Great location, right on the water, and in the middle of town. Near a park and lots of restaurants. The room was huge, and the bed was so comfy and soft with great pillows. The staff were lovely and friendly. There is a small amount of parking outside but we weren't aware of that on the first night so we went to the multi story car park around the corner but it was so close (2 minutes away) it wasn't a big deal. On the second night we brought our car back to the hotel as it was more convenient and the staff helped us out with a permit.

There was loud music from the pub at the weekend. From our room it wasn't too bad, just the bass and we were so tired we slept through it anyway!

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast. Nice rooms, good price, extremely polite, nice and helpful staff. I felt at ease and actually at home. This was my second stay and not the last just thre are rooms available on my next visit. Above all this: the view from the rooms facing Eskilstuna channel and Klosters Church.

Maybe a little minus was the lack of aircon. The weather was hot.

A beautiful hotel with very kind staff, a fabulous breakfast and wonderful facilities including gym and sauna. We enjoyed a drink in the adjoining English pub before heading to bed.

The bedroom was a little noisy and a bit too hot on arrival. We couldn't find a way to turn the heating down, and you could hear people walking around in the rooms above.

Breakfast was good. The room space was also good. Location of the hotel is great near to the centre we like the fitness and Sauna as well. You can book it for yourself. Employees are very helpful and very friendly.

no air condition. Our room was on left near to the other hotel and cafe. in the evening when you open the windows because of some fress air a lot of noise came from the cafe guest. and they closing at midnight.

Everything from the welcoming to the breakfast and also the employee helping and the parking.

No AC in the room and some days if there is any celebrate outside it will be little bit noise.

The bathrooms could use a proper deep clean, as ingrained dirt/limescale was visible on floors, showers walls and faucets. I would expect a higher level of cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.

The room was fine.It was clean and quiet.The breakfast was excellent.Staff were competent,friendly and helpful.

Probably the only thing I wasn't entirely happy about was not being able to pay for the room with cash.

excellent location and topnotch breakfast

they obviously renovated this hotel in recent years and made a very good finish. but!!! why install beautiful bathroom marble flooring and forget heated floor? not nice stepping inside on a cold morning or evening
