Friendly staff, suitable room, use of gym great benefit. Gym was a great size with a decent amount of kit!

Breakfast was poor - not much variety and not well made. They wasn't clear on the timings of this at check in also. Access to pool / spa awkward to get to if using the gym. Could have been explained better.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Every day when we came back, the cleaning staff had arranged our daughter's teddy bears in a row on the bed. A simple gesture that only took a moment, but one that made my daughter's day!

Noise was a little too much but we should have requested a quieter room away from the lifts, so our fault.

Breakfast was great, personnel also. It's all very clean and we had our towels changed every day, which is really fantastic. Hotel is literally in front of a metro station, with two lines passing through. Both lines go to city centre, and one of them (3) goes directly to the airport.

Rooms don't have any kind of slippers, which would be convenient. They can be bought at the reception of the pool and the spa for the price of 2€.

The room was very nice and cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the gym a lot - a big one, with a lot of equipment, two punching bags included. On the plus side, breakfasts were good, although a bit monotonous.

Wi-fi was quite weak. We had a conference with one day online and the wi-fi in the room didn't allow to attend that. The lunch had quite nice variety of options, but all of them were average at most.

Nice staff and possibility to have dinner late in the hotel. Very clean.

The electronic reservation system is not working properly. I was receiving e-mails everyday to say I needed to pay and check in online but the payment was already done. Check in online would require the upload of a document with a photograph, which is unacceptable. The notifications didn't stop even after I've contacted the hotel and booking.com. Unacceptable.

Close to the subway, good connection to the airport and downtown. Metro stops quite early. Once I had to walk back from the beach, it took 1h1/2.

The room was noisy, I had street side and people were talking outside. Also it was second floor and the restaurant was nearby with some noise in the morning.

Room cleaning leaves a little to be desired, they rarely left shampoo and shower gel. Pool hours are very limited. Bacon and eggs are also served a little raw (but I think this is just a personal opinion)

The hotel receptionists were very friendly. The communal decor was dark and traditional, but the room was comfortable. The grounds looked extensive, perhaps more suited to summer outdoor pursuits. The restaurant menu had plenty of choices and the staff were helpful. The location is a short drive from town, so a car is essential. We enjoyed our stay.

We were hoping for an indoor pool!

The hotel is near a metro station that takes you directly into the city centre without the need to change trains. Very easy. We were visiting the Fallas fiesta so didn't use the facilities within the hotel, but the staff at reception were pleasant and helpful.

The storage areas weren't actually cupboards, just some open shelving that was small for our needs. The make-up mirror fell out of the frame and smashed all over the bathroom floor!

Large room, very quiet, very clean. Good bed, although mattress a bid hard. Good aircon. Good lightning. Good soundproof to the next rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and very good lunch buffet. Next to Metro station.

View to the inner yard. However for that, it was very quiet (what I prefer).
