized room's with good quality beds and most importantly clean. nice bar just off reception with the most welcoming and friendly staff member Sara who deserves a special mention
