Outstanding design, this is truly a destination in its own right! A masterpiece of style, elegance and impeccable service! Staff members were a dream! We were even given a personal tour of the property by a member of the reception team who spoke in detail about the former power plant, its history and conversion into the hotel/resort today!

Booking.com advertises the property to have parking! (It does not have on-site parking!) The rooms, although beautiful and sumptuously decorated are in need of a paint touch up! Our black entrance door and bathroom door were covered in bashes and paint chips, as too was the skirting boards and some walls.

There are quite a few exceptional things about this hotel: The decor - quite unique and keeping in character with the building's origin as a steam plant The fun - games everywhere, fireplace, private corporate rooms, the pool and sauna, the list goes on The service - wow everyone was so helpful and nice. The location - right on the lake - beautiful lakeside views for many rooms The food - especially the breakfast - wonderful in so many ways, but all the restaurants have great food The extra's - like free charging for electric vehicles, robes in the room, great free internet, etc.

The shower was not easy to get the correct temperature . The elevator for floor 9 had a long wait during busy times - it felt a bit shaky - there was one elevator not working so this was probably the reason for the wait . Was hard to get a seat in the restaurants if you haven’t prebooked

It is always nice to stay here. We come back often. Great rooms and staff. We love the extended pool area.

The elevators are not enough and not working correctly. You used to have delicious Swedish pancakes and Swedish buttermilk. We are sad to see you are options out to make think non-tasty American pancakes and only yoghurt.

Unbelievable place!! Enchanting pool club, 3-4 world class restaurants/eateries, 18th floor cocktail bar with spectacular views, kids playroom, 3-4 charming bars, cinema, karaoke rooms, arcade games. The Waterpark!! Loved all the small details. It has a 1920’s industrial charm blender with a modern architectural touch

The food and breakfast food was great. I like a lot about this hotel.. Mostly how fun this hotel make it for the children.

The only think I can think of was that on the 17th floor there was a lot of banging and screeching coming from somewhere above the room. I had to sleep with ear plugs in which were provided at reception.

This is a hotel that is more than a hotel. It was an amazing experience. The beauty lies in the hundreds of well thought details. It was not just an overnight stay. Even you must check out at 11 you can stay at the hotel and enjoy game area, cinema, long brunch, kids area, etc.

It was almost perfect

Location breathtaking inside and outside with the view on the lake. Staff very forthcoming. Room 17th floor. Take the lift to go through the factory, with the banging of machinery. Bar 18th floor. Excellent dinner with thailandish inspiration. Had to commend the chef, who was quite happy with the little talk. The bar is a bar with some exceptions, they can't make some classic cocktails, but have their own. View on sunset just perfect.

Microscopic clouds on this blue sky : staff at the restaurant asked three times if we were OK with our order for a nice bottle of Chablis from the cellar. Apparently this is not often the case for the young lady ;)). And one would assume that at this niveau of service, the concierge would always play safe for some incoming hotel guests who would like a table at the inhouse restaurant. Fully booked is OK, but....

The atmosphere and design, SPA, location, lots of stuff to do, breakfast, especial like the bar on the 18th floor, the view is stunning.

We’ve rent the room on the 17 floor, and that was really noisy at night, I had to wear ear plugs which I asked for in the reception

The whole style of the building and design is great. Impressed. Location is good for the views but it is a far from the city if you are walking. Food was excellent and the activities like pool and shuffleboard just perfect for a stay at the hotel. Breakfast was also very nice.

It is a little too pricey. Rooms a pretty dim and no option to increase lights to make sure you have not forgotten anything in the room. Shower space in our bathroom was too small. You get the wet shower curtain on your back..urrrgh.
